Chapter 2378: You Old Man

However, after passing the TSA officers, Yu Qi met the middle-aged man who had harassed her on the flight. The bodyguards wanted to intervene, but Yu Qi signalled them not to get involved. She did not want others to know that she was accompanied by some bodyguards. So, the bodyguards did not get involved and waited for Yu Qiʼs order.

”Girl, we meet again. I donʼt believe you are rich that could afford to buy a plane. Even if you are rich, you might separate your legs to get what you want.” The middle-aged man kept insulting Yu Qi.

”Hey, Old Man, what is your problem? Why do you need to target him? From the plane to here.” Yu Qi began to speak up.

”Old... Old Man? That is what you call me?” The middle-aged man did not believe his ears that Yu Qi was calling him an old man.

”What? Do you think you are young? Well, it does not matter now. You have been harassing me from the moment we met. Whether I am rich or not has nothing to do with you. And please be real, if I want to choose a rich man, I will not look at you. You old man.” Since the middle-aged man had spoken loudly earlier, Yu Qi also spoke loudly to the old man.

So, everyone heard about what they were talking about. Some of them recognised Yu Qi. So, when the middle-aged man mentioned that Yu Qi was getting rich because of a man, they felt ridiculous. Yu Qi had

”You...”The middle-aged man was speechless when he heard the response. He thought Yu Qi was not a confrontational person since she did not talk much on the plane earlier.

”It seems you have nothing to talk about anymore. So, I will leave now. Oh... You should find a guide here. Otherwise, you might lose. Have a nice day.” Yu Qi stated and walked past the middle-aged man.

The middle-aged man was speechless once again. Then, he saw that the onlookers gave him a dirty look. He immediately ran away from the crowd.

Yu Qi went to pay the parking fee for her car and left the airport.

The middle-aged man also left the airport in a hurry after one of his people came to take him. He was embarrassed by the stares that people gave him. He insulted that woman over and over again. The person who picked him up asked what was going in.

So, the middle-aged man explained to the person about what had happened on the flight and at the airport. The person sounded so shocked when he heard about the middle-aged manʼs story.

However, in his mind, he was frowning. How could someone say something like that to a woman? She had money because she relied on men? He did not understand how things were on Continent M, but here, in Binhai Nation, there were a lot of women who had been successful in their careers. They did not need any man to be rich. The person just responded with ʼhmmʼ and nodded.

After finishing complaining about Yu Qi, the middle-aged man finally talked about his plan in the FINN City. He asked the person if the potential partner was willing to meet him or not. The person nodded. The meeting would be scheduled for the day after tomorrow.

The middle-aged man nodded. The reason he came to Binhai Nation was that he wanted to discuss a business venture with one of the companies here.

The one thing that he did not understand was why the headquarters of that company was located in this city. People should build their headquarters in a big city like the Capital City.

The person asked the middle-aged man about his plan for the next day. The middle-aged man smiled, telling that person that he would like to tour the city. So, he wanted the person to be his guide.

The person smiled but in his mind, he was shouting. How could he become the tour guide for a middle-aged man? He did not want that. However, it was his job. He could not abandon it. Otherwise, how would he pay his bills? With gritted teeth, he answered by telling the middle-aged man that he would be delighted to show him what was interesting in this city.

The person sent the middle-aged man to the hotel to check in and rest. As for the dinner, there was a restaurant on the top floor. The restaurant had a good view. So, the middle-aged man could enjoy the food and the beautiful view.

....

Yu Qi returned to the penthouse. She would stay here tonight. The next day, she would spend the night with the Tang Family. She also told Ming Yue about this. She did not mind. She was glad that Yu Qi chose them instead of spending time alone.

Well, to be honest, she was never alone. She had her cuties around her. If she missed Long Hui so badly, she would go and swap her soul with Shino and enter his body. She would talk to Long Hui face to face.

Yu Qi received a message from Su Yu Hi telling her that their company had a business meeting. He wanted to ask if she was willing to come over.

Yu Qi was about to reject the invitation when Su Yu Hi told her that this person was from a foreign continent.
