Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 492: The recipe for creating a Small Soul Crystal (simplified)

After a while, Idan sat on the terrace and carefully studied the Beast Soul Flowers he had received from Geminia. There were 90 of them in total, including:

* Bronze rank — 39;

* Silver rank — 32;

* Golden rank — 17;

* Platinum rank — 2.

”Even two Platinum ranks!” thought Idan happily. ”If we just sell them all to the System, we’ll get 1,260 System Points.”

”Hmm... if you subtract the cost of 100 flower seeds — 500 System points, then the profit will be 760. Not bad,” Idan nodded, pleased with the result. ”Besides, the corpses of the beasts on which these flowers were grown are not taken into account here. The bodies of the Beasts should be suitable, because the Flower feeds on the Soul, not mana and its flesh.”

”I wonder what rank of flowers Geminia ate?” Idan thought. ”Probably platinum.”

”Yes, it probably is,” he decided, remembering that Geminia was ranked 9th. Flowers of a lower rank would not have aroused her interest as much as platinum ones.

”If I had sold ten missing platinum ranked flowers, the profit would have been twice as much,” he remarked. ”One platinum ranked flower is worth 75 System Points, and ten pieces are already 750.”

Idan quickly pushed these thoughts away and turned to the System.:

”System, show me the recipe for a simplified creation of a Small Soul Crystal.”

[The recipe for creating a Small Soul Crystal (simplified) is 500 System Points].

«500? The full recipe also cost 500 System Points,” Idan was surprised.

[Host, both recipes are meant to create the same product. The only difference is the method of creation. The total does not take into account the process, but only the cost of the final product].

”Hmm... okay,” — Idan did not argue, accepting this explanation.

He glanced at the system’s screen to see how many System Points they had left.

And they have only 4,983 System Points left.

”System, I’m buying this recipe,” Idan said confidently, realizing that it would soon pay off with a vengeance.

[The recipe has been successfully added to the list of available recipes for the ”Alchemy” function].

”System, after combining the core of our spatial storage with this territory, can we still use our old storage ring? Where will they be delivered: here, to our territory?” Idan completely forgot to ask this question earlier. It was only after buying the recipe that he remembered that he had wanted to know about it earlier.

[Yes, the Host. Unlike the usual spatial ring that you currently have, if you use your old ring to store things, they will be brought here to your territory. You just need to choose the place where they will appear].

”It will be necessary to create a secret vault somewhere here, away from prying eyes. Maybe underground?” thought Idan, opening the window of the ”Alchemy” function.

Opening it, Idan saw two available recipes.

The first one is ”Blood Essence Elixir (Simplified)”, which he has known for a long time.

The second is a new recipe that has just appeared: ”Small Soul Crystal (Simplified)”.

Ignoring the first one, Idan’s attention immediately focused on the second recipe.

-----------------

«Small Soul Crystal (Simplified)»

** The flower of the soul of the beast** is the main ingredient. The resulting Soul Crystal rank depends on the quality of the flower — 1 piece.

Bronze Quality —> Small Low-quality Soul Crystal.

Silver Quality —> Small Medium-quality Soul Crystal.

Golden Quality —> Small High-quality Soul Crystal.

**System Points**

Creating of a Small Low-quality Soul Crystal — 30 (the service of creating a Soul crystal and spending on additional resources).

Creation of a Small Medium-quality Soul Crystal — 60 (the service of creating a Soul crystal and spending on additional resources).

Creation of a Small High-quality Soul Crystal — 120 (the service of creating a Soul crystal and spending on additional resources).

-----------------

”Is there really no chance of success or double the result when creating it?” — Idan noticed a difference from the first recipe. ”Does this mean that success is always guaranteed?”

”Oh, if you don’t take into account the cost of seeds and the cost of extracting flowers, this recipe allows you to get soul crystals at almost a 50% discount!”

exclaimed Idan to himself.
It took him a while to recover.

”Now Arslan, Irene and Hailey need two Small Low-quality Soul Crystals each to form and then saturate their first Beast Souls,” Idan calculated and decided to create 6 Small Low-quality Soul Crystals to begin with.

Of the 39 bronze-ranked flowers, Idan chose six and spent 180 System Points.

And they have only 4,983 System Points left.

If he were to buy soul crystals directly from the System, each Small Low-quality Soul Crystal would cost 60 System Points, and six pieces would be 360.

The savings are almost doubled if you do not take into account the cost of seeds and the process of harvesting the Flower.

As a result of all these actions, they have 4,303 System Points left.

[It will take 30 minutes to create 6 Small Low-quality Soul Crystals]

”5 minutes for each crystal? Not bad,” Idan nodded and, not wanting to wait, closed the window of the ”Alchemy” function.

”Finished?” — Arslan asked, noticing that Idan had finally shifted his attention.

”Haha, yes,” he replied, leaning back in his chair. ”Hey, Arslan, tell me, how are the Awakened Ones we saved? Because of everything that happened, it completely slipped my mind to find out how they were doing.”

”Well, most of them are fine,” Arslan replied.

”For the first few days, they were all kept locked up under surveillance and constant interrogations. They told me a lot about the other world, but they all refused to talk about you,” Arslan said and looked at Idan.

”They said that you signed a contract with them and forbade them to talk about you,” Arslan continued after a short pause. ”Of course, it surprised everyone. Especially since you had such a rare and expensive Platinum-grade Soul contract.”

”What? Were they that surprised by the Platinum-ranked Soul Contract?” wondered Idan.

”Of course, even in Junonia, contracts, starting with platinum ones, are very expensive and difficult to find. The demand for them is too high, despite the price,” Arslan replied.

”Belle and I haven’t been to Junonia yet, so we don’t know,” Idan explained. ”Since we’re talking about it, it would be interesting to know about your adventures in Junonia. We are curious about the difficulties you faced when you first got there, where exactly you ended up and how exactly the process of transition to another world takes place for you, the first awakened ones.”

”But not now,” Idan added, realizing that it would take a long time and that now was not the right time for such conversations.

”Okay, let me know when you want to know about it, I’ll be happy to share my experience,” Arslan said, and Idan nodded in agreement.

”Idan,” — Arslan said with a slight hesitation. ”I’ve been wanting to talk to you about something for a long time. Or rather, about someone, but still hesitated. However, since you asked about the awakened ones you saved, I think I should bring it up.”

”This concerns Milena,” Arslan added.

Idan immediately remembered a pair of beautiful long legs, and then, remembering the state Milena was in when he saved her, he felt sad.

”How is she?” he asked softly.

”Unlike the others, she’s not doing well,” Arslan replied.
