The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 1108: Chapter 1108: Cost (3)

Yang Ruxin knew that her words today were unlikely to change much, but at least in the future, when facing similar situations, everyone would think a bit more, and that would mean today’s education was successful.

After lunch, just as Yang Ruxin had collected the mature ginseng and radishes in her space, the husband and wife Wang Laibao arrived.

”Miss,” the couple showed great respect towards Yang Ruxin, not only because she had saved their daughter but also because she truly didn’t put on airs with servants, ”Now that the New Year has passed, we wish to open up the shop in town, ah. Keeping it closed means losing silver each day...” However, they felt uncomfortable living here comfortably without much work to do and felt apologetic.

Yang Ruxin glanced at the couple and then nodded, ”That’s fine, but I will send Old Man Qian and Liang Zi to the county town. The store will be left to the two of you. Any problems?”

”No problem at all,” the couple hurriedly shook their heads. ”We don’t need that many people; we will make sure to take good care of it.”

”Then it’s settled. Little Yezi will stay at home, as she still needs to take her medicine. The town is close by anyway, so it’s no problem for you to come back daily...”

The couple exchanged a look and then nodded, ”Thank you, Miss.” Having their son and daughter stay with the Miss meant good fortune, as they could learn to read, write, and practice martial arts, and the food was good too—naturally, they were very willing.

So, the couple immediately started packing their things to go to town. In their words, if they went now and opened the store, they could even make some sales by noon.

In the afternoon, Wei Yao, who had been mentioned repeatedly by Erni, arrived.

”Xinxin...” Wei Yao was happy to see Yang Ruxin, ”I didn’t expect your home to be so beautiful... I wanted to come earlier, but unfortunately, I had to return to the old house for the New Year and only got back this morning... My mother told me to come tomorrow morning, but I couldn’t wait...”

”We don’t have such taboos in our family; you can come whenever you want in the future,” Yang Ruxin smiled.

”By the way, I also came to talk business today...”

”Xuexue has been waiting for your business to come to us,” Yang Ruxin laughed and led her straight to the wing room.

”Wow...” Wei Yao exclaimed as she entered, ”Oh my, these things are too adorable. It won’t do, Ruxin, you need to give me the management rights to these—no argument, I won’t leave if you don’t agree, I’ll just cry here and...”

”Hold on,” Yang Ruxin raised her hand. ”I’ve left all this business to my second sister, Erni; you can talk to her. And, are you really capable of taking charge of the Embroidery Store?”

”I’m going to get my father right now...” Wei Yao said as she dashed out.

”Hey...” Yang Ruxin wanted to stop her, but she was already out of sight, and Yang stood there dumbfounded. Such a fiery spirit she has!

Erni couldn’t help but chuckle, ”Big sister, this means our products are good.” She paused, ”Big sister, how do you think I should negotiate? What should be the pricing?”

”You can calculate it. Determine how many such dolls can be cut from a bolt of this cotton fabric, how many large, how many small, and how much cotton, silk, and thread would be needed. That way, you can figure out the material costs, then there are the labor charges and design fees...” Yang Ruxin explained in detail to Erni how to calculate costs, ”, add on the profit margin when you’ve done... and then the costs if we use silk or brocade... and also the delivery method, whether the client will pick it up or we will deliver, all of that needs to be included in the calculations...”
