Building a Technological Power Starting with the Type 59 missile and Going Astray in Technological Development

Chapter 211 Even if we have an aircraft carrier, we can’t let it be left alone!Chapter 211 Even if we have an aircraft carrier, we can’t let it be left alone!

The Yan Kingdom Navy hasn’t even learned how to walk yet.

Just want to fly?

Who gave them the courage?

Liang Jingru?
An aircraft carrier formation cannot be formed by just one aircraft carrier.

If there is no escort from other warships, the aircraft carrier will become a ”living target” with no ability to fight back.

The Yan State Navy was obviously anxious and even began to feel a little proud.

After Lin Chenran’s reminder, Mr. Wei also thought that what he said made a lot of sense.

Although owning an aircraft carrier can indeed demonstrate a country’s strong strength.

But if other warships are not fully equipped, then even with an aircraft carrier, its actual function will not be much different from having no aircraft carrier.

This will not achieve the purpose of deterring the enemy.

If an aircraft carrier goes out to sea without any other warships to escort it, it will become a ”living target” that can be attacked by anyone.

If it sails farther without support from a supply ship, the aircraft carrier may be paralyzed on the spot due to lack of fuel and supplies.

At present, the Yan State Navy should focus on replenishing other types of warships, such as frigates, cruisers, supply ships and submarines.

It is not advisable to invest all the limited resources in aircraft carrier construction.

Elder Wei frowned, sighed deeply, and said self-reproachfully: ”We have fallen into a misunderstanding.”

”He’s crazy!”

Seeing this, Lin Chenran quickly explained: ”We will definitely have an aircraft carrier, but not now. After all, our other warships are very old and need to be updated.”

”Even if we don’t have an aircraft carrier, our other warships are advanced and can deter neighboring countries.”

”There aren’t many countries around us that have aircraft carriers. We have enough warships to deter them without deploying aircraft carriers.”

Mr. Wei also thought it made sense.

They are indeed anxious!

Or rather, it floated!
As long as I have funds, I will think about building an aircraft carrier.

Elder Wei was very serious and said righteously: ”After I go back, I will tell the senior navy officers about your idea. It is indeed very anxious.”

Lin Chenran smiled bitterly: ”Mr. Wei, you are roasting me on the fire!”

”Give me advice?”

”I hope Mr. Zhang won’t come to the 56 Mechanical Military Factory with a Type 077 to cause trouble for me!”

Suddenly, bursts of laughter came from the car.

”No, Old Man Zhang will agree with your idea.”

Although Mr. Zhang wanted the navy to have its own aircraft carrier, he knew that it would be impossible without the escort of other warships.

An aircraft carrier is a ”live target”.

……

After returning to the 077 Mechanical Arsenal, Lin Chenran explained a lot of matters to Song Xiyun, and he was preparing to head north to the Russian bear.

And sent a telegram to Kovlevich who was far away in Vladivostok.

I will go north to the Russian bear to discuss important matters.

Kovlevich was puzzled when he received the telegram.

Discussing important matters?

Could it be?

Are there any other directions for cooperation?
Suddenly, a bright smile appeared on Kovlevich’s face.

Every time Lin Chenran comes to Russia, he will increase trade.

And last time, he helped himself and his country overcome the nuclear leakage crisis.

This time when Lin Chenran goes north, I must give him a warm welcome.

……

At the same time, after the news of the successful first test flight of the J-10 fighter jet spread, it immediately attracted heated discussions among countries around the world.

Another third-generation fighter jet from Yan State made its first test flight?
Senior officials from various countries have mobilized.

Eagle Sauce: The military industrial strength of Yan Country has been greatly improved. It recently had the Dragon Shadow fighter, and now it has the J-10 fighter. This is a strong rival!

Mao Xiong: Previously, Yan Guo announced a high-low configuration, but I didn’t expect it to be realized so quickly. Now it has its first flight and will soon be equipped with hunting suits. I didn’t expect Yan Guo’s military industry to develop so rapidly. Jiao Pan Ji Guo: How can Yan Guo’s military industry develop so rapidly? No, the threat of the J-10 fighter and the Dragon Shadow fighter is too great. We have to buy weapons and equipment from the Eagle Sauce Baba to deal with its threat.

Han Country: What? Our Great Han Country is the best in the universe. Even Yan Country has the ability to design and develop two third-generation fighter jets. So can we.

White Elephant: Damn Yan Country, we suffered a loss when we sold the Dragon Shadow fighter jet to Pakistan, and now they have produced the J-10 fighter jet. No, we must also speed up the development of the Tejas fighter jet and immediately contact other countries for joint development.

……

Immediately afterwards, intelligence personnel from various countries began to mobilize.

The intelligence about the previous Dragon Shadow fighter has not been fully understood yet, and now the J-10 fighter has been developed.

This directly caused a lot of trouble for the intelligence personnel.

Especially in Yan Country, intelligence activities are really difficult to carry out.

If you are not careful you will be caught!
……

Linjiang Province 077 Machinery Military Factory

At this time, Lin Chenran was making final preparations, and Kovlevich of the Far East Fleet had agreed to let him go north to fight the Russian Bear.

Lin Chenran also reported the matter and waited for approval from the top leaders of Yan State.

Soon, the phone on the desk rang.

”Ring ring ring!”

Lin Chenran skillfully picked up the phone on the desk and answered it.

”Hello! Hello! I’m Lin Chenran.”

Suddenly a familiar voice sounded.

”Lin boy, long time no see!”

The voice of Mr. Zhang, a high-ranking naval official of Yan State, came from the telephone receiver.

”Hello, Mr. Zhang!”

Lin Chenran was obviously feeling guilty.

I have discussed the issue of Yan State Navy with Mr. Wei before.

Now that the real culprit has come knocking on his door, Lin Chenran must be feeling guilty!

”Lin boy, are you feeling guilty?”

Mr. Zhang suddenly said something that instantly made beads of sweat break out on Lin Chenran’s forehead.

”This……”

”That……”

It was as if a lion was staring at him.

Lin Chenran was extremely panicked!
Suddenly, a hearty laugh came from the microphone.

”You kid! Why are you so panicking? I didn’t say your idea is wrong.”

Mr. Zhang said with a smile.

Lin Chenran’s contact is very forward-looking and also meets the needs of the current Yan State Navy.

Aircraft carrier, Yan Country must have it!

but not now!
Mr. Zhang tended to agree with what Lin Chenran said.

If the other warships in the aircraft carrier formation are not fully equipped, an aircraft carrier sailing on the sea will be a ”live target”.

Lin Chenran subconsciously wiped the sweat from his forehead and said with a smile: ”Mr. Zhang, your powerful aura makes me feel at a loss, even through the phone.”

Mr. Zhang was amused by Lin Chenran!
”You kid! You’re just flattering me!”

”how could be!”

Lin Chenran and the other person laughed out loud immediately.

Then, Mr. Zhang stated the purpose of calling Lin Chenran this time.

”The superiors have agreed to your request to go north to the Mao Xiong and have formed a temporary negotiation team.”

”When the time comes, everything will be up to you!”

Mr. Zhang was also surprised. He didn’t expect that the superior leader would let Lin Chenran be the leader of this temporary negotiation team.

Then, Mr. Zhang continued, ”When the time comes, you will go directly to the imperial capital, meet up with the negotiation team, and then head north to the Russian bear together.”
