New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1203 - Killing In A Flash

As the loyal guards of the royal family, these royal shadows have pride since their master is the ruler of the entire province.

However, when they saw a young man trying to destroy their plans along with blaming them for injuring an old man, they could not take it and rushed to kill Ajax.

”Now, you want to kill me?”

Ajax revealed a slight smile as he asked the incoming royal shadow.

”So what? Try dodging my attack first before smiling.”

Seeing the smile on Ajaxʼs face, the royal shadow that was rushing towards them became even more angry as he used his dagger to cut through Ajax.

ʼSwooshʼ

However, before the dagger could touch Ajax, Ajax disappeared from his place and appeared beside Princess Daphne.

”Princess Daphne, as I promised, I brought your contracted spirit beast in one piece.”

Pointing at the mutated spirit crane, Ajax spoke with Princess Daphne without bothering the royal shadows.

”Thank you, Ajax.”

Princess Daphne could not say thank you to Ajax as she glared at the royal shadows and shouted, ”What the hell are you doing? Why are you attacking my friend?”

”Princess Daphne, how can he be worthy to befriend you? Please move aside and let us do our job.”

The leader of the group frowned when he saw Ajax use ʼTeleportʼ very easily; however, he knew that it was only petty tricks that would not last for much longer.

”No…”

ʼSwooshʼ

Before Princess Daphne could finish her words, all the royal shadows rushed towards Ajax to kill him before Ajax could speak any other words.

ʼHalo, freeze them.ʼ

With a slight smile on his face, Ajax summoned his time elemental spirit Halo and as soon as he was summoned, he directly used his first skill ʼTime haltʼ.

Except for Ajax, everyone, including Princess Daphne froze as Ajax looked at all the royal shadows.

Currently, Halo is a level 3 elite elemental general and he could even freeze a peak elite general realm for more than 5 seconds not to mention these royal shadows who only have level 8 and below cultivation.

ʼDo you think I forget when one of you made Twilight go crazy with the ʼBeast enragement powderʼ?ʼ

Ajax remembered that event very well and from that time onwards, he didnʼt have a good opinion on these so-called royal shadows.

ʼInheritance sword.ʼ

With a thought, a majestic sword appeared in Ajaxʼs hands as he pierced the hearts of all the royal shadows.

As usual, he got the essence of nature from his kills which Ajax didnʼt bother to check.

ʼThudʼ

ʼThudʼ

After 10 seconds, the effects of the ʼTime haltʼ disappeared and Ajax sent Halo back into the inner world.

As for the royal shadows, they all fell to the ground without knowing how they died because in their heads, they were still thinking of attacking Ajax; however, they were lying on the ground in their own blood.

”What? Who killed them all?”

Princess Daphne was shocked to see the corpses of the royal shadows lying on the ground and asked Ajax with an anxious look on her face.

”I donʼt know.”

Aja shrugged as he didnʼt bother to explain everything to her because his focus was on the old man, who was unconsciously lying on the ground.

”Anyway, the important thing is to save your grandpa.”

While saying that, Ajax placed his hands on the old manʼs head as he slowly injected the Sacred Astral energy.

With the injection of the Sacred Astral Energy, the pale complexion of the old man started changing as his face started getting colour.

ʼHuh? Is he healing grandpa Lin on his own?ʼ

When Princess Daphne heard Ajaxʼs words, she thought he might take the old man to the vagrant cultivators; however, when she saw that Ajax was healing her grandpa, she was shocked for a moment which was soon replaced by her excitement.

ʼIs he an Astral healer? If he is really an Astral healer, he would be easily recruited by any powerful organization in this purple stone world.ʼ

Princess Daphne continued to think about Ajax origins; however, she was unable to guess it. In the end, she just shook her head and decided to stop thinking much about Ajax and looked at her grandpa Lin.

ʼCough..coughʼ

After a few minutes, the old man finally coughed a little before opening his eyes.

”Grandpa Lin”

Seeing that, Princess Daphne could not help but cry as she didnʼt know what she would have done if her grandpa had died.

Even though he was not her real grandpa, to her, he was much more than that.

ʼDing,

9 units of Sacred Astral Energy are consumed.

ʼDing,

The hostʼs Sacred Astral Space increased by 9 units and reached 660 units.

ʼDing,

Remaining Sacred Astral Energy:- 340 units.

As for Ajax, he received a series of system notifications in his head.

ʼMy Sacred Astral Energy is getting decreased, I need to find a way to increase my Sacred Energy.ʼ

Even though Ajax didnʼt mind spending some units of Sacred Astral Energy, he knew that the remaining units of the Sacred Astral Energy wonʼt last for him much longer.

Moreover, he decided to become a high-level Sacred Astral Healer. For that, he needed to spend more, which meant he had to fill his Sacred Astral Space.

”Silly girl, donʼt cry.”

Old man Lin lightly patted Princess Daphneʼs head as he suddenly thought about something and asked, ”Princess Daphne, it is not safe to stay here. Letʼs go before those royal shadows catch up to us.”

”Grandpa Lin, a mysterious expert, has killed them all. So, we are not moving until you rest a bit.”

Soon, Princess Daphne explained how all the royal shadows were dead in a flash and how Ajax healed him.

”Are you telling me that he is an Astral healer?”

Just like Princess Daphne, the old man was also shocked as he looked at Ajax in a new light.

”Hey, stop looking at me as though I am some kind of monster and follow me. I know a good resting place.”

Ajax shook his head as he asked them to follow him.
