Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 1675: Chapter 3: Departure

After letting the geniuses leave, Jia Yan conversed with Longta and Luobei Jue for quite some time.

Then he bid farewell to the two strong ones and entered an exceptionally large building on this temporary planet.

”This building is quite expansive.”

Seeing the living environment, Jia Yan was very satisfied.

Jia Yan looked around and finding nothing amiss, settled in.

The entire structure reached ten kilometers in height, covering an area of fifty kilometers, making it quite comfortable even for Jia Yan to live in.

Reaching his current size, he hadn’t expected to find such a cozy living environment.

”Even though I’ve seen the sincerity of the Genius Battlefield, it doesn’t mean I completely trust them... so I won’t lower my guard before leaving here.”

Jia Yan pondered, then took out his communicator.

”Xi Bala? This is Jia Yan. I’m in the Genius Battlefield now, though at its boundary, communication might not reach you quickly. I am roughly at peace with the battlefield, so you don’t have to worry there. Alright, we can chat more another time.”

After sending this message, Jia Yan ended the communication.

Although he could communicate in the Genius Battlefield, the boundary was several hundred light-years from the central area, making communication not so easily achievable, so Jia Yan just left a message.

The gap between him and the Genius Battlefield probably affected Xi Bala a bit, although Jia Yan plans to extract Xi Bala from the battlefield in the future, it won’t be now. Thus, he sent this message so Xi Bala can resume normal production and life without many concerns.

After sending the communication, Jia Yan once again immersed himself, communicating and enhancing his power.

Having reached the stellar level, it wasn’t easy for him to enhance his strength, even for an Evolutionary Creature.

Of course, compared to ordinary stellar strong ones, Evolutionary Creatures not only improve much faster, but also possess overwhelming power of the same level. Otherwise, the Genius Battlefield wouldn’t have immediately backed off upon knowing Jia Yan had reached the stellar level.

However, this also relates to Jia Yan not causing trouble or posing threats to the current Genius Battlefield. They are likely probing to establish contact with him, as there are too many unique species in the universe, with Evolutionary Creatures being just one of them. If the Genius Battlefield were hung up on issues from twenty thousand years ago, they’d have too many things to worry about.

”Hmm, my strength seems to be stabilizing. Previously, I was barely transitioning past the stabilization phase of the stellar level, not even truly there. Now, as I am passing this stabilization period alongside my mutation stabilization, the combined strength boost...”

”Perhaps my strength, compared to when I fought with Kong Ping, has improved significantly?”

Jia Yan assessed his current strength and smiled slightly.

”On the upcoming journey, aboard the Adisa, I can momentarily detach when encountering a suitable black hole to create an artificial one for stellar level use. My strength will surely leap forward!”

Overnight, Jia Yan finally laid down his worries, seeing that the Genius Battlefield truly had no intention to act against him.

Jia Yan wasn’t genuinely malicious, so if the other side held off on action, maintaining future relations would certainly be possible.

The next day arrived, Longta and Luobei Jue invited Jia Yan early, gathering a group of geniuses to board a forty-kilometer giant battleship.

”Everyone, I have my own aircraft; I’ll follow you for a while. In a couple of days, I’ll use my aircraft to follow along. Is this allowed?”

Jia Yan entered the massive battleship, significantly larger than the Adisa, and suddenly asked.

”That’s fine, but the speed of this battleship is astonishingly fast. Hope your aircraft can keep up,” Longta looked at Jia Yan with some skepticism.

He had watched Jia Yan grow and had previously investigated, knowing Jia Yan didn’t have a stable superfast aircraft.

”No worries, my aircraft is not slow,” Jia Yan responded with a confident smile.

With the current ejection capabilities of the Adisa, it might not completely surpass this giant battleship, but it certainly isn’t slow.

”Greetings to the three senior lords.”

The three stellar strong ones aboard the massive battleship were the strongest, the commanders of all geniuses and staff, garnering utmost respect from every creature they encountered.

”You all take care. We’ll be departing soon.”

Longta regarded the geniuses as juniors.

But his view of Jia Yan was different, seeing him as a peer.

This fact, noticed from afar by many geniuses who had battled Jia Yan before, left each of them with a bitter expression, their heads hanging lower.

Previously, this group of geniuses was considered the cream of the crop, the greatest and most magnificent beings within the entire Genius Field.

Originally, they should have been extremely arrogant.

But now, within this giant warship, with Jia Yan’s presence, they couldn’t remain arrogant, nor did they have the aura of geniuses anymore.

Even if some wanted to boast, upon reconsideration, they thought of Jia Yan, this ’senior genius’ who was younger yet far more powerful than them, and their boastful words shrank back, leaving them sighing disinterestedly, unwilling to say anything more.

In the presence of such a monstrously formidable existence, what right did they have to boast?

”Haha, Jia Yan, having you with us this time has been a great help. Look, that group of guys who used to think so highly of themselves, now none dare to speak loudly. Also, only a few remain prideful, which benefits our management greatly.”

”Exactly, you’re impressive. Without needing to fight or scold, or even speak to them, each one behaves themselves. It seems that in the future, tasks like these are best left to you. That group in the Genius Field, boasting so smugly, sees you and all wilt.”

Longta and Luobei Jue were almost in admiration of Jia Yan as they witnessed the scene.

Previously, they too had handled a few similar situations, yet every encounter with those so-called geniuses of the Genius Field was a tremendous headache. After all, each genius in the Genius Field had some minor conflicts with peers of the same level, and when clashes arose, the escorts at the stellar level found it quite troublesome.

”Haha, you two praise me too much, I didn’t expect them to hold me in such high regard either.”

Jia Yan smiled wryly. Truth be told, he had no desire to manage those geniuses of the Genius Field, especially since some had even fought him in the past.

But unexpectedly, the presence of Jia Yan caused them to wilt, and what else could he do?

”Alright, now that everyone is here, and the geniuses are ready, let’s set off. Jia Yan, make sure to control your aircraft to follow.”

The two stellar-level individuals inside the warship announced to the geniuses on board, and then directly gave the order to depart.

A forty-kilometer-long giant battleship appeared nearly as large as a planet from the outside.

Jia Yan knew that such a battleship’s construction technology, even without industrial support, was beyond Xi Bala’s capacity. This technology involves complexities that no one or two individuals can resolve.

So, as he looked at the bustling warship for a while and sighed, he suddenly felt the entire ship accelerate.

In the starry sky, this enormous giant battleship initially flew forward for an acceleration phase, and after more than five thousand kilometers, a distorted space appeared at the front of the gigantic hull. Then the entire battleship leapt into this distorted space!

”Is this the actual speed of a curvature propulsion engine!?”

Jia Yan could almost no longer sense the presence of the Adisa, so he quickly commanded the Adisa to jump into subspace, and then noticed that not far behind this giant battleship, the Adisa was rapidly catching up in deep subspace.

”Such a fast giant battleship.” Only then did he realize how fast the giant battleship was. Without the ejection system, the Adisa would not have been able to catch up.

”Haha, Jia Yan, your aircraft hasn’t caught up, has it? No worries, if it can’t catch up, just leave it behind. You can fetch it when we return,” Longta said with a smile upon noticing a change in Jia Yan’s expression.

To him, the giant battleship of the Genius Field was truly incredibly fast. Jia Yan seemed like an entity without much backing, even if he were an Evolutionary Creature, which further suggested he couldn’t possess an aircraft with speed comparable to the giant battleship.

Moreover, Longta had seen Jia Yan’s aircraft before; although it was quite large, its speed was far from fast.

”No, my aircraft caught up.” Just as Longta mulled over these thoughts, Jia Yan shook his head.

”Caught up? How is that possible!”

Longta was startled and used his brainwave power to probe the rear but found nothing.

He and Luobei Jue exchanged a glance, then tacitly dropped the matter.

They believed Jia Yan was saying this out of pride.

Of course, Jia Yan didn’t bother to explain anything. After chatting briefly with the two stellar-level strong ones, he exited the warship’s command cabin.

”Phew...”

At this point, Jia Yan’s previously tense heart finally fully relaxed.

Until just now, he was preparing for the worst-case scenario where the Genius Field might act against him.

Seeing the giant battleship pass through the Genius Field’s exit, accelerating to use the warp engine, and entering a place similar to subspace but unlike subspace, he was finally completely relieved.

”Looks like the Genius Field is sincerely good to me, so in the future, I won’t have to be on guard against them,” he thought to himself with subtle approval of the Genius Field’s actions.

In fact, he had also gained many benefits in the Genius Field, and not having to fall out with what felt like a ’sect’ was also a good thing for him.
