……

Daily income has exceeded 2,500 for the first time!

This made Qin Fang smile.

Two thousand reputation points... It would take him at least five or six days to earn that by himself.

And now, it was achieved in just one day.

Moreover, this is on the premise that he only allows his employees to break the record once!

If this happens every day, the number of repetitions will break...

Qin Fang licked his lips.

50,000 reputation points?

Maybe... we can take it down in three to five days?

After all, he also has to consider the time his employees spend commuting.

This made Qin Fang’s eyes light up slightly.

The future is promising!
Then, in a good mood, Qin Fang continued what he had been doing yesterday.

The total number of members has now reached 55. Yesterday, 24 people changed their contracts. After deducting a few who cannot be replaced, such as Zhou Ze and Xu Jin, there are still 18 people who need to change their contracts.

This time, even the core team can have their contracts renewed.

However, those in the core ranks can wait a bit longer... don’t waste reputation points. After all, it’s only a 10% probability right now.

That’s still too low.

”Shadow Falcon”.

He spoke gently and contacted the employees.

Shortly after.

”boss?”

A hesitant voice sounded in his ear.

”It’s me. Is now a convenient time?”

The other person was silent for a moment before replying, ”Convenient.”

”Okay, then come to the office.”

Qin Fang smiled.

Now, he refers to his interview space as his ’office’.

After all, they are boss and employee, so naturally, the meeting with the employee takes place in the ’office’.

Soon after, a tall and slender figure appeared in the modern office setting.

”boss.”

The tall, masked figure greeted him somewhat reservedly.

Qin Fang smiled gently: ”Sit down.”

He sat down somewhat nervously...

This person was one of those who chose not to complete the mission last time...

Qin Fang chatted with him in a gentle voice, never mentioning that he hadn’t completed the mission before, which seemed to relieve his tense mood to some extent.

But soon after, a look of horror and fear appeared in his eyes, and he even stood up abruptly.

Because of Qin Fang, his contract was terminated.

...Of course, Qin Fang calmed down his fear and anxiety.

After the contract was renegotiated, his awe of Qin Fang reached its peak...

……

Each employee’s visit takes only about ten minutes.

But more than three hours passed, and all the employees were checked.

Today, two more Tier 3 professionals appeared!
One of them was a warrior, and the other was an archer.

Their codenames are ’Mist Slash’ and ’Ember Feather’.

At this point, all members of the park have reached level 2.

The third tier has a whopping six!
They are ’Xiao’ (Assassin), ’Wu Huan’ (Assassin), ’Xue Chang’ (Warrior), ’Shuang Feng’ (Mage), ’Wu Zhan’ (Warrior), and ’Jin Yu’ (Archer).

Looking at the list of members, Qin felt a surge of accomplishment.

These are all his cattle and horses!

If this list were posted, countless people would be shocked.

Because these are all epic-level professionals!

Thinking of this, he looked at the topmost golden name...

Zhou Ze.

But Zhou Ze’s rank... is still 1!

This made Qin Fang frown.

He had been keeping a close eye on this legendary professional on whom he had placed high hopes.

But now, more than half a year has passed.

Xu Jin is already at level 34, tier 2.

This legendary professional, also from a family of pillars of the nation, is only at level 1.

Not even a single rank has been promoted!

”What exactly happened? Is Zhou Ze’s promotion mission that difficult?”

Qin Fang frowned.

If it’s really that difficult, how did the Nine Pillars of the Nation advance to the 5th rank?

It’s clearly not a matter of promotion.

That can only be...

”He didn’t get promoted on his own. Or rather... someone prevented him from getting promoted.”

Qin Fang narrowed his eyes.

”Guozhu?”

”The pillar of the Zhou family, is he preventing Zhou Ze from advancing further?”

Zhou Ze comes from a family of national pillars, so other national pillars can’t possibly interfere with his situation... After all, the Zhou family’s national pillars certainly won’t sit idly by.

And he himself obviously couldn’t possibly not want to advance... Qin Fang had personally witnessed how excited he was after getting the new profession that day.

Zhou Ze, who had previously held an ordinary profession, clearly had a great interest in leveling up.

Therefore, his upgrade speed even surpassed that of the five members of Akatsuki who joined forces.

However, while Xiao You and the others gradually advanced to level 2, Zhou Ze suddenly went quiet.

Even after all this time, he hasn’t received any more experience points...

This is obviously not normal.

Given Zhou Ze’s status and position, there is only one person who could make him make such a decision.

Zhou Jiaguozhu!

Then he recalled Xu Jin’s attitude when she first came to find him.

Qin Fang narrowed his eyes.

Suppressing legendary classes...

I previously thought that the Guozhu family wouldn’t tolerate anyone challenging their power. But now it seems...

Things don’t seem to be that simple.

With a pillar of the state in his family, Zhou Ze’s promotion was halted.

This is something worth pondering.

But Qin Fang only considered it for a short while before letting out a soft sigh.

Never mind, whatever the reason, it has nothing to do with him for now.

”This official legend is unreliable... Shouldn’t we consider creating another legendary class?”

Because legendary professions were too expensive, Qin Fang had no choice but to temporarily suspend the recruitment of legendary professions.

But now... the speed at which you can earn reputation has increased dramatically.

Trading 50,000 reputation for a legendary class... seems perfectly acceptable.

His eyes flickered.

And then I fell in love.

A legendary warrior brought about a dramatic change in his strength.

If a few more other legendary professions were added...

His eyes flashed.

His strength will surely take another leap forward!
and……

”The advancement quest itself has requirements for recruiting a second legendary class...”

With this in mind, Qin Fang made a decision.

Upgrading the interview space can be postponed.

Anyway, we’ve already entered the Tier 3 era.

The previous steps are sufficient for this purpose.

At most, it will just waste a little more corporate reputation, but anyway, we can push employees to level 3 by repeatedly signing contracts.

Now, the rate at which corporate reputation is earned has entered a period of rapid development.

Qin Fang wasn’t really concerned about such a small loss.

So, the next step is to seriously consider upgrading.

With that in mind, he began to issue tasks.

……

[Theme Park Mission: Break Dungeon Records]

[Please break at least 3 Tier 2 Hell difficulty clear records before midnight tonight.]

[Task Reward: +60 Free Attribute Points]

[Task Penalty: Deduct 60 attribute points]

……

[Theme Park Mission: Perfect Completion!]

[Over the next three months, please complete at least one Tier 2 dungeon perfectly in the name of Paradise (those who need to team up, please contact the person in charge directly).]

[Reward: 200 million experience points, 200 free attribute points]

[Penalty: -100 Free Attribute Points]

……

Looking at the task, Qin Fang showed a look of emotion.

”I’m still too kind...”

They could have simply exploited them ruthlessly like capitalists... for example, by setting it as ’reward: none’... ’punishment: suspension’ or something like that.

I’m sure these employees, whom he’s already labeled as ’pure drudges,’ will still eagerly run off to do these things...

Having already experienced a contract termination, they should be aware of the consequences of ’suspension’.

Having experienced it once, they would never want to feel that sense of powerlessness again.

However, Qin Fang still chose to offer a very generous reward.

Where can you find such a generous and kind boss?

Qin Fang sighed deeply.

Then he looked at his advancement quest.

After his careful examination yesterday, he has determined...

The probability of advancing in the interview process is indeed controllable.

Under normal circumstances, it is set to the highest level by default.

However, Qin Fang can freely set the level of all ranks that achieve a 100% probability.

For example, right now, the probability of 0th order, 1st order, and 2nd order is 100%.

He can freely decide the initial rank of employees to sign contracts within these three levels, whenever he wants.

This made it possible for Qin Fang’s previous idea to be implemented.

Currently, there are 55 employees, 25 short of the 80 needed for promotion. He has decided that these 25 will all start their first signing at level 0.

Then issue some missions to break dungeon records... and change the contract again to get them to Tier 1.

At this point, you can basically filter out the ’pure bulls and horses’ and the ’wait and see’ targets.

Then we can send them to clear some Abyss dungeons...

【任务4：您的员工，通关至少30次1阶深渊副本。15次2阶深渊副本。（0/30、0/15）×】

This is the task he needs to complete to advance to the 3rd rank.

The Tier 2 Abyss dungeon should definitely not be a problem.

The problem actually lies in the Tier 1 Abyss dungeons.

But don’t rush, take your time.

The headhunting firm has a few days of cooling-off period, and it will take time to find new members.

Given the current speed at which corporate reputation is acquired, the passive income of a mere 200 points seems to have become somewhat insignificant.

Is it necessary to further develop the academy and auction house, as well as a series of other related general industries?

This question made Qin Fang fall into deep thought.

But in the end, he decided...

Continue to develop.

The grassroots level is still very important.

His next task still requires a large number of people.

Gaining prestige and becoming stronger were not his primary goals.

This is merely a necessary condition for achieving the goal.

His goal is to change the world.

They even expelled foreign tribes.

The core and backbone layers are indeed the mainstay.

However, a strong grassroots level is equally important.

……

As Qin Fang began to further plan and refine his backup plan.

Outside Linlang City, in the void, a figure finally arrived silently after a day and night of relentless pursuit.

He stared at the city not far away, a bloodthirsty glint in his eyes.

“Zhao Qi…”

He murmured the name he had been longing for day and night, his sharp teeth seeming as if he wanted to crush it to pieces.

Then, he disappeared.
