I am the Ultimate Villain, So What If I Kill a Protagonist

99: Chapter 99 Stripping Away the Cloak of JusticeWang Hao swung an iron fist, originally thinking he could beat the old geezer who smashed his car until his teeth were scattered all over the floor.

In reality, before his fist could even land, it was tightly gripped by a palm that felt like an iron pincer.

”Let go of me, hurry up and let go of me.”

Cold sweat broke out on Wang Hao’s forehead. Looking at the frail-seeming old man, he felt as if his wrist was about to be crushed into bone fragments.

”You brat, just because you drive a sports car, you think you can show off? With so many places to park, you chose to park right in front of my car, deliberately blocking it. Are you looking for death?”

The old man immediately delivered an iron fist, smashing it down ruthlessly.

Blood flowed down through his hair, leaving Wang Hao’s entire head drenched in blood, looking extremely terrifying.

Wang Hao felt a wave of dizziness. If not for the X-ray Vision that had tempered his body, this one punch would likely have cost him his life.

”Sir, you... you shouldn’t be impulsive. If you strike again, I... I will call the police.”

The waiter’s legs went weak with fear. Having never seen such a scene before, he immediately collapsed to the ground in a heap.

”Call the police? I’ll let you call the police! I’ll let you call the police!”

The old man unleashed another merciless barrage of punches and kicks, his sandbag-sized fists landing relentlessly on Wang Hao’s body.

Would he be afraid of someone calling the police? With Chu Yuan backing him, he was fearless.

Truth be told, in all his years with the Chu family, this was his first time experiencing the thrill of smashing a luxury car and the sheer satisfaction of beating someone up like this.

Who told this brat Wang Hao to be so cheap? With so many parking spots, he chose to park right in the middle of the road. This was something Wang Hao did on purpose, just to show off in front of his classmates and seek attention. Now that it had backfired, he had become the target of a beating.

If not for Chu Yuan causing trouble, he might have succeeded in showing off.

”Ding! Host has successfully prevented Wang Hao from showing off, smashed Wang Hao’s car, and beaten him up. The host has gained 4000 villain points.”

Just as he got out of the parking lot, he heard this satisfying notification sound.

He had earned back four thousand villain points, but since he had lost two thousand on Wang Hao previously, he needed to find a way to take more back from him.

”Damn, that old man is vicious. He directly smashed Wang Hao’s car and even beat him until his head was broken and bleeding.”

”He deserves it. Who told him to deliberately park in the middle of the road? If he weren’t my classmate, I’d want to go up and kick him a couple of times too.”

All of Wang Hao’s classmates saw him being beaten, yet not a single person went up to help. In fact, the vast majority were just watching the show, treating it as a joke.

Protagonists usually come with a built-in taunt skill, so his classmates were naturally very unhappy with Wang Hao. Now that Wang Hao had failed at showing off and was having a streak of bad luck, everyone was happy to watch the spectacle.

Of course, Chu Yuan and Zhang Yang were also watching the show.

As a man, and as a Son of Destiny, he understood the other party best and knew exactly what he was trying to do by intentionally parking in the middle of the road.

Towards his classmate Zhang Yang, there was an inexplicable hatred, wishing that he would be beaten to death by the old man. Seeing the other’s miserable state, Zhang Yang was even discussing with Cao Shuwen whether Wang Hao would be beaten to death and how much blood he would lose.

Chu Yuan was also watching with cold eyes.

This type of Protagonist didn’t have very high potential. Apart from his X-ray Vision, he was useless; even if he were left to grow, he wouldn’t be a threat.

Even if he used his X-ray Vision to continuously acquire wealth, or even used the functionality of his X-ray Vision to construct a financial empire, for Chu Yuan, he was nothing more than a giant leek to be harvested.

Of course, Chu Yuan had no intention of letting him grow. Who told this guy to be so lecherous, relying on his pair of X-ray Vision eyes to look at things he shouldn’t?

”Stop hitting me, stop hitting me, please spare me.” Having been severely beaten, Wang Hao finally couldn’t take it anymore, curled his body up, and began to beg for mercy.

Begging for mercy after being beaten certainly lacked the dignity of a Protagonist, but for a Protagonist who only had a pair of shifty eyes and not much combat power, one shouldn’t be too harsh.

”Showing off, do you still dare to show off?” The old man stepped on Wang Hao’s arm and spat a mouthful of saliva right onto his face.

Wang Hao was filled with extreme resentment at this moment. He had already harbored a grudge against this guy, and even the classmates watching the commotion were added to his list of grudges.

”Nie Yuqing, I thought you were different from the others, that you were the kind-hearted type. Turns out I was wrong about you.”

That’s right, he even harbored a grudge against his secret crush, the goddess Nie Yuqing. Not only did Nie Yuqing not stand up for him, but she was also on the sidelines ”watching the joke.” Just because she didn’t stand up for him, he resented her.

He didn’t even stop to think about what his relationship with Nie Yuqing was—just ordinary classmates. Why would someone risk their life to save you just because you are ordinary classmates? This kind of extreme egoism demands that everyone serve oneself. Anyone who doesn’t help is an enemy.

It wasn’t just Wang Hao; many Protagonists shared this mindset and personality. If a Protagonist were to strip away this layer of hypocritical justice, they would be even more repulsive and disgusting than a villain. A villain is at most a genuine scoundrel, whereas the Protagonist is a hypocrite flying the banner of justice.

”You brat, do you know you were wrong yet, or does this old man need to continue teaching you how to act like a human?” The old man’s tiger-like eyes stared fixedly at Wang Hao, ready to continue teaching him a lesson at the slightest provocation.

”I was wrong, I was wrong, please let me go.” To avoid further physical suffering, Wang Hao didn’t act tough and immediately begged for mercy.

”Consider yourself lucky. If you dare to show off again, I will definitely skin you alive.” After dropping a harsh threat, the old man strode away.

Not long after, an ambulance arrived and took Wang Hao away. Because of the incident with Wang Hao, the entire party ended on a sour note and wrapped up hastily.

”There’s nothing left to stay for here, let’s go.” With Wang Hao sent to the hospital and that fat sheep Zhang Yang having nothing left to squeeze, Chu Yuan had no intention of staying here.

”Mm!” Nie Yuqing nodded obediently.

”I’m in a good mood today. Whatever you want to eat, wherever you want to shop, I can satisfy you.”

”Really? You said it yourself, you’re not allowed to refuse.” Nie Yuqing excitedly threw herself onto Chu Yuan and kissed him on the cheek. After the kiss, she felt her actions were too bold and appeared a bit shy.

”Brother, that woman no longer belongs to you, don’t think about her anymore.” Looking at Zhang Yang’s unhappy appearance, Cao Shuwen thought Zhang Yang hadn’t forgotten Nie Yuqing, so he put his arm around his shoulder and persuaded him: ”We brothers haven’t seen each other in a long time. Today, accompany your brother for a couple of drinks; we won’t stop until we’re drunk.”

”Alright, I’ll accompany you for a good drunk.” Zhang Yang stopped worrying about these troublesome matters, put his arm around his brother, and strode away, preparing to go relax properly. Chu Yuan wasn’t in a rush to head back; he took Nie Yuqing and went for a stroll around the shopping mall.
