”Your Majesty, I think we can... talk to him. Whatever his demands are, as long as they’re not excessive, we can consider them,” Tufu stammered, unexpectedly speaking in a cowardly manner.

”This...”

Upon hearing Tufu’s words, the ministers who initially thought he would be tough were speechless.

However, the power of the Giant Mosquito is so formidable and extraordinary, what else can they do but submit?

”Ah, very well, we shall go and speak with him. Lord Tufu, since you proposed this idea, why don’t you make contact with him yourself, what do you say?”

The Emperor sighed helplessly. Such a Great Empire being intimidated by a mere individual powerhouse, making them unable to express any displeasure, felt very unsettling and uncomfortable to him.

”Me?” Upon hearing this, Tufu was shocked, and although stammering, he didn’t express any objection.

What else could he do? He had said it, and could only accept it.

The entire Great Empire had already gone mad.

The Giant Mosquito was originally like a distant legend, a Divine Spirit a few hundred light-years away, thought by the people of the Great Empire to never come near them regardless of how the war turned out here.

But today, they suddenly discovered that the Divine Spirit had arrived!

And they arrived so wildly, like a great Buddha descending in a chaotic world, saving the suffering.

As soon as they arrived within the Great Empire’s territory, they saved a planet under attack. At that time, over twenty million people on that planet were saved effortlessly by the Giant Mosquito.

Subsequently, Elder Giant Mosquito tirelessly went to a nearby defense line battlefield and did the most exciting thing—completely annihilating a Feiheng Forces Fleet.

This made the people of the Great Empire very delighted.

The Great Empire, though able to temporarily resist the enemy, was losing territory continuously, nearly reaching the brink of collapse, with everyone looking for a way out, and the Earth side’s sanctuary being a place many longed for.

However, very few people could traverse a few hundred light-years to reach Earth Civilization; it’s not just a matter of ability, but also requires luck and courage.

Yet at this moment, the people of the Great Empire discovered that the true reason Earth Civilization is so attractive had personally arrived in the Great Empire!

”Haha, not going to Earth Civilization seems like the right decision, otherwise, I would have just been an illegal immigrant. Now that Elder Giant Mosquito has arrived, our Great Empire can surely end this damned war just like on Earth and drive the Feiheng forces out of our homeland!”

”Have you heard? Elder Giant Mosquito might have come because he heard he had believers here in the Great Empire. Although many say it’s foolish to believe in him, somehow I feel a little admiration too. Should I join the Mosquito God Sect?”

”Join, I’ve already joined, there’s nothing strange in the doctrine, it’s good to join.”

The entire Great Empire plunged into a frenzy, and the hastily established branch of the Mosquito God Sect rapidly absorbed fresh blood, developing at a pace that even the creators couldn’t believe.

And the authorities of the Great Empire, almost no senior dared to interfere.

Who dares to? That’s the Mosquito God Sect, with the Giant Mosquito helping in their battles. Cleansing the Mosquito God Sect would be unkind to him.

Regardless if he gets angry or not, if he abandons helping and leaves, the disappointed populace of the Great Empire might overthrow the Imperial Palace!

Even Jia Yan himself, upon learning of the Mosquito God Sect spreading like wildfire within the Great Empire in just a few days, was somewhat astonished, and he also had a wry smile.

On Earth, there were many similar sects, and he initially wanted to manage them, but thinking that they gathered in admiration of his true body, he let it be, thinking of it as something amusing given there were so many similar sects.

But unexpectedly, the ’Mosquito God Sect,’ just one of the many faiths in his Giant Mosquito form on Earth, grew immensely the moment it arrived in the Great Empire, exploiting his arrival to become a major force here. Moreover, due to the government’s hesitance to manage it, its pace of growth was accelerating.

”Who said people of the Great Empire aren’t interested in faith? I think they’re crazier than the Earth people.”

Jia Yan shook his head helplessly after reading numerous articles through the network on the Superfast Battleship.

Anyway, he didn’t intend to manage the Mosquito God Sect, nor would he suppress it. He wanted to see how far it could develop under his name.

Jia Yan is currently flying among the Starry Sky, heading towards another relatively tense battlefield of the Great Empire.

The Great Empire’s territory is vast, with about ten light-years between the two major battlefields. Jia Yan was heading towards a battlefield where a major battle had just ended.

That battle unsurprisingly ended with the Great Empire’s defeat, with a fleet of a hundred thousand ships losing to five thousand warships of the Feiheng Forces, a twenty-to-one ratio.

Fortunately, because the Empire has abundant resources and ample troops, this defeat doesn’t significantly affect the course of the war. However, this great defeat in the battle has resulted in widespread lamentation across the Empire, prompting many to accelerate their escape.

Jia Yan is now heading over to support the second line of defense formed by the defeated remnants of the one hundred thousand battleships.

The leader of this defense line is someone Avatar Jia Yan has met before: the Crown Prince of the Empire, also known as the ’Great General’, who previously commanded the Kawai Defense Line.

He is considered an old adversary of the Feiheng Forces Fleet. Although he has been retreating successively in previous wars, if not for his command abilities, the Empire might have long been overrun.

However, the citizens of the Empire do not appreciate these efforts, and coupled with previous war failures, this Crown Prince has borne numerous blames. If not for the ministers and the Emperor understanding his abilities and trusting him, he might not have been able to continue commanding the fleet.

”So, there are so many hidden secrets on that battlefield. Is the Second Prince competing with the Crown Prince for power?”

Jia Yan, having nothing else to do, read many articles online and came to the conclusion that there was overt and covert fighting on that battlefield— even related to the struggle for the royal succession.

Clearly, with the war not going well and the whole Empire facing potential obliteration, yet these two princes still engage in conflict. It’s completely nonsensical.

After making this judgment, Jia Yan decided not to bother with the struggle between the two princes. Ultimately, all of this had no effect on him as an outsider; he just needed to first show his goodwill and strength, and then express his ’intentions’ to the Empire.

The superfast battleship entered the gravitational wave system, moving at incredible speed.

Jia Yan’s arrival drove not only the entire Empire crazy, but even its opponents—several semi-permanent star-level powerhouses in charge of the Empire’s wartime affairs—had gone mad!

”What’s going on? Isn’t this Giant Mosquito supposed to have reached a peace agreement in the Earth warzone with our Feiheng Forces Lord, Bitan? So why has he come to the Empire opposing us?”

”No, I checked again, and there are no clauses preventing the Giant Mosquito from participating further in the agreement between our Lord and Earth. Our Lord was so careless; the Giant Mosquito is not bound by those clauses at all.”

”Damn it, what should we do now? With the Giant Mosquito arriving, we currently have no means to counter it. Even if we start producing artificial black holes now, we can’t make many in a short time, and it’s said that they have little effect on him.”

Several semi-permanent star-level powerhouses, now located on a habitable star at the original borders of the Empire, turned into the command center for Feiheng Forces, were discussing in despair.

They were all semi-permanent star-level authorities of great power within the Feiheng Forces, each having reached the late semi-permanent star-level stage.

However, with such combat power, they had no confidence at all when confronting the legendary Giant Mosquito.

It should be known that it could fight on par with Pseudo Stellar Level Powerhouses, even slightly prevailing!

A group of semi-permanent star levels, even if they swarmed up, were not enough to be a match for him.

”Forget it, we retreat. We abandon all the planets we have just conquered and retreat to the rear defense line. Our Lords will be here soon, and as long as we can hold out until they arrive, we can kill this Giant Mosquito even by sheer numbers!”

Suddenly, a decisive semi-permanent star-level commander made a firm proposal.

”Abandon the hard-won planets? This...” The other semi-permanent star-level powerhouses were taken aback.

The Empire is a tough nut to crack. Although its fleet strength is incomparable, its foundation is very deep. The Feiheng Force comprises merely a small force from the Biochemical Star Region, occupying an area of only one or two light-years, with just five or six main stars. If the war drags on, the Empire might even exhaust the Feiheng Forces.

The conquered territories were extremely precious, yet they were to be abandoned due to the newly emerged Giant Mosquito?

They hesitated.

”Forget it, you’re right; the Giant Mosquito’s power is too terrifying. Let’s just abandon them.”

The decision made by these semi-permanent star levels caused a massive change on the entire battlefield.

Even before Jia Yan reached the battlefield, he learned from the network that Feiheng Forces Fleet, which was about to overrun that battlefield, had gradually retreated to a previously fortified star.

”Hmm? This Feiheng Force commander has an open mind.” Jia Yan, upon seeing this news, was also slightly surprised.

After half a day, he reached the battlefield.

Almost all the high commanders of the Imperial Fleet awaiting battle couldn’t understand what trick Feiheng Forces were playing. They were on the brink of victory, yet they abandoned a promising situation?

Only a portion of the high-level commanders on the battlefield guessed the true reason.

”It seems that the news of the Giant Mosquito coming to our Empire made the Feiheng Fleet abandon their assault.”
