Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 2765: Chapter 2774: Who Else Has Been Giving You Trouble?

Adam Sinclair saw Olivia Lewis’s indifferent expression and maliciously switched to another cotton swab, dipping more disinfectant alcohol and applying it to her wound.

”Hiss——”

Olivia Lewis winced in pain, trying to pull her hand back, but before she could, he firmly pressed it down, ”Don’t move!”

”Damn, you’re doing this on purpose!” She’s not stupid; maybe she didn’t notice the first time, but after two consecutive times of him purposely pouring so much alcohol on her wound, if she still didn’t notice, she might as well be blind.

Adam Sinclair tightly held her hand that was trying to pull back, righteously lifting his eyelids, ”No, your arm was scratched by nails, and I have to use alcohol to disinfect it for you to prevent infection. Do you want to risk an infection and get a scar?”

Scar...

Those two words hit Olivia Lewis where it hurts.

As a competent star, she definitely didn’t want any scars on her body.

She suspiciously glanced at the man in front of her, and seeing Adam Sinclair squatting there, calm and collected, he didn’t seem to be doing it on purpose. She pressed her red lips together, no longer struggling, ”...Be gentle.”

”Your wound is open, and it’s impossible for it not to hurt when alcohol is applied. Don’t you have a professional spirit? This little injury shouldn’t be a big deal for you.”

Olivia Lewis wasn’t deaf; that last line of his was definitely sarcastic.

She rolled her eyes, retorting back without enthusiasm, ”My professional spirit doesn’t make me durable, please. I can at least understand getting injured while filming. This time was purely being bitten by a mad dog; the two events have nothing to do with each other. Don’t try to lump them together.”

Adam Sinclair pressed her wound again.

Although it was to help press out the blood stasis on the back of her hand, it still hurt Olivia Lewis so much that she grimaced and her attention shifted.

”Gentle, gentle, gentle, your hands are paws, not dog paws.”

”The sponsor is more obedient than you.” After applying alcohol, Adam Sinclair found the anti-inflammatory ointment, squeezed some onto his fingers, and carefully applied it to her wound, ”Remember to apply some every day for the next few days, and don’t let this area get wet. Otherwise, it will get worse.”

He half-stood up a bit, gesturing to Olivia Lewis, ”Lower your head, I’ll help you with your face. The scratches on your face are worse than on your arm; if you don’t apply medicine, you’re really going to get a scar.”

Olivia Lewis obediently lowered her head, while commenting, ”It’s not like it wasn’t your ex-girlfriend who scratched me. Thanks a lot. Why don’t you organize a list of ex-girlfriends for me tonight and note which have the strongest damage, so I can steer clear of them next time. If I can’t provoke them, at least I can avoid them.”

Adam Sinclair was so choked up he nearly spat out blood, feeling a tightness in his chest, pinching her chin and giving her a glance, ”Stop talking so much, be quiet.”

It would be strange if Olivia Lewis was someone obedient; she continued speaking, ”I’m serious, why don’t you make one for me? I’m really impressed with you, how every single ex-girlfriend has such strong attack power. I’m afraid a few more, and I won’t make it out of this alive.”

Lena is the crazy type, Renee Anderson is the insidious type, and who knows how many other types of women there are.

The crazy and insidious ones are manageable, but if a violent type comes along, she seriously suspects she’ll be driven mad.

Adam Sinclair skillfully finished handling the wounds on her face, applied the ointment, and screwed the lid back on, putting the anti-inflammatory ointment back in the Medicine Box, while asking in a seemingly nonchalant manner, ”Besides the ones you mentioned, who else has been giving you trouble?”

”There’s also...” With the ointment applied on her face, the cool ointment greatly alleviated the burning pain on her skin, and she relaxed her guard, almost giving herself away.
