CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 920: Chapter 928: Bringing Shame Upon Oneself

When Julie Sampson went upstairs, she still harbored hatred; she hated Jane Sampson, hated her to death!

”I like watching Sister Yvette Quick clean up Julie Sampson’s act,” Peter Gingery generously praised Yvette Quick, ”Every time this happens, I think Sister Yvette Quick is incredibly charming.”

”I can’t stand her acting as if the whole world owes her a billion, as if the whole world should unconditionally be nice to her alone!” Yvette Quick spat out contemptuously, ”Even a green tea bitch can’t match her!”

Yvette Quick said, ”When she first came back, people in the great courtyard said that she had a pitiable childhood, and the adults told us to play with her more and to be nicer to her. At that time, I truly felt sorry for her and wanted to have a good time with her.”

”Didn’t little Jane also take Julie Sampson everywhere with her at that time? Wherever little Jane went, she would follow, and I remember little Jane telling me to be nice to her. Although I disliked her for being like a constant shadow, I still spoke to her with kindness in my face and words. I never imagined that she would bully little Jane behind her back,” Peter Gingery recalled the period when everyone was taking Julie Sampson around to play after she had just returned. It infuriated him.

Soon after Julie Sampson came back, everyone sensed that Jane Sampson had changed, she became much quieter and stopped causing trouble. At first, everyone thought it was because of the changes in her life that Jane Sampson took some time to adapt. So, for a while, everyone really racked their brains to take Jane Sampson out for fun.

Every time Jane Sampson left the house, Julie Sampson would be with her. At that time, everyone thought that it was because Jane Sampson saw that Julie Sampson had just come back and had no friends, so she asked everyone to include Julie Sampson in their games.

You could say that because of Jane Sampson, everyone did treat Julie Sampson quite well at that time.

However, later on, Jane Sampson gradually stopped going out. Peter Gingery, who was of the same age and lived the closest, used to play best with Jane Sampson. Later, Peter Gingery discovered a lot, and once he spoke to a few friends, everyone realized that as soon as Julie Sampson returned, she was really bullying Jane Sampson to death behind her back.

And Jane Sampson, out of a sense of guilt and a desire to make amends, always endured everything without resisting.

No matter what, Jane Sampson was the one who had grown up playing with them from a young age. In their eyes, Jane Sampson was everyone’s sister, and seeing Jane Sampson being bullied like this, each and every one of them felt incredibly heartbroken.

With just a few words, Yvette Quick rallied all of the children in the great courtyard of a similar age, giving everyone a single order: if anyone dares to speak a word to Julie Sampson, she, Yvette Quick, will beat them up every time she catches them!

Thomas Lancaster was the same age as James Black. At the time these events unfolded, Thomas was attending a boarding school. When he came back and was unaware of these events, Julie Sampson came to him for help with her studies, and Thomas actually chatted with her for a while. Julie Sampson asked him for help with tutoring, and Thomas even agreed.

However, it took less than half an hour of tutoring Julie Sampson for Yvette Quick to find out. Yvette Quick, wielding a drill, charged into the Lancaster home. With a loud crash, she smashed a hole in the door of Thomas’s bedroom with a brick, drove Julie Sampson out of the Lancaster home without a second word, and then threatened Thomas, telling him if he dared to acknowledge Julie Sampson even with a single word next time, she would serve up the brick to his forehead.

Thomas Lancaster was taken aback by Yvette Quick, and only after inquiring did he learn about the bullying Jane Sampson had suffered while he was away. He too then agreed not to associate with Julie Sampson any longer.
