I am the Ultimate Villain, So What If I Kill a Protagonist

15: Chapter 15 tarnished the reputation of the miracle doctor”Yanran, don’t worry. If I can’t cure Uncle Liu, there’s no need for you to say anything; I’ll end my own life.”

Lin Tianyang patted his chest with full confidence as he made the guarantee.

He had inherited the unique skills of his master, the Medical Saint. His ’Immortal Feather Divine Needles’ technique was already perfected, and treating such a minor ailment should be a piece of cake.

If he cured Liu Yanran’s father this time, perhaps this ice-queen president would offer herself to him.

Lin Tianyang had a lecherous thought that almost made him drool.

Fortunately, he didn’t forget the task at hand.

After laying Mr. Liu flat, he began to check his pulse.

Chu Yuan watched coldly from the sidelines, not bothering to stop him from showing off, but instead letting him perform.

”Yanran, Uncle Liu just has a minor heart problem. If we delay any longer, I’m afraid he’ll pass away.”

”Ah... this...”

The four words ’pass away’ terrified Liu Yanran, leaving her distraught, and even her body trembled slightly.

”Don’t worry. This matter might be tricky for others, but for me, Lin Tianyang, it’s a piece of cake.”

Lin Tianyang revealed a smile he thought was charming: ”In a moment, I will use my master’s unique secret technique, the ’Immortal Feather Divine Needles,’ to seal Uncle Liu’s major meridians and clear his blood stasis and meridians.”

”In less than half an hour, not only will I be able to cure Uncle Liu, but even his congenital heart problem will be completely resolved.”

While speaking, Lin Tianyang had already taken out the silver needles and began the treatment.

Seeing Lin Tianyang’s professional movements, Liu Yanran couldn’t help but feel suspicious. Could this unkempt guy really cure her father?

Feeling helpless and distressed, she had no choice but to treat a dead horse as if it were still alive, pinning her hopes on Lin Tianyang.

However, what happened next caused Liu Yanran’s hopes to be completely shattered.

Lin Tianyang found the right moment, aimed at an acupuncture point, and quickly inserted a silver needle.

”Ah...”

A scream rang out.

Mr. Liu was jolted awake by the pain, let out a scream, spat out a mouthful of blood, and then collapsed into a coma.

His face turned deathly pale, his breathing was faint, and it looked as if his life was hanging by a thread.

”Ho... how could this happen?”

Lin Tianyang was completely stunned. With this one needle, the illness should have been cured immediately. Instead, it had almost turned into a death sentence.

”You... you dared to kill my father!”

”Bodyguards, restrain this murderer! If anything happens to my father, I will tear him to pieces.”

Liu Yanran shot a fierce glare at Lin Tianyang, her eyes filled with murderous intent.

To think she had actually held a glimmer of hope for Lin Tianyang just a moment ago.

It turned out that, just as Chu Yuan had said, this guy didn’t know any medicine at all. He was just treating him recklessly; perhaps he was even a villain trying to take the opportunity to murder her father.

Chu Yuan was not surprised by this sudden turn of events; he just smiled and said nothing.

This situation had long been within his expectations.

Having anticipated that Lin Tianyang would take the opportunity to show off his superb medical skills, Chu Yuan had secretly infused a bit of true Qi into Mr. Liu’s heart pulse beforehand.

With Chu Yuan’s methods, even Lin Tianyang would not be able to detect this strand of true Qi.

As soon as Lin Tianyang dared to start the treatment, this true Qi would completely erupt within Mr. Liu’s body, leading to the current scene.

As for the Protagonist who was supposedly saving lives, he had smashed his master’s reputation on the spot, becoming a quack who harmed people.

”Impossible, this is absolutely impossible! The ’Immortal Feather Divine Needles’ are my master’s secret, non-transferable technique. Once used, even if it couldn’t completely cure Uncle Liu, his condition should have improved, not ended up like this.”

Lin Tianyang scratched his head in confusion, unable to understand this sudden turn of events.

Seeing the Protagonist’s depressed look, Chu Yuan almost laughed out loud.

Such trash, yet he dares to call himself a divine doctor. I suppose his master, who claims to be a Medical Saint, is also a half-baked hack to have taught such a half-baked apprentice.

”Chu Yuan, it’s you! You planned all of this! You wanted to kill Uncle Liu and then frame me!”

Lin Tianyang’s eyes were fierce as he stared fixedly at Chu Yuan.

He believed his medical skills could not possibly be the problem, so someone at the scene must be tampering, and the only person with a deep grudge against him who wanted to frame him was Chu Yuan.

Even if Chu Yuan wasn’t the one pulling the strings behind the scenes, the best way now was to point the finger at Chu Yuan and muddy the waters, giving himself a chance to escape guilt.

”Heh...”

”Did you learn this skill of shifting the blame from your master?”

”Divine Doctor, who was it that just swore on his master’s reputation that if he couldn’t cure President Liu, he would commit suicide to apologize to the world?”

”Now that you’re afraid of death, you want to drag me down with you?”

Chu Yuan let out a cold snort.

He saw right through Lin Tianyang’s little trick.

He had done it so secretly that someone like Lin Tianyang would never be able to see through it.

His current eagerness to shift the blame onto him only made it feel like he was protesting too much.

Sure enough, Liu Yanran, who was already dissatisfied with Lin Tianyang, gritted her teeth upon hearing this: ”Bodyguards, catch this murderer! If he dares to resist, beat him to death. If you kill him, I’ll take responsibility.”

”Damn it!”

Seeing the security guards closing in, Lin Tianyang frowned deeply.

Being labeled a murderer on the spot, he was unable to defend himself.

Explaining further would only look like a cover-up and would only further enrage Liu Yanran.

Run?

This thought emerged in Lin Tianyang’s mind.

Without further ado, he knocked down the two bodyguards blocking the door and fled in a panic.

After the chaos, Mr. Liu’s condition worsened, and he was almost on the verge of death.

”Yanran, your father can still be saved. Let me try.”

After saying this, Chu Yuan didn’t wait for her response and proceeded to perform CPR on Mr. Liu.

Seeing this scene, Liu Yanran was stunned.

Did Chu Yuan actually know first aid?

But her father’s condition was not something that could be solved by simple first aid.

Chu Yuan naturally didn’t know medicine; he was just going through the motions while secretly inputting a strand of true Qi.

With Chu Yuan’s current strength, while he couldn’t cure Mr. Liu immediately, saving his life was more than enough.

Watching Chu Yuan’s movements, Liu Yanran was extremely anxious.

However, her anxiety did not last long.

A minute or two later, Mr. Liu’s complexion showed a hint of rosiness, and his heartbeat gradually recovered.

Seeing this, Liu Yanran was overjoyed and danced with excitement.

”Young Master Chu, my... my dad is okay now?”

”Hmm!”

After inputting another strand of true Qi, Chu Yuan stopped his actions.

”Your father’s heart stopped because of what just happened, which caused extreme anger and a sudden intake of breath that he couldn’t release.”

”Combined with Lin Tianyang’s reckless treatment, that’s what caused this crisis.”

”After I’ve cleared his blockages, he just needs to rest for a few days, and he will recover.”
