Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 2788: Chapter 2797: Want a Child

The man on the bed had already opened his eyes, their Peach Blossom Eyes enchanting like a demon upon waking, casting a spell on the heart.

”Morning.”

He lazily greeted her, catching Olivia Lewis’s hand and dragging her onto the bed.

Olivia slapped his hand away, speechless, ”Stop messing around, I’m looking for something.”

”Looking for what?” Adam Sinclair gradually woke up, his eyes scanning the open drawer by the bed, his gaze darkening, ”Are you looking for contraceptive pills?”

Olivia’s bedside drawer holds contraceptive pills, which has always been her habit.

Adam had seen her take them before, though he hadn’t said anything back then.

Mostly, he had no right to say anything.

”Yeah.” Olivia responded quickly, shaking off his hand, sitting up. After searching around the drawer for a while and not finding them, she finally realized something and lifted her head to look at the person on the bed, asking, ”Did you see the little bottle I put in the drawer?”

He knew instantly upon seeing the open drawer what she was looking for, which meant he knew she habitually put the item in there.

Sure enough...

The man sitting up calmly replied, ”I saw it.”

”Where?” Olivia’s eyes lit up, immediately chasing after his answer.

Adam tossed aside the covers and got out of bed, stretching his long legs towards the bathroom, ”I threw it away.”

”...” It took Olivia a few seconds to react, ”You threw it away?”

Adam turned around, nodded, ”Yeah, I threw it away.”

Olivia’s anger was instantly ignited, her whole being in a state of rage, ”Damn, why did you throw it away? All you did was buy me some spicy hot pot for 1.95 dollars, and you blow it out of proportion, it’s totally over the top.”

She only just realized.

Last night was supposedly the first day of their marriage.

Even if they didn’t properly celebrate on their wedding night, she just had some spicy hot pot from a small alley (though she strongly insisted on having it), which in the end was just a bowl of spicy hot pot.

She married him, and he only spent 1.95 dollars on her, but he slept with her four times last night, consuming everything cleanly.

It wouldn’t have been a big deal, but in the morning he quietly discarded her pills.

The more Olivia thought about it, the angrier she became, resorting to biting him fiercely.

Adam didn’t get angry when bitten, waiting for her to vent then grabbing her hand, pinning her against the wall, and following with a textbook domineering wall-kiss.

After the kiss ended, he watched the gasping person in his arms, his starry eyes focused on her, saying, ”Olivia, we are married now. From last night, we are legally husband and wife. Our child would be a legally protected child. I want a child, one as adorable as Bobby and Gigi, don’t you?”

”They will call you Mummy, protect you like Bobby protects Enna, follow you around, small and soft...”

”Stop it.” Adam hit Olivia’s soft spot again, frustratedly pinching his waist, turning her head away, ”This will not happen again!”

If there weren’t this barrier called marriage, she would also want a child, a child of her own.

Even if she couldn’t be with this man in the end, at least the child would be born during the marriage. Growing up, he wouldn’t be mocked as an illegitimate child, wouldn’t have his childhood shadowed...

Adam had perfectly struck at her softest spot, even though she knew this man was cunningly manipulating her heart, she still couldn’t resist the temptation of an adorable baby.
