Chapter 15: Infernal Knight Rorschach...comes in!Chapter 15: Infernal Knight Rorschach...comes in!
”Congratulations, Rorschach Knight.”

When Rorschach saw Rex with a smile on his face, it naturally meant that he had successfully merged his blood and officially became a blood knight.

”So I am now considered a Black Iron Knight?” Rorschach asked uncertainly.

”Of course, as long as the blood fusion is successful, you will become a Black Iron Knight.” Rex nodded.

”Then what does it mean to be a bronze knight? I saw that the parchment left by my father didn’t mention these things. It only mentioned how to develop bloodlines.” Rorschach was a little puzzled.

”Is there any problem with this?” Rex asked in surprise.

”What I mean is, isn’t there a more specific level division? For example, aren’t there basic, intermediate, and advanced levels for the Black Iron Knights? And after the advanced level, they can become Bronze Knights?” Luo Xia wondered.

”It’s not that complicated.” Rex laughed dumbly, ”Let’s not talk about whether there is such a classification standard. Even if there is, do you think that a so-called high-level black iron, if the blood of the so-called high-level black iron is the useless blood of the rock turtle, can it be a match for a mid-level black iron with the blood of the dragon?”

”This... shouldn’t happen.”

”It’s not should, it’s definitely not.” Rex chuckled, ”Any member of the Storm Royal Family, even if they have just melted their blood, if they can’t beat the guy named Claus outside, then it’s a waste of food to keep them alive.”

Good guy...

Fortunately, Claus was not around, otherwise he would have been very upset after hearing this example.

Is it easy to be a bootlicker? Why do you have to be used as a negative example?
Although the Rock Turtle bloodline is not that bad, and it is definitely not the worst among all bloodlines, but you have to compare it with the dragon bloodline. Isn’t this pure bullying...

However, Rorschach also understood that Rex did not want to belittle Claus, but was simply using him to illustrate this point.

”Blood knights of different bloodlines are already very different. Moreover, there are factors such as bloodline restraint and experience suppression in battle. It is not impossible to forcibly divide them into several levels, but it is meaningless.”

Rex continued, ”As for the levels of Black Iron, Bronze, Silver, and even Gold, there are of course specific boundaries. After all, realms are man-made standards, so there must be some rationality...”

Following Rex’s explanation, Rorschach finally had a more systematic understanding of the Blood Knights.

There is actually not much to say about the Dark Iron Knight. As long as the blood fusion is successful, you can become a Dark Iron Knight. There is no need for any standards to define it.

But from the Iron Knight to the Bronze Knight, there are standards.

Usually, the blood power that the Black Iron Knight initially possesses is only enough to ”purify” a certain part of the body. Most Black Iron Knights will choose any hand, and some will choose any leg.

Of course, this is not absolute. There are indeed some weird ones that choose more niche ones, such as purifying the head first.

But generally speaking, it all starts with purifying one of the four limbs.

The boundary of the Bronze Knight is also very simple. Basically, if the limbs have been completely purified, then you can be considered a Bronze Knight.

Moreover, when the purification of the limbs is completely completed, the strength will have a qualitative leap and the improvement will be very obvious.

The entire body of the Silver Knight has been purified, and there are no obvious shortcomings, even though he is a Silver Knight.

Just think about it, a bloodline knight whose entire body has been purified and has no shortcomings is completely a dimensionality reduction attack compared to those bloodline knights who have only purified certain parts of their bodies.

Because even if the fused bloodline is higher, the parts of the body that have not been purified are still not much stronger than ordinary people, and have not transformed. Silver Knights are different. To some extent, Silver Knights have actually completely gotten rid of their mortal bodies.

As for the Golden Knight, Rex did not elaborate because Rorschach was still a little far from that step.

Just tell him that the biggest difference between gold and silver is ’spirit’, and the biggest difference between high-level bloodline and low-level bloodline is reflected here.

For many bloodline knights who have merged with lower bloodlines, silver is their limit, and the possibility of breaking through the gold level is extremely low.

Before the gold level, a Bloodline Knight with lower-level blood might even make faster progress than a Bloodline Knight with higher-level blood. But for them to take that last step, it would be ten or a hundred times more difficult than for the latter!
Of course, this has nothing to do with Rorschach.

Rex mentioned these things simply to help Rorschach broaden his horizons.

In fact, these so-called standards seem simple to talk about, and it sounds like you can achieve a breakthrough by purifying each part of your body one by one step by step, but in reality it is far from that simple.

Completing the purification is just a performance; the difficulty lies in the process.

There was even a bronze knight whose entire body had been purified by 99 percent, except for a small area that could not be purified, and he was unable to break through.

”So what’s the difference after breaking through the Golden Knight?” Rorschach couldn’t help but continue asking after hearing what Rex said to the end.

He has always been curious about what the difference is between a target like Rex who is judged as Lv.4 by the Eye of Trash Talk and a Lv.5 like the old Monns, or are there more levels after Gold?
”Okay, let’s end this topic here.” Rex did not answer him this time, shaking his head and saying, ”I shouldn’t have told you so much, in case you are ambitious... Don’t think that everything will be smooth sailing after the blood fusion is successful. You should focus more on the present.”

Seeing that Rex didn’t want to say more, Rorschach had to give up.

What happened after the golden age really had nothing to do with him now, and he tried to ask about it purely out of curiosity.

If Rex doesn’t want to talk about it, then he doesn’t have to.

”It’s getting late. You should rest early today. You have just successfully fused your blood and shouldn’t be too tired. Recharge your energy first before doing anything else.” Rex said again.

”Okay.” Rorschach nodded.

The tent that Clauser arranged for Rex was very large, and even if there were two more people, there would be plenty of room for rest, so Rorschach didn’t bother to be polite with Rex and just lay down in a corner of the tent.

Only then did he have time to close his eyes and check his information:
”Name: Rorschach”

”Race: Humanity - Purgatory Knight”

”Ability: Blood Hell Witch Codex: Blood Refining (Final Edition) Lv.1”

”Hint: Ever since you melted that drop of Purgatory Blood, you have established a certain connection with Purgatory. This is just the beginning... Danger and power are always two sides of the same coin. You may soon be able to truly experience what it means to be happy and in pain. But, will you choose to stop?”

……

”Purgatory Knight? Sounds like a good idea?”
