Chapter 2571: Chapter 2571: Surprised When The Needles Vibrated

Lu Mingling really wished for that. She became transparent and disappeared.

”Xiaohua, you can go back now.” Yu Qi said.

”Okay, Master.” Xiaohua nodded and returned to Sere.

Yu Qi checked out Zhang Lusi. This girl indeed had an excessive yin energy. She would advise her later about this matter. She would talk to Liu Suwan as well.

Yu Qi went to sleep.

The next day, after breakfast, Yu Qi headed to Old Man Ming’s house. Old Man Ming welcomed Yu Qi into the house.

”Doctor Tang, you are here.” Old Man Ming’s attitude was completely changed.

Yesterday, he was a little cold toward Yu Qi. However, at this moment, he was smiling brightly at Yu Qi. The reason, his wife managed to grab and hold his hand. It showed that the treatment that Yu Qi had done to his wife really showed some results. How could he not feel grateful toward Yu Qi?

”I will go and brew the medicine first. You can go and wake up your wife.” Yu Qi said.

”Yes, Doctor Tang.” Old Man Ming said. ”Can you start the fire by yourself?”

”I will be fine.” Yu Qi nodded.

Yu Qi went to the kitchen to brew the medicine. Lit up the fire was not difficult for Yu Qi. She prepared the herbs and brewed them together. 15 minutes later, the medicine was ready.

Yu Qi brought the medicine to Old Madam Ming’s room. Unexpectedly, there were other people inside the room.

”What are you doing here?” Yu Qi asked the people.

They were Doctor Ma Junjie and Nurse Zhong Enlai.

”Well, we come to check on Madam Ming. We heard that you are treating. We are curious what kind of illness Madam Ming had because the hospital could not detect it.” Doctor Ma Junjie said.

”Oh... Mr Ming, please let your wife drink it.” Yu Qi said.

”What kind of medicine is that? It is so dark. Are you sure it is safe to consume?” Doctor Ma Junjie asked.

Doctor Ma Junjie wanted to take away the medicine, but Old Man Ming moved the bowl faster before Doctor Ma Junjie could touch it.

”Doctor Ma, please, don’t disturb my patient.” Yu Qi warned Doctor Ma Junjie.

”Doctor Tang, what are you saying? That is not my intention. I am just curious.” Doctor Ma Junjie said. ”By the way, what is Old Madam Ming’s illness?”

”She is not ill.” Yu Qi stated.

”Not ill. Then, why is she being bedridden?” Doctor Ma Junjie asked.

”Because she is poisoned. The poison is so rare. That is why the hospital could not detect it.” Yu Qi said.

”Then, how do you know about the poison?” Doctor Ma Junjie asked, but did not believe Yu Qi’s words.

Yu Qi narrowed her eyes while smiling. ”Because I study a lot about poison. Especially the ancient poison.”

”What? Are you majoring in surgery?” Doctor Ma Junjie was shocked.

”What? I can study whatever I want.” Yu Qi said.

”Doctor Tang, my wife already finished drinking the medicine.” Old Man Ming came to inform Yu Qi.

”Hmm... I will perform the acupuncture on Madam Ming now.” Yu Qi said.

”Doctor Tang, you can perform acupuncture as well?” Nurse Zhang Enlai asked.

This was his first time talking to Yu Qi. He used to just listen to Doctor Ma Junjie talking to Yu Qi. He seemed to be interested in acupuncture.

”Hmm...” Yu Qi nodded.

Yu Qi walked to Old Madam Ming. Doctor Ma Junjie and Nurse Zhang Enlai followed Yu Qi.

”Doctor Tang, should they leave?” Old Man Ming asked.

”What? Why can’t we watch?” Doctor Ma Junjie asked.

”It’s fine, Mr Ming. Today, I will perform acupuncture on the head, legs and arms. No need for Madam Ming to take off her clothes.” Yu Qi stated.

”So, yesterday, you also performed acupuncture on Madam Ming? On her whole body?” Nurse Zhang Enlai asked.

”Yes. There was a lot of poison in her body yesterday. So, she needed a whole body to be treated with acupuncture.” Yu Qi nodded.

Yu Qi took out the needles. She immediately started the acupuncture. One by one, the needles stuck into Old Madam Ming’s body.

Doctor Ma Junjie actually did not believe too much on TCM method. It was out to date method, especially the acupuncture method. How could some needles cure the illness? He felt like TCM practitioners were just playing with human lives. However, he was shocked when he saw the needles start to vibrate.

Nurse Zhang Enlai was fascinated with the scene. He never thought to see this scene.

After 10 minutes, the needles stopped vibrating. Then, Yu Qi began to pull the needles from Old Madam Ming’s body.

”Hmm... Please drink the medicine again today. The same time as yesterday.” Yu Qi reminded the couple.

”Yes, Doctor Tang, I will remember.” Old Man Ming nodded.

”Husband, I can get up and sit down.” Old Madam Ming called her husband excitedly.

Old Man Ming turned away and smiled to see the scene. His wife finally managed to sit down by herself. It was indeed an achievement.

”Hmm... You will be able to walk later. Just take it easy for today.” Yu Qi said.

”Yes. Yes... We will listen to Doctor Tang.” Old Man Ming nodded.

”Okay... I will leave now.” Yu Qi nodded.

She left Old Man Ming’s house. Doctor Ma Junjie and Nurse Zhang Enlai followed Yu Qi.
