Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 2154: Chapter 14: Envoy from the Biochemical Star Region

If Jia Yan were to visit Earth, it would be akin to a small asteroid entering Earth’s atmosphere. The commotion caused solely by his size would scare many children to tears, and there would be a possibility of triggering climate changes on this planet, even causing tsunamis.

On other planets, Jia Yan is fearless; he could leave after causing some trouble. But Earth is different; it is his mother star. Not to mention causing devastating disasters to Earth, even if he were to break a house or topple a large tree, he would find it very displeasing.

Thus, he decided not to go down, as there was simply no place that could accommodate him.

”Lord, we have instructed the army to head to the desert and prepare a place, so you and your battleship can go down there. If not, why not go onto the sea to view Earth?”

”It’s not necessary, sigh, Earth is doing well. I can report back to my nephews and nieces.”

Jia Yan shook his head lightly.

”In a while, a few of you will come to my battleship; I’ll tell you something while connecting your communications to the headquarters of several major civilizations. I will also send some announcements to them.”

”Yes, Lord.”

Hearing that Jia Yan wouldn’t be descending to Earth, several senior officials exhaled with relief, just as Jia Yan feared. They were also concerned that such a gigantic monster would cause a colossal panic if it descended on Earth.

There’s already panic arising; knowing that the Lord Giant Mosquito would visit today, many Earth people were already using their portable telescopes to gaze at the sky, even though they knew they wouldn’t see anything, but there’s always hope.

Yet, an unbelievable event occurred.

Many people could still see Jia Yan in space. After all, he had come to within a few hundred kilometers of Earth. For Earth people, this might as well be outer space. But a few hundred kilometers was still too close, close enough for Jia Yan’s massive ten-kilometer body to appear like another Moon to countless Earth people, visible in the bright blue sky.

The mass of ten kilometers approached within a few hundred kilometers of Earth, even causing tidal phenomena in the sea. Despite Jia Yan deploying his brainwave power to minimize the impact on Earth, it still affected Earth to an astonishing degree, altering the climate in certain regions.

Fortunately, after realizing this, he quickly flew backward, preventing further adverse effects on Earth.

Luckily today’s Earth is no longer the Earth of the past; a slight natural change wouldn’t lead to massive upheavals. At least they have a set of technological controllers to manage nature, so the impact is minimal.

”Alright then, I’ll go back and wait. Come over later.”

Jia Yan returned to the fleet side.

Earth’s senior officials were sighing one by one, marveling at the Giant Mosquito species, indeed powerful to a degree beyond their imagination. The previous Giant Mosquito visitor was already terrifying, sweeping through the fleet of a small country in the Biochemical Star Region as if playing. But the one who came now is even more astonishing.

It’s utterly terrifying, triggering astronomical phenomena just by entering the vicinity of Earth.

They realized just now, how frightening a true cosmic strongman creature could be.

”We must hurry to notify other civilizations for remote connection. This requires enormous energy, sigh, but there’s no choice. What’s to be discussed is surely significant.”

Earth’s senior officials promptly controlled the spaceship, heading for Earth Alliance’s current core hub, Shanghai City.

As Jia Yan flew away from Earth, numerous people and some skilled in cultivation returned from the shock.

”Oh, my God...”

”Is this the giant mosquito species strong one who’s coming today? It’s terrifying, definitely not a creature but more like an asteroid.”

”Didn’t you see it move? This is indeed a wonder in the cosmos, such a terrifyingly huge giant beast.”

”The Giant Mosquito seniors we’ve seen before pale in comparison to this Lord. Such a fearsome presence, what power would it possess, can’t even imagine.”

”Well, there’s no need to worry; the Lord won’t bother with Earth people. We still depend on those previous Giant Mosquito seniors; the Lord is truly out of our league.”

Earth people were shocked by the monstrous size and fearsome nature of the arriving entity, like another Moon appearing in the sky; nobody could believe this kind of creature existed.

Meanwhile, at Jia’s family, many people from Jia’s family were also watching the immense, incredible creature overhead at the same moment.

”This...”

Previously, Jia Rong, who spoke of dealing with the Giant Mosquito species, felt overwhelmed, almost drowning in his own saliva.

He initially thought it was somewhat plausible to deal with the Giant Mosquito species, but seeing now such an astonishing presence within the species, the gaze of that presence in mid-air seemed to glance casually in Jia’s family’s direction. Upon being swept by its gaze, Jia Rong felt an overwhelming aura pressing upon him, rendering him immobile.

It wasn’t intentional suppression but a natural outcome of too great a disparity in innate power. If the being exerted true force, Jia Rong sensed he might be instantly vaporized by that gaze.

Such a power gap is beyond explanation through mere words.

”See that, this is the Giant Mosquito...”

Beside Jia Rong, Samo Ling spoke with a bitter smile.

Jia Rong thought she was discouraging him from dealing with the Giant Mosquito species but failed to notice the complex expression his mother held as she gazed at the terrifying, colossal Giant Mosquito.

Indeed, Samo Ling was somewhat shocked too.

Even though she knew Jia Yan’s power had progressed immensely, witnessing his current state was profoundly shocking, making her also feel the massive and expanding gulf between them.

The gap between the two was too vast, and would only grow in the future, leading Samo Ling, after waiting for so many years, to feel her faith shaken for the first time.

Was she worthy of this Great Level existence?

Setting aside Earth’s reactions, speaking only of the few major civilizations Earth people eagerly sought to contact, one was considered a powerful unknown guarding the Orion Arm.

This civilization wasn’t weak. It ranked among the top ten in the Orion Arm; yet, its leaders were somewhat apprehensive and at a loss.

”Lord, you are an envoy from the Biochemical Star Region’s third largest civilization. We dare not neglect you, but we can’t make decisions alone in the Orion Arm. Your conditions need deliberation with other civilizations before we can respond.”

”Hmph? My conditions are considerate enough for you. Here’s a change: my civilization demands that you become our vassal. Since you can’t decide, I’ll propose another: become the first vassal to our civilization, preparing for other Orion Arm civilizations to follow as vassals. The benefit of being the first vassal is substantial enough.”

A dignitary at the Peak of the Dignitaries stood proud in the Starry Sky.

Before him were groups of battleships, yet none dared entertain thoughts of firing, awkwardly awaiting orders from above.

This creature hailed from the neighboring ”Biochemical Star Region,” which nearly overran the Orion Arm last time. The previous assault was only by a small border civilization, but now, the emissary of the third largest in the Biochemical Star Region had come.
