Chapter 48 Do You Want to Meet Your God?Chapter 48 Do You Want to Meet Your God?

Looking at the third gentleman Abel who was laughing like a madman, Rorschach raised his eyebrows and asked, ”Are you really that fearless of death?”

”You don’t understand the greatness of my God at all, so naturally you don’t understand what true bliss is. What you are proud of is nothing but the wisdom of a mortal.” A creepy smile appeared on the face of the third gentleman.

”So you actually believe in the God of Distortion and Bliss, and you’re not pretending?” Rorschach was a little surprised.

Even though the hint from True Prison Eyes had pointed out that the Third Gentleman was a walking god, and like his companions he worshipped the God of Distortion and Bliss, Rorschach had never really regarded him as a follower of an evil god.

Because the third gentleman is a replacer!

As a Displacer, would you really sincerely believe in an evil god that only had traces of itself in the Gray Realm?
Rorschach naturally thought it was impossible before, but the series of reactions from the third gentleman just now made him believe it.

”Why do you think there are so few gods among the Replacers? Is it because they are not as strong as the Blood Knights? No, on the contrary, we are much stronger than the vast majority of Blood Knights of the same rank!”

The third gentleman sneered, ”The reason for this is that they, like you, like to use mortal wisdom to figure out the gods. They think that as the replacers, they should be like the protagonists, the only ones in the world. How can these idiots be accepted by the great gods?”

”...?”

Rorschach felt that this guy must be mocking him in various ways.

However, after confirming that the third gentleman was actually a believer in the evil god, he suddenly had different plans.

In fact, Rorschach, who has some memories of Purgatory inheritance, actually has some ideas about the origins of those evil gods.

It’s just that the understanding is not comprehensive enough.

But what is certain is that even the Third Gentleman and other believers of the evil god probably do not understand the gods in their eyes as well as Rorschach.

”Do you want to meet your God?” Rorschach asked suddenly.

This outrageous question made the third gentleman even doubt whether he had heard it wrongly: ”What did you say?”

”I asked you if you want to meet the omnipotent God you mentioned.”

”Do you really think you can play with my faith with some little tricks? What are you going to do? Some kind of blood illusion or hypnosis?” The third gentleman showed disdain on his face, obviously thinking that he had seen through Rorschach’s little tricks.

He just has true faith, and his IQ is not eaten by dogs. As the third person in the gentleman’s club, the secrets he has come into contact with are far beyond the reach of ordinary replacers.

Just because Luo Xia could deceive Gao Tianlin, that didn’t mean she could deceive him.

”What if I can really do it... or are you not sure whether what you see is your God?” Rorschach chuckled.

”Just come up with whatever tricks you want. I can’t refuse you anyway, right?” The third gentleman remained unmoved.

”Well, then it’s as you wish.”

Rorschach put his hand on the Third Gentleman’s face, and the Third Gentleman, who had already been severely injured by Ah Dai, gradually fell into chaos.

……

”Where is this?”

It was as if the third gentleman had experienced a replacement. When he woke up again, he found himself in a dark and decadent world.

“This is purgatory.”

A familiar voice came from behind the third gentleman, which immediately reminded him of his experiences before he lost consciousness. He turned around suddenly!
However, what appeared before his eyes was not the original Rorschach, but a figure wrapped in white bone armor with dark red flames burning on his body!
Although the appearance of this figure did not seem to be as intimidating as his distorted true form, when he faced this figure, he felt a trembling from the depths of his soul!
He couldn’t describe the feeling, but somehow, what emerged in his mind was the feeling of praying and chanting to the supreme God of bliss!

”What did you do to me?!” The third gentleman looked at Rorschach, who had completely changed, in shock and anger.

”Just give it a try.”

Rorschach, under the flames of bone armor, did not answer him, but spoke suddenly.

”Try what?” the third gentleman asked subconsciously.

”Call your God here. He can sense it. This place is much closer to Him than the Gray Zone.” Rorschach said lightly.

”What tricks are you trying to play?” The third gentleman was a little surprised and doubtful.

At this moment, he had already realized that Rorschach could not possibly be the kind of newcomer he had imagined. Which newcomer could be so perverted?

He is not afraid of death, but for some reason, he feels an indescribable sense of despair in this world.

”Try it. You are not even afraid of death, so you dare not even try to call on your God. Or is this what you call faith?”

”Shut up!”

The Third Gentleman’s voice became a little hysterical, because Rorschach’s words were like a poke in his lungs.

Isn’t it just calling on God?
Come on then!

The third gentleman no longer cared about so many things, because he did have a feeling of uncertainty in this world. Perhaps only the omnipotent God of Bliss could give him a little confidence.

As soon as he thought of this, he began to pray.

”Distortion, the source of bliss...”

”The happiness of all living beings is not as good as the happiness of God alone...”

He kept reciting the prayer words of the Paradise Church, and it was not until he began to pray that he realized that the feeling was completely different from his usual prayers!

He had actually tried to pray when he was on the Blue Water Planet, but for some reason, he was unable to establish any connection with the God of Bliss.

Although I can still sense that God exists, it feels like the distance is too far and the signal is disconnected.

If you pray in the gray area, you can basically establish a vague connection. Although it doesn’t work every time, it works most of the time.

It feels like the signal is bad, but not completely gone.

However, at this moment, when he was praying, he could not only easily establish contact with the God of Bliss, but he also had a feeling that the signal was suddenly normal!

This was an experience he had never had before, and his intuition told him that this was not an illusion!

Even though he didn’t know exactly where he was now, his connection with the God of Bliss could not be faked, and he didn’t believe that anyone could fake the aura that truly belonged to a god!

suddenly!

The third gentleman who was praying was shocked!
Because he suddenly felt that the God of Bliss seemed to have a will that was trying to descend upon him through the connection he had established when he prayed!

He had heard the bishop of the Paradise Church mention this before. This was a ”divine descent” that only the descendants of the evil god were qualified to trigger!
