Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 652: Chapter 29: First Draft of Strengthened Equipment Design! Seeking Subscription_3

”The second design can solve your greatest weakness of lacking long-range attacks. You need to understand that every star-level fighter faces this problem of weak long-range attacks. For example, Otto, whom you previously fought, did not bring all his equipment, hence he could not launch long-range attacks at you. If he had brought his long-range weapon that day, your battle would have been tougher!”

Daphne didn’t elaborate on the second piece of equipment, because its principle was obvious upon seeing it. It was merely a modified electromagnetic cannon that could be fitted to Jia Yan’s head. Of course, although the design wasn’t aesthetically pleasing, it would undoubtedly solve his problem of lacking long-range attacks!

But imagining the scene, his long mouth needle already made him look ridiculous, and then a light cannon over ten meters long appearing on top of his head...it just seemed laughable...

”As for the third design, it’s a rather flashy one, coming from a young species enthusiast.” Daphne wanted to laugh when she saw the third design. If this design were actually used, even if we didn’t consider the cost, Big Mosquito would shine golden in a fight. His opponents would probably die laughing.

After all, general metals are no longer protective for star-level creatures. Their attacks could easily damage most metals, and stronger metals would inevitably increase the burden on the user. So after reaching the sky-level, there is an unwritten rule among the vast number of strong ones in the starry sky: they do not use too many metal equipment and weapons.

However, it seemed that Jia Yan looked at this set of equipment with a different eye!

He lingered on it for a long time, and after reading the explanation of the metal by the biologist, he felt a bit relieved.

Daphne’s mockery was indeed justified. The designer claimed that the type of metal he wanted to use was not found in the transport ship, but a metal named ’Qian Er Xi 00279’, a metal commonly used on warships for being extremely durable. If brainwave power is applied onto it, it can easily vibrate with the metal and produce corresponding defense power.

Yes, this is the kind of metal mostly used on the surface of battleships. Every time Jia Yan attacked these warships, the resistance that appeared on the surface was due to the transformation of energy into defense power through this metal!

However, as soon as Jia Yan read this, he shook his head. This designer is indeed a young man, he is a bit idealistic. Let alone the technical difficulties in creating similar equipment, just the ’Qian Er Xi 00279’ metal, even if Earth City had it, no one would be willing to use it to build Jia Yan’s full set of equipment!

It must be known that the equipment designed by this designer is made entirely of ’Qian Er Xi 00279’. In reality, the amount of this metal used by a warship would only wrap around the whole body like a thread. To create the equipment the designer envisions, the amount of ’Qian Er Xi 00279’ required is equivalent to that used by five five-hundred-meter warships! This represents an inconceivable vast amount of wealth.

”Hehe, and he also proposed some surgical methods to make my mouth needle capable of jetting long-range attacks...” Jia Yan looked at another great idea of the designer and couldn’t help but want to laugh.

”Huh?...”

Suddenly, his laughter abruptly halted!

”No! The idea of jetting long-range attacks from the mouth needle is actually quite good!” Jia Yan’s compound eyes seemed to be stirred by a hint of inspiration that he had never thought of before.

Yes, he had never thought of it before. The Jia Yan in the past considered the mouth needle as a tool for eating or something else, but now his need for food is not much. If this organ can have other uses, especially as a ’cannon’ for launching long-range attacks, it would be a great utilization!

”But as for surgery, I’d rather keep my distance! Actually, the second design can be combined with his idea. That is to place a cannon on top of the mouth needle. After it’s equipped, I can aim via the touch sensation of the mouth needle, greatly improving the accuracy!”

Thinking about these, as Jia Yan looked at the three design drafts in front of him, a glint gradually echoed in his compound eyes!

Why should he always follow the ideas of these professionals? He is an evolutionary creature! He can completely modify or combine these designs after getting them from the biologists, and then develop a set of equipment that is really suitable for him!

He can even integrate his concept of ’mutation’ into this set of equipment to provide a direction for the next mutation. When the time is right, they may even become the ”nutrients” for his mutation, just like the previous set of metal exoskeletons. At that time, his defense mutated and became stronger due to swallowing the metal exoskeleton, which saved him from crisis time and time again!

”Yes! I will design a set of equipment that is most suitable for me, combining the advantages of these biologists!” Jia Yan’s laughter finally blossomed.

”Daphne, leave these design drafts here! After 24 hours, I will give you the most suitable equipment design plan.”

Daphne suddenly heard Jia Yan’s voice!

(Couldn’t get into the backstage, but luckily I managed to get in before 12 o’clock. Sorry for the late release.)
