Chapter 1240 - Golden Demon Emperor’s Apostle

”What? They already left?”

Ajax was surprised for a moment when he learned about Princess Daphne and Keshe along with the few spirit beasts that re-cultivated already went to the barrier that was separating the Zrochester province.

”Yes. They left a few hours back.”

Ceru nodded his head as he informed them about the time they left.

”Okay then. I will take my leave too.”

Since there was nothing left for him to do without Princess Daphne and Keshe, he decided to leave too.

”With benefactorʼs battle prowess, it will be easy to enter the top 100. I wish you all the best, Benefactor Ajax.”

Ceru knew Ajax was trained by some powerful master and without a doubt, he could tell that Ajax was strong and at the same time he requested, ”In the Ylercester province, can you please take care of Niece Keshe?”

Without Geron to look after the territory, it was Ceruʼs duty to take care of the things in the territory. So, he canʼt leave; however, at the same time, Princess Keshe didnʼt want to miss the contest in the Ylercester province.

Because, even though it seemed like a young genius contest, it was a recruitment test for the young geniuses of the world for the old monsters that want to pass their legacy.

As long as Keshe was able to become the personal disciple of one of those old monsters, her future would be bright.

Nevertheless, along with the opportunities lies the dangers and thatʼs the reason why he was asking Ajax to help Keshe if she was in trouble.

”Definitely, I will help her.”

Keshe saved her once in the past and Ajax was not calculative in repaying it multiple folds. So, he nodded his head.

After that, Ajax didnʼt stay there and quickly left.

.....

At the intersection of the middle section and the inner section of the cursed wilderness.

ʼWhat are we doing here? Isnʼt the plan to attack the Ylercester province?ʼ

ʼWhat do you think? We are going to destroy the Zrochester province.ʼ

ʼWhat? Zrochester province? Arenʼt we supposed to attack Ylercester province?ʼ

Some distance away from that border, there was a cave and in that cave, a portal had opened.

In front of the portal, two golden demons were having a conversation as they talked about attacking the Ylercester province and the Zrochester province.

”We are not part of the main army that was going to attack Ylercester province in the next few days. Instead, our mission is to invade the Zrochester province completely before the main army could start the plan.”

The golden demon revealed an evil smile as he continued, ”The goal is to get more credits to our emperor. Thatʼs the reason why his majesty sends a personal demon apostle to carry out of the invasion of the Zrochester province.”

”What?”

The other golden demon was shocked for a moment before asking, ”If his majesty sent a personal demon apostle to this low-level province, it will be conquered in a few minutes; however, wonʼt it decrease his contribution points in the Ylercester province.”

According to the information, these low-level demon kings got that each demon emperor would be sending three personal demon apostles along with the 100 high-level demon kings along with thousands of demons below the king realm.

However, if the Golden demon emperor was sending one of the three personal demon apostles that would be coming to this low-level province would definitely make them lose their points against the other demon emperorsʼ army.

”Haha…what if I say that he is not one of the three personal demon apostles that are going to attack the Ylercester province?”

The first golden demon laughed out loud as he replied to the second golden demon.

”What? Donʼt tell me that his majesty is using this long-distance teleportation portal using his own resources?”

When it comes to the teleportation and teleportation portals, they have to pay a high price to use them and unless it is absolutely necessary, they would not use them.

The teleportation portal that was going to be opened in the Ylercester province was created by the demon god of the assassination and the armies of the five demon emperors would be using the same portal.

So, they could only send the number of demons ordered by the demon god of assassination. Not a single one more or not a single one less, They have to send the exact number.

”Yes. Among the five demon emperors, our emperor is the richest one. He just wants to gain more contribution points during this time by conquering the Zrochester province along with the Ylercester province.”

The main source of income for the golden demon emperor comes from selling the elemental spirits to the other demon emperors. Whatʼs more, he even sells a few rare elemental spirits to the Demon god of Assassination from time to time.

”So, are we going to wait until all the powerful cultivators leave the Zrochester province?”

The second golden demon was excited as he asked the first golden demon about it.

”Yes.”

The first golden demon nodded his head because all the powerful cultivators would be following their young geniuses as they could not send them to a province that was higher compared to the Zrochester province.

So, with them gone, the Zrochester provinceʼs battle prowess would gradually reduce and they could easily conquer the province.

”What the hell are you two discussing? Keep quiet until they leave. If someone hears your conversation, they might not go to the Ylercenster province.”

From the portal, a deep voice sounded that made both the golden demons shiver.

”Demon apostle…we are extremely sorry.”

They didnʼt dare to continue their conversation anymore as they respectfully apologized to a powerful looking demon sitting on a boulder on the other side of the portal.

”Also, remember, the moment you leave this cave, your cultivation will be restricted to the peak elite general realm; however, you will still have the same level of skills and cultivation techniques. So, be prepared for it.”
