Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 985: Leng Huaʼs Threat

Shangguan Yan looked around them, and she realized that the place was her dreams. However, she still believed that she had never thought about Zhang Xiaolong [3], so he should not have appeared in her dreams.

Shangguan Yan looked at Zhang Xiaolong [3] again, stretched her hand forward, and rubbed his cheek. Although it was a dream, he could feel that he was real, but he was still confused by his appearance.

Zhang Xiaolong [3] grabbed Shangguan Yanʼs hand, pulled her closer, and embraced her waist with his other hand. ”Why are you so seriously thinking about me appearing here? Whether you are thinking about him or not, only you know that. I am here now because of your hidden desires, and I am here to relieve the loneliness in your heart. Donʼt make things hard for yourself and enjoy your time with me, especially since everything that happens in this place is just a dream and will not affect your real world.”

”Is that true?” Shangguan Yan softly asked.

Zhang Xiaolong [3] nodded and kissed Shangguan Yan directly, shocking her. She wanted to push him away, but she couldnʼt use her powers at all, especially since the current moment was just her subconscious.

ʼWhatʼs wrong with this? Isnʼt this my dream? Why is he stronger than me here?ʼ Shangguan Yan panicked even more when Zhang Xiaolong [3]ʼs hands moved to her buttocks and squeezed them, and his tongue immediately invaded her mouth as soon as she opened it slightly. ʼUgh! Heʼs too aggressive! Itʼs been hundreds of years since I last kissed a man, and Iʼve never kissed any man since then, but this kid is forcibly kissing me now.ʼ

Shangguan Yan eventually closed her eyes, placed her hands on Zhang Xiaolong[3]ʼs waist, and began to enjoy their kiss, especially when he guided her to a deep and passionate French kiss.

ʼIs the real him also this skilled at kissing? He has more than a hundred women, so he should be a kissing expert, right?ʼ Shangguan Yan tried to keep up with the rhythm of Zhang Xiaolong [3]ʼs kiss, which was sometimes slow and sometimes fast, sometimes gentle but sometimes rough. ʼIs it because I havenʼt kissed a man for a long time? Even though this is just a dream, I enjoyed his kiss so much, and Iʼve never known his kissing method before.ʼ

A while later, Zhang Xiaolong [3] separated their lips and rubbed Shangguan Yanʼs lips. ”How do you feel after not kissing a man for a long time?”

”I enjoyed our kiss so much.” Shangguan Yan immediately cupped Zhang Xiaolong [3]ʼs head and kissed him again, especially since she was not satisfied with their kiss. ʼSince this is just a dream, I will enjoy myself with him, and I will forget everything after I wake up.ʼ

ʼShe really is a lonely woman. She always felt that her life was fine without a man, but in reality it was the opposite, and she missed a manʼs touch.ʼ Zhang Xiaolong [3] could have led Shangguan Yan to the next stage, but he would rather not do that. He wanted to help her forget her loneliness, so he held himself back from eating her.

After she was satisfied with their kiss, Shangguan Yan separated their lips and hugged Zhang Xiaolong [3]. She rested her head on his shoulder and whispered to him. ”Donʼt you want to do more than kiss with me?”

”I am your dream, and I will follow your wishes. If you want to do more, you just need to say it, and I will fulfill your wishes.” Shangguan Yan immediately let go of Zhang Xiaolong [3] and looked at him with a strange feeling, as she didnʼt expect herself to ask him such a thing. ”Youʼre not ready to go further even though this is just a dream, so you donʼt need to force yourself.”

”Yeah, youʼre right.” Shangguan Yan responded by nodding. ”Iʼve lived alone for too long after my husband died, and Iʼve always been loyal to him. I didnʼt expect to enjoy kissing you myself, but I donʼt want to do anything more than that with you.”

Zhang Xiaolong [3] held Shangguan Yanʼs hand and led her away. ”I will accompany you until you wake up from your sleep, and you can tell me all the burdens in your heart so you will feel relieved when you wake up.”

”Thank you.” Shangguan Yan began to tell Zhang Xiaolong [3] about the problems she had experienced in real life, about her clan, her daughter, and more.

The next morning, Shangguan Yan opened his eyes, and her expression was filled with relief. She then rubbed her lips, recalling her kiss with Zhang Xiaolong [3] in the dream.

”Is it really a dream? Why can I still feel our previous kiss? That kid was really patient and caring when accompanying me, and he also gave me many answers to my problems” A knock from outside startled Shangguan Yan, prompting her to immediately check who was knocking on her door. ”Did something happen, Meiyi?”

”Matriarch, Leng Hua has come looking for you, and he wants to discuss something with you.” Shangguan Meiyi informed her from outside.

Shangguan Yan frowned upon hearing that, and she hurriedly got off her bed. ”Tell that old man to wait, and Iʼll see him soon.”

”Yes, Matriarch.”

After some time, Shangguan Yan arrived at her clanʼs main hall, but her expression was not good after seeing Leng Hua. ”What are you doing in my clan so early?”

”I donʼt want to waste my time with you, so I will speak frankly to you. I know that brat came to your clan two days ago, and he spent the night here.” Shangguan Yan had a bad feeling after Leng Hua said that. ”Even though your Shangguan Clan is one of the founders of this clan, the strength of your clan is no longer the same as in the past, and I can easily destroy you guys.”

”You—”

”I forbid you to have a relationship with that brat, let alone recruit him into your clan.” Leng Hua immediately turned around to leave, but he stopped for a moment in front of the door. ”If you dare to ignore my warning, I will immediately destroy this clan, and I will make you experience suffering that you have never experienced before.”

Shangguan Yan immediately sat down on an empty chair once Leng Hua left, and she squeezed the armrest hard, causing both of them to shatter.

”That bastard! How dare he threaten me! Does he really think he can fight against us, the domain masters? Even my domain can trap him and kill him! Tch! I have to discuss the matter over with Tian Jingxuan and the others, or that bastard will continue to do as he pleases.” Shangguan Yan immediately contacted the others and asked them to gather to discuss the matter, but she remembered Zhang Xiaolong [3] and sent him a voice transmission right away. ”I donʼt want to involve him in my problem with Leng Hua, but I somehow feel like heʼs the only one who can help me solve this problem.”

Thereafter, Shangguan Yan immediately left her clanʼs residence to meet the others.

”Hahaha.” Ju Tan laughed as Zhang Xiaolong [3] walked out. ”Did our wine make you drunk, Master?”

”Not really.” Zhang Xiaolong [3] then looked around, but he didnʼt see the other giants. ”Where are the others?”

”They went into the forest to look for goods to sell, and they will sell them in some other cities.” Ju Tan then asked him. ”Do you want to go back to the city now? Jia Yuyan left earlier, and she asked me to tell you that Leng Hua came to the Shangguan Clan to threaten Shangguan Yan, which was because you came to her clan two days ago.”

Zhang Xiaolong [3] nodded at him. ”I already know about it, and I intend to return to the city to take care of this matter. That old man really went too far by threatening Shangguan Yan like that, so I have to do something about it.”

”Do you need my help?”

”No need.” Zhang Xiaolong [3] immediately opened the gate. ”Even though Leng Hua and the Leng Clan are strong, I am confident that I can deal with them step by step, and I will make that old man regret his threats to Shangguan Yan.”

ʼHeʼs furious.ʼ Ju Tan muttered in his heart as he watched Zhang Xiaolong [3] disappear. ”It seems that he likes Shangguan Yan; otherwise, he wouldnʼt be so furious.”

Tap… Tap…

Ju Tan turned to the owners of the two footsteps, who were Ren Xiyi and Qian Shuang. ”Why are you two here? Are you looking for him?”

”Has he left, Uncle Ju?”

Ju Tan nodded to Ren Xiyi. ”He just left to take care of some matters in the city, but I think he will be back here later. If you two want to see him, you can wait for him to come back. By the way, I have to go look for some things now, so I will leave you two alone.”

”If you had wanted to meet him last night, you would have met him, Shuang.” Ren Xiyi said with a soft sigh.

”Itʼs okay, Iʼm not in a hurry to meet him.” Qian Shuang then held her hand. ”Since heʼs gone, we should join the others, or my brother will be mad at you again.”

”Haish!” Ren Xiyi hissed as soon as Qian Shuang mentioned her brother. ”Hey, Shuang! Iʼm tired of dealing with Qian Liʼs behavior, and Iʼm thinking of staying away from him.”

”Hmm?” Qian Shuang turned to her with a raised eyebrow. ”Havenʼt you always liked my brother? Why did you suddenly think of that? Are you interested in another man? Is it Zhang Xiaolong?”

”Why are you acting like your brother?” Ren Xiyi asked with a frown. ”Iʼve only met Zhang Xiaolong twice, and Iʼm not a cheap woman, so I wonʼt fall for him that easily.”

”Then?”

”Are you still not aware of your brotherʼs behavior?” Ren Xiyi sighed softly. ”Iʼm tired of him being too possessive, and he keeps getting jealous of me every time Iʼm close to another guy, even if itʼs just a friend. Look at me now! Do I have other male friends? All of them choose to stay away from me because they donʼt want to get in trouble with your brother! He knows Ren Fuyin is my cousin, but heʼs jealous of him too! If he keeps acting like that, Iʼll leave this place to avoid him, and Iʼll live in one of the outer cities!”

Qian Shuang nodded in understanding. ”Do you need my help to talk to my brother?”

”Do you think Qian Li will listen to you? He doesnʼt even listen to your fatherʼs advice, remember?” Ren Xiyi immediately pulled Qian Shuang away. ”Forget it! Iʼll take care of my problems with your brother myself!”

Zhang Xiaolong [3] stood high in the sky right above the Leng Clan residence, observing all the clan members, especially Leng Hua. Based on the map, only the old manʼs name was colored red in the clan, but he was still wary of the clan members, especially since they were completely obedient to him. ”That old man set up so many formations, and one of them is a sensor formation. Even if I sneak in using my invisibility, the formation will immediately detect my presence, and I will have to fight them if that happens.”

[Master, I think you should not sneak into the Leng Clan unless you want to fight them head-on. If you still want to do that, you should ask Serpentera or Tian Kui for help.]

”I will only bring them here if I encounter a complicated situation.” Zhang Xiaolong [3] then turned towards the gathering location of Shangguan Yan and the others. ”Iʼll meet them first.”
