The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 190: Chapter 190: Intelligence Goes Off Track (Four updates) _1

”Xinxin...” Gu Qingheng hadn’t heard Yang Ruxin’s response and couldn’t help but tug her hand a bit harder.

Yang Ruxin was already daydreaming, and with that tug, she involuntarily leaned forward, and then... as luck would have it, at that moment, Gu Qingheng happened to slightly raise his head in her direction, and then... their lips coincidentally brushed against each other...

With a bang, it wasn’t just Yang Ruxin whose mind exploded like fireworks, even Gu Qingheng was stunned.

So there they were, both frozen in place, one standing with a bent waist, and the other sitting with a lifted head, their lips against one another’s, neither moving, as if time had stopped.

It took quite a while before Yang Ruxin came back to her senses first, since being bent over was tiring. Even though she had regained consciousness, her rationality hadn’t fully returned. She just felt that the light medicinal fragrance of the other person’s breath was very nice, and those lips were very soft. Then, for some reason, she instinctively stuck out her tongue and licked his lips, and just as his body shivered in response, she realized what she had done and suddenly jumped back, exclaiming, ”That... I... that...”

However, Gu Qingheng still hadn’t let go of her hand, so one of her hands remained in his grip, which meant she couldn’t jump very far at all.

Gu Qingheng touched his lips with his hand, thinking how soft Xinxin’s lips were. Although he hadn’t tasted them, the faint, unique fragrance of a girl was still enough to send tremors through his heart. They must be very sweet, right?

Seeing Gu Qingheng’s action, Yang Ruxin’s face flushed red again, feeling as if she must be running a fever of 42 degrees by now.

”I will take responsibility,” Gu Qingheng suddenly said after a long time, a smile he couldn’t control at the corners of his mouth, clearly in a very good mood.

”What did you say?” Yang Ruxin was entirely out of sorts and naturally hadn’t heard him clearly, swallowing reflexively. Although it was just a slight touch, her lips felt so hot right then.

”I was saying...” Gu Qingheng hesitated for a moment, ”I said you’re too thin.” It was a bit of a stretch to shift the topic, but he couldn’t let her feel too embarrassed; what if he scared her away?

Yang Ruxin inwardly breathed a sigh of relief and quickly followed his lead to change the subject, ”That’s because I’ve suffered a lot in the past. Don’t worry, now that times are better, I’ll fatten up soon.” She tried her best to appear open-minded and casual, also seizing the chance to pull her hand away. However, he held on tight, making it impossible for her to withdraw her hand.

”Mhm, take better care of yourself from now on,” Gu Qingheng nodded earnestly.

”Well... I should go back now,” Yang Ruxin said, feeling her heart racing too quickly. She needed to find a place to calm down, and besides, she realized she could no longer face this guy; otherwise, her IQ would completely unravel.

Gu Qingheng smiled, albeit reluctantly, but eventually, he let go of her hand.

Yang Ruxin sighed in relief, then turned and walked away.

”Xinxin...” Gu Qingheng’s voice followed her from behind.

”Is there anything else?” Yang Ruxin turned around.

”Don’t go into the mountains alone anymore; it’s too dangerous...” Gu Qingheng said very seriously.

”Little Yaozi goes into the mountains all the time, right?” Yang Ruxin muttered.
