Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 1677: Chapter 5: Something Flew Out of the Black Hole

The Linggua Force is a small power developing in a small stellar system between the two major spiral arms of the Milky Way.

The so-called two major spiral arms are the Sagittarius arm and the Perseus arm, with the Solar System located in the Orion arm, between these two major arms.

However, even in the relatively empty region between the two spiral arms, there are also stars, and hence biological systems, though without the same splendor of civilizations and powers.

And the Linggua Force is just such a small power in a certain solitary star system within this empty region.

”In this universe, there must be other life forms. Our Linggua Empire will surely find other life, even rule over them, and become the only top civilization in the whole Milky Way!”

Within the Linggua Force, there is a royal system, and this royal family has recently discovered more and more evidence of other civilizations in the Milky Way through scientists.

For example, they often receive wireless signals of knowledge, and there are many such signals.

Also, for example, they can probe some distant planets for traces of biological activity.

Of course, some of those traces are too terrifying, and scientists believe they are not man-made. Otherwise, the level of technology would be beyond their imagination.

”Find it for me. Our great Linggua royal family will surely find other habitable planets and then dominate the entire Milky Way.”

The Linggua royal family is extremely belligerent. Ever since they defeated all nations and challengers within the Linggua star system twenty years ago, they have set their sights on the entire Milky Way.

”Emperor, I must say, our actions are extremely foolish. As I mentioned earlier, there surely exist civilizations far superior to our Linggua civilization in the universe, even singular powerful creatures far surpassing our Linggua civilization. Based on my fifty years of speculation and observation, the mysterious forces of the Milky Way are sure to breed monstrously terrifying creatures. If you are too belligerent, it will lead our Linggua civilization into a place of no return.”

A paralyzed biological entity of the Linggua civilization warns through a machine controlled by its eyes.

”Humph, you fellow, don’t think just because you received our Linggua civilization’s Nobel Prize for technological achievement, your words carry that much weight. Always saying our Linggua civilization will perish within two hundred years, and that there are aliens capable of destroying us. Now you say there are terrifying creatures. If there really are, why don’t they appear? Let them appear once and see!”

The emperor of the Linggua civilization, a creature resembling a scorpion, possesses a massive body over thirty meters long, with power comparable to the outer world’s heavenly level, making him quite formidable.

”Emperor, I am serious. With my cosmic knowledge and insights, you must believe me,” the paralyzed creature helplessly persuades using its eye-controlled machine.

”Get lost!”

With a shove, the emperor sends the paralyzed creature flying.

”If there is such an extremely powerful creature in this universe, let it appear. What could compare to the God of Linggua we worship, more formidable than a black hole? Haha, in this universe, only by believing in our True God, a black hole, can we find the ultimate truth!”

The emperor gazes obsessively into the dark space not far from the Linggua star system.

Within that space lies an extremely terrifying interstellar assassin, a black hole!

According to the predictions of Linggua civilization’s scientists, in three hundred years, the Linggua civilization’s stellar system will completely fall within this black hole’s gravitational range, and by then their entire civilization will have no escape.

This is why the emperor is so intent on and even desperate to escape the Linggua star system.

Upon discovering a civilization, his strategy is to occupy it and then enslave the inhabitants, to continue the Linggua civilization.

”Huh!?”

As he observes the dark black hole, his eyes are momentarily stunned.

Meanwhile, on the other side, the paralyzed scientist also uses the machine to get back up and, upon looking at the data on the machine, is equally stunned.

”This... why did our God suddenly light up!”

The emperor is completely shocked, his mind roaring with confusion.

”Could it be that the black hole is going to suck us in prematurely? Why is there such an anomaly!” He quickly comes to the paralyzed scientist, completely losing the dignity befitting an emperor.

One must understand that a black hole, if it really starts to rage, would swallow not only their small Linggua civilization but also their civilization’s mother star, the Linggua star, which contains 98% of the total mass of the entire star system.

”Impossible! Emperor, my data terminal shows that something... something is flying out from the surface of the black hole!”

The previously paralyzed scientist seems so exhilarated that his paralyzed body starts trembling uncontrollably.

”Something flying out from the surface of the black hole? This... absolutely impossible! The gravitational pull of a black hole from which not even light can escape, what could escape its attraction! There must be a mistake somewhere.”

The emperor does not believe it at all.

What is a black hole? It is the only end level power in the entire universe. Linggua civilization’s scientists speculate that, eons later, the universe will lose all light with the demise of stellar energy, stellar masses will convert into black holes, and the entire universe will become pitch black.

This ultimate final power, what could fly out from it? It is completely impossible!

Yet, his voice of disbelief is interrupted as a group of frantic scientists rush from outside his imperial palace, claiming they observed something flying out inversely from the black hole, completely disappearing...

”What is it exactly? Could there really be other life forms in this universe, and even these life forms can resist black holes!? This... Could it be the True God!?”

The Emperor was completely stunned.

In their observation system, the object that flew out of the black hole initially moved extremely slowly, seemingly also struggling to breakthrough because of the black hole’s gravitational force.

But it didn’t take long before its speed increased more and more, eventually completely escaping the black hole’s range.

”Ah! This, this, this... It’s a spacecraft, how terrifying, such a huge spacecraft!”

When the detection system finally got a clear look at the thing that flew out of the black hole, the people of the Linggua Galaxy were even more devastated.

That defying exit from the black hole turned out to be a spacecraft?

”My goodness, it must be aliens! This is the first time we’ve seen extraterrestrial life outside of our Linggua Civilization, it’s an event that can be recorded in history!”

”No, if it can fly out of a black hole, it must be technology way beyond our imagination. Heavens, it’s actually coming toward us!”

”This won’t do, if that terrifying unknown spacecraft approaches us, our Linggua Civilization definitely can’t resist. Quick, deploy the defensive fleet to intercept.”

”No, intercepting will surely lead to death, what should we do!”

The entire Linggua Civilization trembled in fear.

However, compared to their tension and fear, inside the approaching spacecraft, they did not feel the emotions of the other party.

”Terrifying, couldn’t even jump into subspace just now. It’s proven that approaching a black hole, even subspace is affected, it’s astonishing. If I hadn’t thought of the plan to simultaneously trigger subspace and the Adisa’s propulsion capability, I would have been trapped in the black hole forever.”

Jia Yan was inside that spacecraft regarded as terrifying by the Linggua Empire’s creatures, namely the Adisa.

At this moment, he wasn’t thinking about the Linggua Civilization’s thoughts, but still lingering in the recent crisis.

Facing the black hole, even his prideful power seemed insignificant; if it weren’t for the Adisa’s propulsion, he would have been dead for sure.

”Fortunately, the needed resources are sufficient. But the Adisa’s energy consumption is huge; ahead, there seems to be a civilization, let’s see if I can get some energy.”

Jia Yan finally recovered from that overwhelmingly terrifying scene, silently swearing never to venture into such heart-stopping situations again.

”Huh, this civilization seems a little different from outer ones.”

In the next second, Jia Yan noticed the civilization before him seemed different from other alien civilizations he had the impression of.

However, the other side seemed to have battleships, crazily assembling at this moment, a whole five or six thousand, rapidly intercepting toward Jia Yan.

”Oh, even warships that don’t compare to the current Earth Alliance Battleships dare intercept the Adisa? Even if I don’t do anything, letting them attack Adisa here wouldn’t let them break through its defense in a hundred years?”

Jia Yan smiled wryly, shaking his head.

It seemed that the civilization’s military was quite aggressive, yet while Jia Yan examined them, they were already surrounding him, encircling the Adisa entirely.

”Jig jig jig goo goo goo...”

The communication device transmitted their extremely strange communication noises.

”They don’t even understand the language?”

Jia Yan was helpless, it seems this civilization is isolated, developing alone in this region, not even understanding the Milky Way’s universal language.”Forget it, the other side seems to have some scientific development, I’ll go find suitable energy myself.”

Jia Yan was helpless, driven by the thought that these guys couldn’t possibly affect him, piloting the Adisa towards the civilized planet of the other side.

”Jig jig jig jig goo goo goo!”

The communication device emitted another peculiar sound.

Along with this sound, the opponent’s warships fully entered a war-ready state, thousands assuming a battle posture simultaneously.

Jia Yan didn’t care about such things, he also had no intent to kill, after all, the opponent was like ants, if he could avoid killing, he would. He was the one offending first anyway.

Jia Yan piloted the Adisa, crashing into the group of surrounding warships.

The size of each opponent was barely one or two hundred meters, compared to the twenty-kilometer colossal body of the Adisa, it was a comparison of ants to elephants.

It didn’t take long for Jia Yan to directly crash out a path.
