Mythical Professions are all my employees

Chapter 174, 8th Professional Skill: Internal Points Shop! A shortcut to member enhancement!Chapter 174 Eighth Professional Skill: Internal Points Shop! A shortcut to member enhancement!
[Professional Skills: Internal Points Mall]

[An internal marketplace will be set up where members can exchange their equipment, materials, currency, experience, attribute points, and other ’items’ for ’corporate points’. A new reward system, ’points’, will also be introduced, which can be used to purchase ’items’ authorized by the boss and listed in the marketplace.]

The launch of the internal points mall not only optimizes logistics, reduces costs, and facilitates resource sharing, but also effectively improves employee satisfaction and loyalty.

(As I said before, be a conscientious business and reject unethical practices!)

……

The eighth professional skill is this ’internal points mall’.

After studying it carefully, Qin Fang’s eyes lit up.

Because this eighth job skill is extremely useful.

It plays a pivotal role in the development of the park!
The moment he acquired this skill, he contacted Qin Xiaoyou and began a series of experiments.

He first granted Qin Xiaoyou permission to use the store, so a ’Store’ option appeared in Qin Xiaoyou’s panel. She could then select the various items mentioned above and exchange them for points.

The entire process is completed within the control panel.

Once the selected item is confirmed, it will disappear directly from her inventory. Simultaneously, she will earn points according to the price Qin Fang pre-determined.

When she uses points to purchase items she doesn’t already own, those items will appear in her inventory the instant the purchase is completed.

...It can be said to be extremely convenient and safe.

However, this approach has a drawback: Qin Fang needs to set a price for each item that is listed.

Another transaction method is that employees can set their own ’price’ for the items they list.

However, this kind of transaction is not an instant transaction, but rather it is temporarily listed in the store and requires someone to ’buy’ it in order to complete the transaction.

Simply put... trading according to the prices set by Qin Fang is equivalent to trading with the ’system’, and the transaction can be completed immediately.

He made a series of settings.

比如一件普通1阶装备，定价1积分。普通2阶装备为50积分。普通3阶装备为100积分。1阶精英装备为200积分……

A lot of blah blah blah.

So no matter what attributes your equipment has or what rare skills it possesses... in this exchange mode, although the transaction is completed instantly, the points are completely fixed.

The second model leaves everything to the natural market... Even if it’s a Tier 1 ordinary equipment, if you think it’s worth 1000 points, you can price it that way directly.

As long as other members have enough points and are willing to make the purchase.

However, since integrals have only recently emerged and there is no comparable benchmark, it is difficult to determine their specific value.

Therefore, Qin Fang linked the points to gold coins.

One gold coin can be directly exchanged for one point.

In this way, corporate points become directly linked to external prices.

And he believed that someone would definitely be willing to buy it.

Because of this currency, you can also buy things that you absolutely cannot buy elsewhere.

For example, experience points and attributes.

Perhaps no employee will upload these two things...

But Qin Fang could easily upload it himself!

After all, he gains a lot of experience points every day...

When a currency is pegged to a scarce and highly consumed resource, it acquires a corresponding value.

……

In short, the opening of the online store will allow the park to enter a faster development mode.

However, at present, Qin Fang has only enabled mall access to the core layer and some backbone layers.

Permissions to access the outer perimeter are not currently available.

For a platform operating on an ’e-commerce’ model, having a large user base is the most important factor if it truly wants to grow and expand.

Therefore, access to the external e-commerce platform will definitely be granted in the future.

but not now……

After all, he currently has corresponding means of restraining the core and backbone members, but his control over ordinary peripheral members is not very strong.

If the amusement park starts to grow and expand, it will definitely be filled with all sorts of spies and moles...

Qin Fang knew, of course, that this was inevitable.

After all... which organization doesn’t have a mole?

It’s like the Divine Advent Cult, an anti-human organization that requires you to pledge allegiance before you can join... There might even be traitors infiltrating it.

The War Division was further riddled with holes by the Divine Advent Cult.

For a theme park that wants to grow and expand, this is naturally unavoidable.

However, this is not a big problem... as long as he has complete control over the core and backbone layers.

As for those working below... well, so what if they’re moles?
He’s not opening it for now; he just doesn’t want people to know about some of his professional skills.

After all, once permissions such as the online store and internal communication are granted, they will directly affect the employee’s dashboard.

If this gets out, it will definitely cause a stir.

The amusement park is not powerful enough yet, and Qin Fang does not want to reveal this fact so quickly.

...Actually, to put it bluntly...

Still not strong enough.

If the park is powerful enough, is this still a problem?
So what if the whole world knows?
So it’s still hidden for now.

...Even so, the fact that this function was only enabled in the core and backbone layers greatly facilitated their operations.

The introduction of the points mall will also allow the task system to operate smoothly...

For example, there is now an additional points reward in the rewards.

As more and more skills that are more conducive to the development of the amusement park group emerge, Qin Fang’s thinking also begins to change, and he truly thinks about the organization’s future development from the perspective of a senior leader.

For example... from now on, he needs to reserve a portion of his experience points and attribute points for points exchange.

We also need to set some redemption restrictions... For example, there must be a limit to the number of points each person can redeem per day. This is to prevent people from redeeming all the points they have...

There should also be a limit to the total amount of experience points or attribute points that each person can exchange per day.

Set the exchange rate between experience points, attribute points, and points.

balance……

In short, there’s a ton of things that need to be set up.

This really gave Qin Fang a headache.

He needs to ensure that there are no major loopholes after this e-commerce model is officially launched.

Otherwise, if someone finds a loophole and exposes it... that would be incredibly embarrassing.

……

While setting up the system, Qin Fang began to relentlessly tackle dungeons, descend into the abyss, and accumulate corporate reputation.

Finally, a month later, he unlocked the [Azure Sea and Blue Sky] skill, and the probability of signing employees to reach level 2 reached 70%!
The benefits of upgrading the interview space were immediate... This month he signed four key employees, two of whom... were directly promoted to Level 2!
Then, Qin Fang decided to conduct an experiment. ...

”Xiao Fang.”

Qin Yue appeared in the Upside-Down Cloud Realm amidst a burst of white light.

She blinked. ”Is there something you need that you suddenly contacted me to come here?”

Qin Fang has been traveling all over the world for the past month and has not been in Bailu City.

Qin Yue, on the other hand, stayed in Bailu City to help the director take care of the orphanage.

Since that one run of the Abyss dungeon, Qin Fang has not taken Qin Yue to run dungeons again, so Qin Yue is still only at Tier 1, Level 3.

”Sister, please have a seat.”

Qin Fang greeted her with a smile and asked Qin Yue to sit down first.

...He has now created many instances, many of which are quite beautiful.

But the Upside-Down Cloud Realm is the place he feels most comfortable in.

Sitting on the upside-down mountain, surrounded by rolling seas of clouds, with cranes and phoenixes flying alongside, a gentle breeze blowing, and sipping a cup of fragrant tea, this feeling is extremely comfortable.

...You can’t find a teahouse with such beautiful scenery and comfort in real life.

Therefore, when necessary, Qin Fang still chooses to meet with the core members here.

Qin Yue holds a rather unique position within the amusement park.

She is not in the core layer, but she is better than the core layer.

Hearing Qin Fang’s words, Qin Yue nodded and sat down.

Qin Fang chatted for a few minutes, inquiring about the orphanage. Qin Yue smiled and answered his questions, sharing some interesting stories from the orphanage.

...Now the orphanage is no longer expanding, and as conditions have improved, many children of school age have started attending school.

Carefree.

The Dean’s mother’s health had deteriorated due to overwork, but now with Qin Yue’s help, she was no longer in a state of not knowing where her next meal would come from. The Dean’s mother’s mental stress had been greatly reduced, and her health had begun to improve.

Qin Fang listened attentively, then revealed genuine joy.

He is a sentimental person, and he is very willing to help his former ’family’ live a better life.

The two chatted for a while before Qin Yue laughed and said, ”Alright, you didn’t call me over just to chat, did you?”

”Why not?” Qin Fang asked with a smile.

”If you really want to chat, isn’t there internal communication? Can’t you chat like that? You can chat however you want. Why do you have to meet here? I remember someone saying that meeting here comes at a high price.”

Qin Fang laughed and then said, ”There is indeed something... I need to do an experiment. Hehe, could you please come over?”

”Huh? What?”

”Cancel the contract and then sign a new one.”

Qin Fang said directly.

Qin Yue was taken aback upon hearing this.

She has already terminated her contract once.

”Has something happened again?” she asked, a little nervously.

”No, no, it’s just an experiment... Don’t worry, the agreement will be signed immediately after the expiration.”

As he spoke, Qin Fang took out a contract and placed it in front of Qin Yue.

Qin Yue blinked, then said, ”Oh... okay then.”

She didn’t ask.

Qin Fang operates the panel.

”Then, sister, I’ve deactivated it.”

”Ah.”

The next moment, Qin Yue’s vision was plunged into nothingness.

The panel quickly changed from purple back to white.

Qin Yue’s hand trembled involuntarily.

The feeling of returning to this void... is truly unbearable.

Fortunately, Qin Fang’s voice rang out immediately: ”Okay, sis, you can sign now.”

”oh oh.”

Qin Yue reached out and pressed her hand against the contract in front of her.

The familiar purple flames appeared.

Soon, her panel will turn purple again.

The whole world returned to Qin Yue’s ’eyes’.

She let out a long breath.

Instead of looking at the control panel, he looked at Qin Fang.

”and then?”

Qin Fang was looking at his own panel.

After a moment, he smiled.

”Sister, look at your rank...”

Rank?

Qin Yue looked puzzled and subconsciously glanced at the panel.

A moment later, she looked surprised.

”Wow, I’m at level 2?”

Qin Fang smiled...

Yes.

This is what Qin Fang asked Qin Yue to experiment with...

If an employee who has already signed a contract signs another contract in an interview setting now with added special effects... will they return to their pre-contract termination state, like Qin Yue before? Or will they also be affected by the special effects... and get promoted directly?
Now, the answer is clear!

...Employees who have already signed contracts can also be promoted to level 2 by signing a new contract!
Qin Fang’s eyes were bright.

We’ve found a shortcut to help our members grow rapidly!

”Upgrading the interview space was indeed the right decision! The next step is to upgrade it to level 3 as soon as possible!”

”In this way, we can almost mass-produce Tier 3 Epic employees!”

”The amusement park’s combat strength will be fully formed!”

Qin Fang thought to himself, his eyes bright.

(I was busy all day and my mind is completely blank. I managed to write one chapter, but it’s really hard to keep going. That’s all for today. I’ll make up for the remaining two chapters of 6,000 words in the next few days. Sorry...)
