”Card, please.” Yu Qi said.

The shopkeeper took out the machine and let Yu Qi swipe the card. The beep sound showed that the transaction was successful. The shopkeeper packed the item and gave it to Yu Qi.

”Thank you.” Yu Qi said.

”What did you buy?” Nurse Liang Xiuying asked.

”I saw it earlier. It is like an old jewellery box.” Nurse Shin Teng said.

”Yes. It is indeed an old jewellery box.” Yu Qi admitted.

”Oh... Why do you buy it?” Nurse Shin Teng asked.

”I felt some connection with the box.” Yu Qi smiled.

”Connection?” Nurse Liang Xiuying tilted her head.

”Some old items have some kind of power, you know. That power can attract people. Like this item attracts me.” Yu Qi stated.

”Oh...” Nurse Liang Xiuying responded. Actually, she did not understand much about that.

”Well, Doctor Yu Qi, you really know how to bargain with that man.” Doctor Fang Maomao said.

”To buy something from that kind of person, you need to control your expression. Don’t show them that you are really interested in buying the item. Don’t agree to pay the first price that they say. But don’t say how much you want. Let them decide for themselves how much they want to decrease. Let them be desperate to sell the item. Only that time, you buy.” Yu Qi explained.

”Are you sure this method will work?” Nurse Liang Xiuying asked.

”Of course. I have tried many times. However, you should remember that this technique might not work on other items. It works on the antique industry only.” Yu Qi stated.

”Why is that?” Nurse Shin Teng asked.

”Not many come to buy the antique. Only a few people are interested in the antique. The young generation did not know much about the antique. So, the seller would try their best to get the items in their shop to be sold.” Yu Qi explained the reason.

”Doctor Tang, sometimes, I feel you are an old woman.” Nurse Liang Xiuying said.

Yu Qi chuckled. She was not angry. Well, Nurse Liang Xiuying might be right. Her soul was thousands of years old.

They continued strolling aimlessly on the antique street. At the corner of the antique street, there was a cafe. It was a little bit hidden. However, when they walked inside, they were surprised.

It was actually a cat cafe. When they entered the shop, they were greeted by the felines. Meow... Meow... The cats rubbed their head to the girls’ legs.

”So cute.” Nurse Liang Xiuying shouted excitedly.

She squatted down and patted the cat’s head. Everyone did the same thing. The cats were not scared of them, showing that they were usual by human presence. It showed that the cats had been taken care of properly.

Someone came and greeted the girls. ”Hello.. Welcome to Kitten’s Paradise. Do you want to eat here or inside?”

”What is the difference?” Yu Qi asked.

”If you eat outside, you can enjoy being surrounded by the cats. If you eat inside, it would be a normal environment.” The girl stated.

”I am going to eat here.” Nurse Liang Xiuying said. ”Oh... If you guys want to eat inside, it is fine.”

”No need, I also want to eat here.” Doctor Fang Maomao said.

At the end, four of them chose to eat outside. They placed the order. It seemed this cafe only sold sweets such as cakes, brownie and cookies. However, they had a variety of drinks.

Nurse Shin Teng ordered a special-made mocha, Nurse Liang Xiuying ordered a strawberry macha, Doctor Fang Maomao ordered a latte, and Yu Qi just ordered grape juice.

While waiting for their order, they were playing with cars. Nurse Liang Xiuying was taking pictures of the cats and posted them on her moment. It seemed Nurse Liang Xiuying had some followers on her weibo.

When her followers saw pictures, they wanted to know where the case was.

Nurse Liang Xiuying already put her phone away as their orders had arrived. The girl put everything that they ordered on the table.

”Please enjoy it.” The girl said.

”Thank you.” Everyone said.

The cats surrounded the girls and meowed at the girl.

”You need to wait for the time. I can not let you eat now.” The girl seemed to understand what the cats wanted when she was surrounded by the cats.

”Why can’t you let them eat now?” Nurse Liang Xiuying asked.

”Because they just eat. If I let them eat again now, they might be overweight.” The girl answered.

”It is fine if the cats are slightly overweight.” Nurse Liang Xiuying said.

”How can it be fine? The cats are prone to illness if they are overweight. That is why I control their weight and eating.” The girl said.

”I see... Sorry. I don’t think further about that.” Nurse Liang Xiuying apologised. She really did not think much about that.

”No... No... It’s fine.” The girl shook her head.

”Well, how can you have so many cats here?” Nurse Fang Maomao asked.

”Well, actually, they are the stray cats. I take them in. I am just a cat lover. Sometimes, I lure them with the food; sometimes, the cats come in by themselves. They are happy to see there is food and a place to sleep. Some of them even gave birth here.” The girl said.

”The cats here look clean and healthy.” Yu Qi commented.
