Linjiang Province 077 Machinery Military Factory

At this time, Lin Chenran was in a spacious and bright office, concentrating on the work at hand.

Suddenly, the black phone on the desk rang without warning, breaking the original silence in the room.

Lin Chenran frowned slightly and stopped writing. He took a deep breath, gently put down the documents in his hand, stood up, walked to the desk, and reached out to pick up the phone receiver.

”Hello, I’m Lin Chenran, who are you?”

Lin Chenran’s tone was very respectful, yet also a little doubtful.

A slightly weathered but full-bodied voice came from the other end of the phone: ”Lin boy, it’s me!”

When Lin Chenran heard this familiar voice, he immediately showed surprise on his face and said quickly: ”Mr. Zhang, it turns out to be you!”

When he heard Mr. Zhang’s voice, he was surprised at first, and then fell into thought.

Mr. Zhang called me suddenly. What urgent matter is it?
Do you want to know about the design and development of the White Shark Frigate and the Four Emperors Cruiser?
There is no reason? Someone from the Yan Kingdom Navy is at the 704 Shipyard, and the daily updates are transmitted back.

Why is that?
While Lin Chenran was racking his brains to think, Mr. Zhang did not give him too much time, but said directly: ”In two days, I will bring a top engineer to your 704 Shipyard. Please come.”

”Our navy needs your help in designing and developing a new ship. We’ll discuss the specific requirements in person.”

After saying that, he decisively hung up the phone without waiting for Lin Chenran to react.

Hearing the busy tone coming from the phone, Lin Chenran stood there in a daze.

Lin Chenran: ”So mysterious?”

Maybe it is inconvenient to communicate by phone, so we can only contact offline.

Since the Yan State Navy has made clear demands, he has no choice but to go to the 704 Shipyard in person.

Thinking of this, Lin Chenran turned around and said to his assistant Xiao Liang: ”Xiao Liang, please help me contact Mr. Song and ask him to come to my office.”

Not long after, a burst of hurried footsteps was heard coming from afar, and then the office door was pushed open suddenly, and a figure appeared at the door.

Song Xiyun walked into the room panting and sweating.

Seeing Song Xiyun like this, Lin Chenran quickly stood up and pointed to the high-end sofa next to him and said, ”Mr. Song, don’t be anxious, sit down and have a rest.”

At the same time, he signaled to his assistant Xiao Liang to give Song Xiyun a cup of hot tea to quench her thirst.

Xiao Liang skillfully brewed two cups of steaming hot tea and brought them in, placing them on the table in front of Lin Chenran and Song Xiyun.

Lin Chenran picked up the teacup with a smile, gently blew away the hot air from the rim of the cup, then took a small sip, feeling the fragrance and warmth of the tea.

Song Xiyun also took a sip of hot tea and calmed his breathing a little.

After a short pause, Lin Chenran put down his teacup, looked at Song Xiyun and said straight to the point: ”Mr. Song, I have to go on a business trip to the 704 Shipyard. I need your help to take care of the big and small things in the factory.”

Song Xiyun, who was originally smiling, froze instantly when he heard this, as if the smile was being strangled by an invisible hand.

The cup of hot tea in his hand seemed to lose its appeal all of a sudden and was no longer as sweet and delicious.

Why are you going on a business trip again?

Song Xiyun secretly groaned in his heart.

Every time Lin Chenran goes on a business trip, this old man becomes extremely busy. He has to take care of all the big and small matters in the factory.

Complaints aside, it’s all for the 077 Mechanical Arsenal.

Song Xiyun asked: ”What exactly is the reason for going to the 704 Shipyard this time?”

”Just now, a senior naval official named Zhang Lao called me and asked me to go to the 704 Shipyard in a mysterious way. Their navy wants to build a ship.”

Lin Chenran waved his hands helplessly. He didn’t know what the Yan Kingdom Navy was up to.

Without any explanation, he asked Lin Chenran to go to the 704 Shipyard.

”This……”

”That……”

Song Xiyun was suddenly speechless.

Is the Yan State Navy so unreliable?

Then Lin Chenran continued, ”Abdul from Saudi Arabia in the Camel Region will also come to China in the near future. They want to purchase warships.”

Song Xiyun was shocked when he heard this. ”What? The Saudi country in the Camel region wants to purchase warships again?”

”what’s going on?”

Lin Chenran didn’t know what was wrong with the Saudi country in the Camel region, and said helplessly: ”It’s possible that the Aegis missile destroyer is too good, so...”

Song Xiyun was completely speechless.

The Saudis in the Camel Region really only look at ”good things”. As long as it can be solved with money, they will just use money.

technology?
Camel Region Saudi Arabia: I understand too! (Spending lots of money)

Yan State: Saudi State understands technology.

……

Time flies and a new day comes quietly.

After Lin Chenran explained all the matters concerning the 077 Mechanical Arsenal to Song Xiyun, he took several personnel from the 077 Mechanical Arsenal to the 704 Shipyard.

After arriving at the 704 Shipyard, Lin Chenran directly convened a high-level meeting.

The meeting officially began when the senior executives of the 704 Shipyard arrived at the conference room.

Lin Chenran got straight to the point and said, ”Everyone, tomorrow the navy will send someone to our 704 Shipyard to discuss with us the construction of a new type of ship.”

Pan Xueming at the side could not help but ask: ”General Lin, what kind of ship does the Navy want us to design?”

The senior executives of the 704 Shipyard below also nodded. They also wanted to know what kind of ships and warships the Yan Country Navy needed.

Lin Chenran scratched his head helplessly: ”Uh?”

”That’s a good question. I’ll ask it when Mr. Zhang comes over.”

Lin Chenran also had no idea what the Yan Kingdom Navy was up to.

”This……”

”That……”

”No way? So secretive?”

The top executives of the 704 Shipyard immediately started talking.

After a while, the discussion became louder and more intense.

Lin Chenran coughed subconsciously, and the discussion in the conference room disappeared instantly.

”No matter what the Navy wants, since they want us to help them design and develop, this is a great honor for us.”

Lin Chenran said with a serious face.

Yes, it is an honorable mission.

Why not give it to other shipyards instead of 704 Shipyard?

That means the Yan State Navy attaches great importance to the 704 Shipyard.

This is honor!
……

Time passes by quietly like a white horse passing by.

The next day, Lin Chenran and everyone from the 704 Shipyard waited in front of the complex building for the arrival of the Yan State Navy.

Soon, the Yan State Navy’s convoy slowly drove in.

As soon as the car stopped, Mr. Zhang and others got off in an orderly manner.

At this time, Lin Chenran saw a very familiar person among the crowd.

He rubbed his eyes again in disbelief.

”This……”

”How can it be……”
