Chapter 1246 - Preparations For The Demon Invasion

In the inner section of the cursed wilderness.

”Brother Ajax, arenʼt you supposed to enter the Ylercester province?”

The moment Ajax entered Garonʼs territory, he heard the primitive ape kingʼs voice.

Since Darbaudr was going to the Ylercester province, the full in charge of the Garonʼs territory was left for the Primitive ape king.

Currently, Garonʼs territory conquered the other spirit beast kingsʼ region ranked from seventh to ninth. Adding to Garonʼs territory, Ajax had a total of four regions under his control.

And among all the spirit beasts in these four regions, the Primitive ape king was the strongest one. So, it was the right thing to leave these territories to the primitive ape king.

”There will be a demon invasion in the Zrochester province soon. I want you to prepare all the spirit beasts under our control.”

Ajax didnʼt explain much as he ordered the ape king to assemble all the powerful spirit beasts.

”Yes, brother.”

The primitive ape king was surprised for a moment; however, he didnʼt waste any more time as he roared while slamming his chest.

”The spirit beast kings from seventh to the ninth ranked territory will assemble here with their armies at any time now.”

After doing that for a few moments, the primitive ape king informed Ajax, making him nod his head.

”Good. Also, send someone to the Fairy kingʼs territory to inform the current leader Ceru about the demon invasion. Donʼt forget to mention my name, he will understand.”

Ajax just wants no one close to him to suffer and since the fairy kingʼs territory will belong to Keshe sooner or later, he would at least try to inform them about the demon invasion.

”Yes, brother.”

The primitive ape king nodded his head before seeing one of the Silver wyvern generals to the middle-section of the cursed wilderness to inform Ceru about the demon invasion.

”Brother Ajax, you really care for the human race.”

Looking at how serious Ajax was while speaking to him earlier, the primitive ape king misunderstood that Ajax really cared for the human race.

”Itʼs no…”

”However, I ask you to be wary of the human race because my brother, who was a human, had been killed by his own people over a treasure. So, I say that itʼs not worth your life for such people.”

Before Ajax said something, the primitive ape king said something that made Ajax raise his brows as he didnʼt know that the primitive ape king hates humans to the core.

However, he still didnʼt go against Ajaxʼs orders to fight against the demons but he warned Ajax to be careful of the humans.

”I will keep that in mind.”

Ajax nodded his head as he already knew how the human heart changes and how hard it is to predict it.

The thing is, whenever the demons try to invade, they mostly focus on the humans as they were clearly very intelligent compared to the humans and as long as the humans were cleared, they could easily conquer and turn the spirit beasts into demonic spirit beasts.

However, since Ajax had a spirit beast army, he wanted to use it to kill all the demons to gain more essence of nature along with the mission rewards.

”Should I inform the spirit beast kings from the territories that are yet to be conquered?”

Seeing that Ajax understood his words, the primitive ape king was satisfied and asked Ajax about informing other spirit beast kings.

”No need. I think the spirit beast army under us is more than enough to stop the demon invasion.”

Ajax revealed a slight smile on his face as he replied to the ape king.

Actually, Ajax was already confident in taking over all the demons by himself as the demons above the King realm canʼt enter the Zrochester province.

However, if there were any special demons then it would be a little troublesome for him as his main force went on an expedition and the second main force canʼt be summoned because of their King realm cultivation.

”Send all the flying units to scout the middle-section and the outer section of the cursed wilderness as I didnʼt have a clue regarding where the demons would start their invasion.”

Ajax gave his next order to the primitive ape king as he continued to explain, ”However, I am sure that they would definitely start their invasion from the cursed wilderness.”

From his past experience, Ajax knew that there are many hidden portals all over the cursed wilderness and the demons might start coming out at any moment.

”Hurry it up.”

Ajax urged the primitive ape king because the barrier to the Ylercester province had been closed and the demons might come out at any time now.

Another thing he was sure about the demon worldʼs portal is that they rarely open the portal in the inner section of the cursed wilderness because these regions have powerful spirit beasts and it was not a good starting point for them to start their invasion.

So, Ajax orders the primitive ape king to gather all the spirit beasts in the four territories to gather at the outer perimeter of the inner section of the cursed wilderness.

”Yes, brother.”

Soon, the last four ranked territories in the inner section of the cursed wilderness became very busy as all the spirit beasts started gathering in Garonʼs territory.

….

In one of the caves of the middle-section of the cursed wilderness.

”Sir demon apostle, most of the powerful human experts and the spirit beasts already left to the Ylercester province. Shall we start our invasion?”

One of the golden demon kings in front of the demon apostle informed the demon apostle.

”Already? I had a nice dream…what a pity it was disturbed in the middle.”

The demon apostle woke up with a sleepy look on his face as he stretched his body a little.

”I am sorry, Sir demon apostle….Puchi”

The golden demon king hurriedly apologized; however, before he could finish his words, the demon apostle pierced his hand in that demon kingʼs body and pulled out his heart.

”I am sorry too.”
