Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 2838: Chapter 2847: Disgusted, So I Don’t Want to Be Disgusted Again

The specialist was already fairly familiar with him, so he wasn’t scared off by his unhappy tone. Calmly flipping through the various test results the Nurse had just brought in, he said doubtfully, ”The results are out. Pretty strange. When I was doing your routine check-up just now, there really was that woman’s fluid on you. But the strange thing is, all your hormone levels show your body is in a very calm state, no sign of arousal at all.”

He set down the tablet, pushed up his glasses and said, ”Normally, if a man and woman have just done it, the whole body would still be in a pretty intense state. For the next three or four hours, the cells, blood, muscles should all still be excited. But the condition of your cells, blood, muscles shows you didn’t do it. Your routine check-up, though, says there’s an eighty percent chance you did... this is the first time I’ve run into something like this. But...”

Adam Sinclair frowned. ”But what.”

The specialist said unhurriedly, ”But there is another possibility. That is—you didn’t do it, but someone set you up. She took care of herself and did something on you. If you really want to get to the bottom of this, you can bring the woman in, and I’ll have someone run some tests on her, then we’ll know. Otherwise, just based on this data, I can only say it’s fifty-fifty. After all, my theory is just a guess. It’s also possible you were under the influence of drugs, so your blood cells and everything didn’t get excited.”

Adam Sinclair pressed his thin lips together, eyes dark and deep, and said with a headache, ”It’s too late.”

”What?” This time it was the specialist’s turn to be stunned.

Adam Sinclair stood up and pushed away the results in front of him that were about as useful as no test at all. ”If you’d told me this an hour earlier, we might’ve still had time to get her here for an exam. Now it’s definitely too late.”

With someone as scheming as Renee Anderson, she’d spent so much effort to set him up this time, there was no way she’d leave a loophole at the end for him to catch.

If things really were like the doctor said, from the moment they left that Apartment, Renee would’ve gone to shower immediately. Wash every bit of evidence off, then later she could find some excuse to keep pestering him.

He couldn’t give her the chance to latch onto him!

As for whether they actually did it or not.

No matter what, his gut kept telling him he hadn’t touched Renee! Let alone slept with her, he hadn’t even kissed her!

Because it was disgusting!

Now, any woman besides Olivia Lewis getting close to him would trigger a physical sense of repulsion. When it came to kissing or any other intimate moves, he’d even show signs of wanting to throw up.

He had been drugged, but his body’s instincts were still there.

He did not believe he had touched Renee.

If he really had, with Renee’s ”won’t stop till she gets what she wants” personality, when he threw down 750 thousand and walked out, she wouldn’t have let him leave that easily.

Adam Sinclair’s mind was a complete mess. He couldn’t untangle all that chaos, so he simply stopped trying. ”Besides this, is there any other way to check? Do every remaining test you can on me.”

”Well... what exactly happened between you and who? Why do I feel like you’re dying to peel your own skin off to check if it’s been defiled? It’s not that serious, is it? We’re all men here. Even if you slept with someone, it’s not like you’re at a loss,” the specialist muttered, unable to hold back his frustration.

Adam Sinclair’s Peach Blossom Eyes flicked over to him, his thin lips barely moving. ”Because it’s disgusting.”

Because it was disgusting, he wanted to use every possible way to prove he was still clean, so he wouldn’t have to keep feeling disgusted!
