Chapter 2565: Chapter 2565: Getting Out Of The Mud

”Your major is in surgery?” Doctor Ma Junjie was surprised.

He really thought Yu Qi was a TCM doctor full-time.

”Yes...” Yu Qi nodded.

Doctor Ma Junjie felt a little embarrassed. He also wanted to be a surgeon, but his skill was lacking.

The tractor finally arrived to take them to the village. The bus driver told them that he would be here in 5 days. They hopped into the tractor and headed toward the village. Honestly, it was not a comfortable ride. There were a lot of bumps.

”Sir, is the road always like this?” Yu Qi asked loudly because the sound of the tractor’s engine was so loud.

”Not always. Last night, it was raining heavily. That is why this road is muddy today.” The village leader said.

Then, suddenly, the tractor got stuck. The village leader pressed the pedal, but still nothing happened.

”What are we going to do now?” Doctor Ma Junjie asked.

”How far are we from the village?” Yu Qi asked.

”Hmm... Probably 6 to 7 km.” The village leader said.

”That’s far. If we walk, I think my legs will tremble.” Doctor Fang Maomao said.

”I am sorry for this to happen.” The village leader felt apologetic.

They came to his village to help him and other villagers, but this happened.

”It is not your fault, Sir. Don’t blame yourself.” Nurse Shin Teng said.

”How about we push the tractor from behind?” Doctor Ma Junjie suggested.

”Doctor, we need at least 15 to 20 people to get it out of the mud like this.” The village leader stated.

”So, we need to walk by ourselves, then.” Doctor Fang Maomao said.

”I am sorry. That is the best option for now.” The village leader apologised again.

”Wait a minute.” Yu Qi said.

Yu Qi jumped down of the tractor.

”Are you really going to walk?” Doctor Ma Junjie asked when he saw Yu Qi jump down.

”No.” Yu Qi said.

”Then, what are you doing?” Doctor Ma Junjie asked again.

Yu Qi did not answer Doctor Ma Junjie’s question. She walked to the back of the tractor.

”Doctor, what are you going to do?” The village leader was also puzzled.

Yu Qi placed her hand on the back of the tractor. With a push, the tractor got out of the mud.

”You!!!” The village doctor was shocked by Yu Qi’s strength.

Yu Qi rode the tractor again. ”We are clear now. Let’s get moving again.”

The village leader pressed the pedal. The tractor started moving again.

”Sir, are you lying to us just now?” Doctor Ma Junjie asked.

”Lying about what?” The village leader asked back.

”You said earlier. You need around 15 to 20 people to push the tractor out of the mud. But Doctor Tang alone is more than enough.” Doctor Ma Junjie said.

”I am not lying. It usually takes that many people.” The village leader said.

”Then, how can Doctor Tang, who looked like this, push the tractor out of the mud?” Doctor Ma Junjie asked.

”That... I don’t know...” The village leader was also puzzled.

While they were talking, the tractor got stuck again.

”I am going to push the tractor out of the mud.” Doctor Ma Junjie jumped down from the tractor.

He walked to the back of the tractor. Then, he pushed the tractor. Nothing happened. He tried again and again. It was not moving at all. He started to feel embarrassed.

Yu Qi jumped down. She walked to the back of the tractor. She only placed one hand on the tractor and pushed it gently without making any sound. The tractor got out of the mud just like that.

”Let’s get up.” Yu Qi said to Doctor Ma Junjie.

Doctor Ma Junjie did not say anything and rode the tractor back.

”How can a girl like you get so strong?” The village leader asked.

”She is always so strong. When we were on the way yesterday, we encountered a car accident. A car hit another car. In one car, there was a baby inside. The baby was not crying at all. When we tried to open the door, it did not work. So, Doctor Yu Qi ripped off the car to get the baby out. Then, we need to get the driver and the front passenger out. But the front car was destroyed. They were stuck between the dashboard and the car seat.

The fire and rescue department had not arrived. We knew if we waited for them to arrive, those people would die. So, we tried to get them out, but still no success. So, Doctor Yu Qi came over and held back the dashboard so that we could get out the driver and the front passenger. No one could do that.” Nurse Shin Teng told the story to others.

”Wow, so you are so strong.” The village leader said.

”It is nothing. She is just exaggerating.” Yu Qi said.

The village leader knew that she was just being humbled.

They finally arrived at the village. It was indeed a remote village. The other people who arrived earlier already set up the place for the villagers to receive the check-up. The ones who just arrived did not rest and got to work. Everything was ready when the sky turned dark.

The villagers invited them to dinner. Yu Qi could see that they were really grateful that the medical team came to their village.
