Chapter 2584: Chapter 2584: Wake Up The Girls

Cries broke out among the villagers. Yu Qi did not care, turned around and went into the house. She entered the room where the girls were still sleeping. They were indeed in a deep sleep.

Yu Qi went to Nurse Shin Teng’s side first. She took out the acupuncture needle and applied it to Nurse Shin Teng’s fingertip. Nurse Shin Teng gave some reactions.

Not long after that, Nurse Shin Teng finally woke up. She grumbled as she held her head. She opened her eyes. The first thing that she saw was Yu Qi.

”Doctor Yu Qi?” Nurse Shin Teng’s voice was weak.

”Hmm... Just take your time. I need to take care of others first.” Yu Qi smiled gently.

Yu Qi did the same for the four girls. They woke up with a headache.

”What is going on? Why does my head hurt so much?” Nurse Guo Liqiu said.

”Me too... Did I drink alcohol?” Nurse Liang Xiuying asked.

This feeling was like they were having a hangover.

”It is not like that, but you are actually being drugged.” Yu Qi said.

”Drugged? By who?” Doctor Fang Maomao asked.

”The villagers.” Yu Qi said.

”What?” Nurse Shin Teng was shocked.

”The young generation wants to find a wife from the city. So, they drugged you and want to rape you. They thought that after the rice is cooked, you will have no choice but to get married into their family.” Yu Qi said.

”What?” Doctor Fang Maomao was shocked.

”What kind of sick plan do they have?” Nurse Liang Xiuying gritted her teeth.

”When did they drugged us?” Nurse Guo Liqiu asked.

”Your food.” Yu Qi stated.

”Oh, that is why you are okay. You didn’t eat much yesterday.” Nurse Shin Teng stated.

”Yeah. I didn’t have much appetite yesterday.” Yu Qi nodded.

”Then, how do you know the food is drugged?” Nurse Guo Liqiu asked.

”Those men who came admitted it. The wife of the village leader also admitted that she was the one who drugged the food.” Yu Qi explained.

”I don’t want to treat them anymore.” Nurse Liang Xiuying stated.

”Don’t worry. I have already discussed the matter with Doctor Duan and others. Doctor Duan will contact the person in charge, telling him the reason why we will cancel the program in this village.” Yu Qi nodded.

”The previous villagers were so good to us. So, I don’t expect this village to be so bad.” Doctor Fang Maomao sighed.

”We can not guess humans’ nature.” Yu Qi stated.

The girls got out of the house and saw the armoured people. They were startled when they saw the guns.

”What is going on here?” Nurse Liang Xiuying asked.

Then, the leader of the armoured people approached them.

”Miss Tang, can you spare me some time?” The leader of the armoured people asked.

”Sure.” Yu Qi nodded.

Yu Qi walked away from the girls.

Doctor Duan Jiang and Doctor Zheng Yang came to the girls.

”Are you okay?” Doctor Zheng Yang asked.

”Yes.” Nurse Shin Teng nodded.

”What is going on here?” Nurse Liang Xiuying asked the same question again.

”Yeah. Who are these people?” Doctor Fang Maomao asked.

”These people are special forces from the government. They came because of Doctor Tang.” Doctor Zheng Yang stated.

”Special forces? Because of Doctor Tang?” Nurse Liang Xiuying was surprised.

”Oh...” Nurse Shin Teng nodded.

Doctor Fang Maomao also nodded.

”You seem to know something?” Nurse Liang Xiuying asked while looking at Nurse Shin Teng and Doctor Fang Maomao.

”Well, Doctor Yu Qi have special privileges because of her research. She had been targeted by many people. That is probably why.” Nurse Shin Teng stated.

”Hey, Doctor Yu Qi was indeed being kidnapped before. We thought Doctor Yu Qi had been killed that time.” Doctor Fang Maomao added.

Everyone who listened to the matter was surprised. They did not know about that.

”So, the special force protects us from those men.” Nurse Liang Xiuying said.

”No.” Doctor Duan Jiang shook his head.

”No? Then...” Nurse Liang Xiuying turned to Yu Qi, who was talking over there.

”Yes. The special force just came in the dawn. Doctor Tang was the one who was guarding you until the special force came.” Doctor Duan Jiang said.

”Miss Tang, in this situation, we only arrest the five men and one woman.” The leader of the armoured people stated.

”I know. Then, arrest them.” Yu Qi nodded.

Yu Qi walked away and joined the team.

”Doctor Tang, thank you.” Nurse Liang Xiuying said when Yu Qi arrived at their side.

”Oh... That’s fine.” Yu Qi shook her head.

”If not for you, I might be raped by those scoundrels.” Nurse Liang Xiuying said.

”That’s right.” Nurse Guo Liqiu nodded.

”Doctor Duan, what does the person in charge say?” Yu Qi changed the topic.

”Oh... I already called him. He was obviously shocked by what happened. Then, he told us that he would send the bus to us. The bus will arrive 3 hours later.” Doctor Duan Jiang said.

”That’s good.” Yu Qi nodded.

”Yes. I don’t want to stay in the village anymore.” Nurse Liang Xiuying said while glancing over at the villagers who were still around.

Then, someone rushed to their side. It was the middle-aged woman who talked to Nurse Shin Teng.

”Shin Teng, can you please spare my son? He does not mean to do that.” The middle-aged woman begged Nurse Shin Teng.
