Flash Marriage: Pampered by Mr.Bigshot

Chapter 339: Chapter 338: Let me tell you, you’re fired (Additional)

”Nia Mitchell, good luck.”

Even though Rose Eastwood was utterly disheveled, she knew Nia Mitchell was done for.

Haha, you dared to flaunt in front of me and even said I’d lose my job? Hmph! You should open your eyes and see clearly. Now, let’s see who’s *really* going to lose their job.

Nia Mitchell silently rolled her eyes. Still, she felt a flutter of nerves, wondering what the CEO wanted with her. It seemed she was in trouble again...

What Nia Mitchell didn’t know was that just as she stepped out of the Secretary Department’s Grand Gate, Rose Eastwood’s cell phone rang.

”Hello? Team Leader.”

The moment Rose Eastwood saw the call was from her team leader, she glared at the Security Guards, took out her phone, and her expression instantly changed. Her voice was no longer as shrill and piercing.

Such submissive behavior was truly startling.

In stark contrast to Rose Eastwood’s meek and gentle voice, a rough, masculine roar erupted from the other end of the line.

”Rose Eastwood, you bitch! What the hell have you done now?”

Rose Eastwood froze, her eyes filled with disgust and rage, yet her voice remained as gentle as a lamb’s.

”Team Leader, please don’t be angry. I’m in the middle of an interview. Has something happened?”

”Interview?! You’re out interviewing every day, but how many actual news stories have you brought back? Didn’t I assign you to follow the new rising star, Juliet Anderson?”

Juliet Anderson, a new rising star in the Entertainment Circle, was the third-place winner of the 46th Artist Selection.

”I got an inside scoop and I’m in the middle of an interview...”

”I don’t care what you’re interviewing! I’m telling you right now, you’re fired!”

The Team Leader was seething. His voice, tinged with hoarseness, was incredibly grating to hear.

Rose Eastwood was stunned for a moment. Then, the submissiveness vanished from her face, and her voice took on a forceful edge.

”Team Leader, a matter like this isn’t for you to decide, is it?”

Rose Eastwood’s chest heaved with indignation. She had spoken to this Team Leader politely and reasonably, and he actually thought he was somebody? What did he amount to? Just a minor team leader in a subdivision of a massive company, not even a proper manager, with no access to upper management whatsoever. Daring to swagger in front of her? She used to be in the Secretary Department! It was only because that Nia Mitchell played dirty that she got demoted.

”You’re right, I don’t have the final say.”

The Team Leader roared furiously on the other end, and everyone in his Office Room was staring at him.

”That’s why I can’t put in a good word for you! Your dismissal is a direct order from upper management! You’d better hurry back and collect your final paycheck.”

”Impossible! I’ve given you plenty of ’benefits’! You better explain this clearly to me!”

Rose Eastwood couldn’t accept this. What did he mean, the decision came directly from the top?

”Hmph! Rose Eastwood, considering the ’favors’ you’ve consistently done for me, I’ve overlooked your past troublemaking. But this time, word is that President Zhong himself issued the notice. Did you go and offend someone important again?”

Hearing this, even if Rose Eastwood were a complete fool, she would have understood what was happening.

She remembered Nia Mitchell standing before her earlier, making a phone call, supposedly to EdbertNia Mitchell.

At the time, she hadn’t believed it.

But what was happening now? Could there really be such an incredible coincidence in this world?

Nia Mitchell!!!!

Rose Eastwood clenched her fists tightly. Damn it! She would never let her get away with this!
