Apocalyptic Flood: Sexy Beauty Neighbor's Midnight Plea for Food

Chapter 629: Chapter 260: Taming the Giant Ape, The Message Brought by Tu Long

Three days later, inside the dense forest.

A giant ape, about seventeen to eighteen meters tall, was walking in the forest.

Sitting cross-legged on its shoulder was a man. This man was tall, around 1.8 meters in height, almost ten times smaller compared to the giant ape.

He was holding a chain in his hand, with the other end of the chain tied around the black giant ape’s neck.

”Clink!”

Suddenly, he gave the chain a slight tug, and the black giant ape immediately stopped, looking extremely obedient.

Liang Yuan’s gaze turned towards a gray figure in the forest. He patted the giant ape’s head and then pointed at the gray figure.

The giant ape immediately understood. It let out a roar and then forcefully pushed aside the dense trees, as easily as if it were pushing aside grass.

The sound of trees snapping and breaking echoed as the giant ape broke through a large number of trees.

The gray figure in the forest was startled and quickly darted away hastily.

However, in the next moment, a giant hand grabbed the gray figure tightly.

It was a wild boar with gray fur, looking much like an unmutated wild boar.

At this moment, it was lifted by the giant ape, and it let out high-pitched squeals like a pig being slaughtered.

The giant ape opened its mouth wide, about to shove the boar into its mouth, but Liang Yuan’s expression darkened, and he gave the chain a tug.

The giant ape tilted its head, promptly closed its mouth, and turned to look at Liang Yuan in confusion.

Liang Yuan spoke in a deep voice, ”From now on, you can only eat what I allow you to catch and eat, understand?”

The giant ape growled twice, not understanding human speech.

Liang Yuan frowned, transmitting similar thoughts over with Spiritual Power.

Only then did the Black Gold Giant Ape somewhat understand, letting out a discontented growl.

Liang Yuan’s expression immediately darkened, a hint of killing intent appearing on his face.

A powerful Spiritual Power pressure was released from his body, causing the Black Gold Giant Ape to lower its head, showing submission.

Only then did Liang Yuan withdraw his Spiritual Power pressure and place the gray wild boar into the large bamboo basket on the Black Gold Giant Ape’s back.

The bamboo basket was divided into several compartments, and currently, other compartments contained mutated creatures such as Fire Cloud Rabbits, Plum Blossom Pigs, Red Chickens, and Flame Birds.

These Fire Cloud Rabbits and Plum Blossom Pigs were not the kind raised in Meihai Garden that eat human flesh but were ones Liang Yuan had caught himself.

Liang Yuan planned to take them back to the farm to raise them artificially.

What was worth mentioning was that in the small compartment in the center of the bamboo basket, there was also a Little Black Ape, over one meter high. It had already opened its eyes and was curiously looking around, exploring the world.

When it saw Liang Yuan, it immediately bared its teeth and reached out, seemingly wanting Liang Yuan to pick it up.

It turned out that over the past three days, Liang Yuan had been training the Black Gold Giant Ape in the forest, so there was no time to send the Little Black Ape back to the Shelter and hand it over to Huang Han.

As a result, the first person the Little Black Ape saw when it opened its eyes was Liang Yuan.

Instinctively, it regarded Liang Yuan as its parent, becoming very attached to him.

Liang Yuan hadn’t expected this effect, so he decided to try raising both the big and small together.

However, although both were raised, the methods were different.

The adult Black Gold Giant Ape was mainly raised through intimidation, beatings, and feeding, employing the ancient method of ”spare the rod and spoil the child.”

The newborn Little Black Ape didn’t need that; Liang Yuan just needed to feed it, be patient with it, command it, and train it.

In just three short days, the Little Black Ape’s comprehension ability was much faster than the Great Black Golden Giant Ape’s.

It was also much more obedient.

Liang Yuan reached out and picked it up, taking a bottle from his item pouch to feed it.

The Great Black Golden Giant Ape turned its head and saw this scene, a look of tenderness in its eyes.

Liang Yuan estimated that this giant Black Gold Giant Ape was likely a female.

”Today should be enough. We’ve been out here for three days. I wonder how the Shelter is doing; it’s time to go back.”

”However, it’s inconvenient to bring the Black Gold Giant Ape back, so let it stay in the deep mountains. I’ll take the little one back with me and let it stay with Huang Han.”

Liang Yuan thought, just in case he wasn’t in Yangshan and had to leave, the little guy wouldn’t necessarily need to be with him; he could leave it in Huang Han’s care.

This little guy at the Shelter would grow up to be an excellent bodyguard, ensuring the Shelter’s safety.

”Screee—”

As he was considering this, a sudden eagle’s cry echoed from above.

Liang Yuan looked up to see a giant eagle circling in the air.

He recognized it at once as the Patterned Spirit Giant Eagle into which Tu Long had transformed.

”Mr. Liang? Is that you, Mr. Liang?”

The giant eagle spoke in human words; it was indeed Tu Long.

Liang Yuan replied, ”Yes, it’s me.”

Tu Long was astonished, quickly flying down and landing on a nearby tree before transforming back into his human form.

He looked at Liang Yuan and the Black Gold Giant Ape in shock, unable to contain his words: ”Mr. Liang, how... what’s the story here? Why isn’t this Black Gold Giant Ape attacking you?”

Liang Yuan replied calmly, ”It attacked me before. Now, it’s my pet. When did you come back?”

Tu Long was shocked, horror-stricken beyond measure.

The Black Gold Giant Ape, the Bone Spear Giant Spider—these were the top-tier beings on the Yangshan food chain.

Back then, whether it was him, Li Yuefeng, or Wu Meng, they all avoided these terrifying beasts like the plague. Who would dare get close to such monsters?

Even Tian Wei, who behaved like a lunatic, wouldn’t dare mess around in front of these creatures.

But Liang Yuan had actually defeated the Black Gold Giant Ape and even made it his pet?

Tu Long suddenly thought about his own situation—wasn’t he just like a pet as well?
