Chapter 2364: Cai Chengʼs Life Experience

The thugs wanted the money right now since it had been 2 months since his father had not made the payment. His mother was horrified when she heard her husband had borrowed the money from the loan shark. No wonder 3 months ago, his husband seemed to have some cash. However, that cash was not used for the family; instead, it went to his mistress.

Yes, his father had a mistress out, and his mother knew it. He also knew it, except for his sister, who still thought the father did not come home because he worked hard for the family. At that time, he did not understand much about the mistress.

The mother said to the thugs that his husband had not been coming home for almost 2 weeks. She did not know where he was. She also stated that she did not have any money to pay the debt. Since it was her husband who borrowed the money, they should go and search for that person.

The thugs smiled and told the debt was the familyʼs responsibility. So, as the borrowerʼs family, they should bear the responsibility. The thugs looked at Cai Cheng, his mother and lastly, their eyes landed on his sister.

The mother instantly understood what the thugs wanted at that moment. She blocked their view and shouted to them that they should not have a dirty thought about her daughter. The sister was 12 years old at that time.

The thugs smiled while telling the mother that if she did not want anything to happen to her daughter, she needed to pay up. The mother asked how much money her husband borrowed from them.

The thugs told the mother that it was 100,000 yuan. The mother needed to pay about 20,000 yuan per month plus 20% interest. So, one month was 24,000 yuan. Since the father had not paid for two months, its total was 48,000 yuan. The mother was shocked when she heard the amount.

The mother understood that her husband totally abandoned them after getting the money from the loan shark. He had no attention to pay for his loan. He left everything for her and their children. He probably left the address for this house when he signed the paperwork.

Cai Cheng, at that time, stood up together with his sister while listening to his motherʼs conversation with the thugs. He also understood that. His father was a scum.

Then, he heard his mother scream to the thugs. The thugs pushed his mother. He heard his mother shout at him, asking him to run away with his sister. He was confused at the moment, but seeing the thugs approach them, he grabbed his sister and tried to run away.

However, his attempt to run away was ruined when one of the thugs grabbed his hair and threw him away. Then, they grabbed his sister. His sister cried and shouted for him and his mother.

”I will take this girl for 2 monthsʼ payment. Next month, I will come back. So, you need to come out for the money.” The thug smiled.

The sister shouted for her brother and mother. Cai Cheng launched forward to save his sister but ended up being kicked by one of them. They used too much force on the kick. Cai Cheng completely blacked out after that.

When he opened his eyes again, he was already on the bed. His mother was sitting while crying in silence. She noticed Cai Cheng wake up and asked if he felt anything hurt.

Cai Cheng ignored the question and asked about his sister. His mother trembled as she shook her head. She told him that his sister had been taken away by those thugs. She tried to chase after them, but they were driving fast. She could not catch up.

Cai Cheng froze. His birthday had been ruined by the thugs. No... It was not ruined by the thugs. It was ruined by his own father. That scumbag borrowed the money for his own pleasure and did not want to pay it up. Because of that, his sister was being taken away from the creditors.

He did not know what was going to happen to his sister, whether they could meet each other again in this lifetime. The mother did not talk at all after that. She went to work in silence and came back home. One day, Cai Cheng got the call from his motherʼs workplace.

His mother had not come to work for the whole week already. Since she did not show up and called in, they decided to fire her. Cai Cheng was stunned. He thought his mother went to work like normal, but it turned out that it was not. So, where did his mother go?

The next day, he followed his mother. He wanted to know where his mother went. He was shocked when he saw his mother go into the office. He read the sign saying it was a loan shark.

He went closer and heard his motherʼs voice begging to see his sister. The man laughed and told his mother that he would tell his mother if she did what he wanted her to do.

Cai Cheng frowned. When he finally knew what the man wanted his mother to do, he stormed in and beat up the man. The manʼs subordinates were shocked, and immediately tried to help their boss.
