Chapter 2355: Bound To Fail

The next day, Deng Zemin sent a signal to Long Hui through the secret method. Deng Zemin did not dare to use his phone to send a message to Long Hui anymore because he was afraid that he would be discovered by those smugglers. Luckily, Long Hui had already taught him to send a secret message without using technology.

Long Hui told his soldiers that they needed to get ready now. He also sent the message to Ren Qian Yi, who had been stationed at Shenxian City, asking them to get ready. Receiving the order, Ren Qian Yi immediately informed his subordinates to get ready too.

The spy who worked on the Deng Family Shipping Company gave the information that the items they had been waiting for had arrived. The smugglers had their people repackaging the items before the items were handled by the Deng Family Shipping Company.

Deng Zemin was the one who handled the transaction. He did not dare to give other employees the job to handle. Hao Zedong was pleased when he saw this. He knew that Deng Zemin also put a priority on this job.

The next time, Hao Zedong would make sure to promote to others about this shipping company. He wanted to pull Deng Zemin into this line of work.

The smugglers were very pleased with the Deng Family Shipping Company. They were very efficient and fast. However, they were on high alert because it was their first time transporting using the shipping company, and the items were in large quantities.

Some of the people who had been working in transporting the weapons were soldiers in disguise. They also wore a body camera disguised as a button on their shirts. They recorded everything clearly.

The items arrived in the morning. They were already in other trucks, waiting to hit the road. The smugglers checked everything and saw it was okay to go. Only then did the trucks start to move.

Seeing the signal, some of the soldiers who were already in the cars also started to move. They knew that they needed to be low-key. That was why they did not dare to get too close to the trucks.

Long Hui also followed them. The distance between Shixiang City and Shenxian City was about 5 5-hour drive. The drivers only stopped once to relieve themselves. That location was also determined by the smugglers. The drivers did not dare to argue because they were the soldiers. They just followed the order from the smugglers.

After 5 hours, they arrived at a small village near Kinliu Mountain. Long Hui had already ordered Ren Qian Yi to investigate the village. Ren Qian Yi disguised himself as a hiker who wanted to hike Kinliu Mountain. He lost and found the village. Surprisingly, the village had only three young couples.

When they found Ren Qian Yi at their village, they were very guarded. That included the women. Ren Qian Yi told them that he was lost. He came here wanting to ask for some help from the village. They were, at first, reluctant to help Ren Qian Yi. However, Ren Qian Yi acted very convincingly that one of the women gave him some water and told Ren Qian Yi to leave this place.

Ren Qian Yi used his charm to get some information from the women. That was how he knew that there were only three couples there. He wanted to get more information but the men beat Ren Qian Yi.

Ren Qian Yi acted like he was half dead being beaten up by them. However, after being beaten up multiple times by Long Hui, his body could stand any beating afterwards. He was not hurt as much as he had got the beating from Long Hui.

Ren Qian Yi did not sit long on the Kinliu Mountain. He went to their secret base. Not far from the village. They never found out about the base.

The road was not as good as the city when they arrived in the area of Kinliu Mountain. No wonder the smugglers requested the items to be transported in a smaller truck because the roads to the village were not that big.

Long Hui informed Ren Qian Yi that they had already arrived. Ren Qian Yi immediately told the soldiers to surround the village in silence.

The smugglers told the drivers to stop. So, they stopped. They began to unload the items from the trucks. The leader of the smugglers also ordered the drivers to help them unload the items.

One hour later, the item was already being unloaded from the truck. Then, the leader of the smugglers grinned as they looked at the drivers. They took out the guns and pointed them at the drivers.

”Since the work has been done, you should leave this world.” The leader said.

So, they were thinking of silencing the driver. However, their plan was bound to fail. Because Long Hui, who was disguised as a driver too, pushed a button on his pocket.

Ren Qian Yi received the signal. He also gave orders to the soldiers to rush over and surround the village.

”Surrender, you are being surrounded.” Ren Qian Hi shouted.

The smugglers were shocked when they heard the voice. They looked around and saw many soldiers pointing their guns in their direction. The leader of the smugglers was thinking of grabbing one of the drivers to be their hostage. However, when he searched for them, it seemed they had disappeared.
