New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1211 - Challenging The Multiple Guardian Spirit Beasts At Once

”I want to challenge the second guardian spirit beast.”

Ajax looked at the sky and shouted because he knew that the old man was watching him.

”Swoosh”

Just as he shouted, the old man appeared in front of Ajax with a slight smile on his face.

”Young man, I have a nice deal for you. Do you want to hear it?”

Instead of starting the new challenge, the old man asked Ajax about some kind of deal, making Ajax a little curious.

”Sure.”

Since the old man was the master of the bloodline training grounds and has unknown cultivation, Ajax wanted to hear about the deal.

If it was beneficial to him, he would accept the deal and if it is not, then he would, of course, reject it without any hesitation.

”I think you are in need of the Bloodline energy, right?”

Seeing that Ajax was willing to listen to his words, the old man continued speaking, ”Instead of challenging the guardian spirit beasts one by one, you can challenge multiple guardian spirit beasts at once to increase the amount of the bloodline energy.”

”Huh? Like?”

Ajaxʼ interest was piqued as he asked about it.

”Letʼs say you challenge the second and third guardian spirit beasts at once, you will get three times the bloodline energy of whatever you get from killing them.”

”And if it was three guardian spirit beasts, then your reward will be increased by five times and for four, it will be a whopping 10 times. So, what do you say?”

The old man explained in a slow and detailed way, in order to tempt Ajax with the reward.

”What? 10 times?”

As expected, Ajax was shocked at first and tempted to challenge the four guardian spirit beasts at once.

However, deep down, he knew that it would be very difficult and chances of him losing were very high.

”So, what do you say? Are you interested in it?”

Seeing that Ajax was lost in his thoughts, the old man asked with a suppressed anxiousness.

For the old man, all he wanted to know was the battle prowess of Ajax. So, he was eager for Ajaxʼs reply.

”What is the strength of the fifth guardian spirit beast?”

Ajax was not in a hurry to accept the old manʼs deal because if he died now, he would be wasting 45 days of his hunting in the training grounds.

”It is mid-level King realm and before him, all the guardian spirit beasts have only low-level King realm strength.”

The old man didnʼt want to fool Ajax because he didnʼt want to fall into Ajaxʼ bad side as it would affect him when he recruited him into his organization later on.

”Mid-level King realm?”

Ajax raised his brows and felt it was much safer for him to only challenge the second, third and fourth guardian spirit beasts as he was very confident in defeating three low-level king realm spirit beasts after upgrading his bloodline to level 3.

ʼBut the reward will be 10x if I challenge the fifth guardian spirit beast also.ʼ

However, the greedy side of Ajax wanted him to just accept the challenge for four guardian spirit beasts at once.

If he wins, he would get a lot of normal bloodline points and if he loses the challenge, he would be losing 45 days of training in the bloodline training grounds.

ʼSo be it. I should challenge the strongest opponents to truly bring out my full battle prowess.ʼ

Since he could not summon his elemental spirits or the contracted spirit beasts in the bloodline training grounds, Ajax felt the training grounds is the right place to experience the life and death situation.

Even if he died in the bloodline training grounds, he would not be dying in the real world, Ajax would be losing some good rewards. So, Ajax stopped thinking about other things and directly decided to fight the next four guardian spirit beasts at once.

”I want to fight the four guardian spirit beasts at once. However, I need to know something beforehand.”

Ajax accepted the old manʼs deal while asking a question, ”If I killed all four guardian spirit beasts, what would be the limit for me to get the bloodline energy from killing the normal spirit beasts?”

Even though Ajax was tempted by the multiplier reward, if his limit after killing the four guardian spirit beasts didnʼt increase, then it would be a loss for him.

So, he wanted to get clarity on it before finalizing his decision.

”Of course, your limit will be increased and you can kill the 10 times of your regular limit after defeating a guardian spirit beast.”

The old man knew Ajax was greedy for bloodline energy. So, he was magnanimous as he directly increased the rewards.

”Good. Then I will challenge the four guardian spirit beasts at once.”

Since the rewards were so high, Ajax was willing to take the risk and even if lost the battle, then he would have no regrets.

”Also, if you really win the fight against the four guardian spirit beasts, I will give you an additional gift. So, I am looking forward to your fight.”

The old man even added another reward, making the greedy Ajax even more determined to win the fight against the four guardian spirit beasts.

”So, it is time to fight.”

The old man waved his hand just like the previous time and four lights flashed around Ajax with 10 meters of the gap from Ajax.

”By the way, I forgot to mention something, unlike the first guardian spirit beast, these four guardian spirit beasts will use their bestial souls. So, keep an eye for them.”

As soon as he finished his words, the old man disappeared without a trace.

Of course, he settled in his place in the sky and watched Ajax from above.

”I know. Thatʼs the reason why I hesitated to give you a reply earlier.”

Ajax scoffed at the disappeared old man before looking at the four powerful-looking spirit beasts around him.
