CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 880: Chapter 888 I’ll Do It Myself

”I can do it myself! I can do it myself!” Jane Sampson quickly hid her mobile phone behind her back, glaring fiercely at James Black and declaring once again, ”For such a small thing, there is no need to trouble Chief Black, I can handle it myself!”

If the netizens discovered that she followed Jane Sampson’s Mr. Black, it wouldn’t take many days, perhaps even James Black’s identity would be revealed.

When she first entered this circle, James Black had already made it clear to her that it was absolutely impossible to use him or the Black Family’s status to give her convenience.

If people knew she was James Black’s wife, there would be no shortage of people in the circle who would fawn over her and give her backdoor privileges without her having to ask.

Then, wouldn’t that be the same as relying on James Black and the Black Family?

This guy, with his mercurial temper, might just turn this into a weapon and threaten her with it from time to time.

So, Jane Sampson thought, she must completely eliminate the possibility of this happening from the root.

James Black raised his eyebrows at Jane Sampson, his gaze sweeping behind her, obviously urging her on.

Jane Sampson moved slightly, just about to stand up from James Black’s legs and move next to him to operate, but James Black pressed down on her shoulder with one hand, his cold voice saying, ”Where do you think you’re going? Stay right here and behave!”

Jane Sampson uttered a little affirmation, realizing she couldn’t leave, but she still didn’t pull out the mobile phone from behind her. Instead, she cautiously twisted her body, turning her back to James Black and operated behind his back.

Luckily, twitter had a private follow function, so, behind James Black’s back, Jane Sampson enabled this function to follow him. ”Are you done?” James Black was clearly running low on patience, waiting for Jane Sampson for a few seconds without seeing her turn back, so he spoke up to urge her.

”It’s done! It’s done!” Jane Sampson quickly replied, then slowly turned back, her face beaming triumphantly as she handed her mobile phone to James Black, pointing at the ”Following” three words on the screen to show him, saying, ”Look, followed.”

James Black glanced at Jane Sampson’s mobile phone screen, confirmed that her status had changed to ”Following,” and then he hummed in acknowledgment, his expression slightly improved.

However, seeing Jane Sampson’s sneaky smile, James Black felt that she must have done something while his back was turned.

”Do you need me to follow anyone else for you?” Jane Sampson asked tentatively, ”Like Alexander Forest or Peter Gingery, and Bright Sampton, these people.”

”No need.” James Black probably feared that Jane Sampson would start following a bunch of people on his twitter that he had no interest in, so he quickly pocketed the mobile phone, not intending to let Jane Sampson touch it.

Jane Sampson looked at James Black bewilderedly, blinking her eyes. His WhatsAPP had only her as a friend, and his twitter was only following her? Did that mean his twitter and WhatsAPP were specifically registered for her?

What kind of flaw is this? Creating a twitter account and not following good friends?

Then when scrolling through twitter, she would hardly see any updates.

”How about I follow some guard team-related twitter accounts for you?” Jane Sampson, in a bout of kindness, asked, while explaining, ”Sometimes the official twitter accounts do have extensive knowledge, like Records of Diverse Matters and such. Oh right, the guard-related publications and magazines you often subscribe to, they all have official twitter accounts, don’t you follow them either?”
