Mythical Professions are all my employees

Chapter 175 Tier 3 Advancement Quest! A Choice, a Watershed Moment in Strength, Auction HouseChapter 175 Tier 3 Advancement Quest! A Choice, a Watershed Moment in Strength, Auction House
Once you have a clear goal, time starts to fly by.

In the blink of an eye, another two months have passed.

Qin Fang used his experience points again, and his level reached Tier 2, Level 60...

The upgrade quest is here.

[Advancement Quest]

【Task 1: Reach level 60, Tier 2. √】

[Task 2: Sign at least eighty employees with epic potential. (43/80) ×]

[Task 3: Sign at least 2 legendary employees. (1/2) ×]

【任务4：您的员工，通关至少30次1阶深渊副本。15次2阶深渊副本。（0/30、0/15）×】

【Task 5: Achieve ’500’ passive income from corporate reputation. (100/500) ×】

……

This upgrade quest is almost a carbon copy of the Tier 2 upgrade quest.

The difficulty... has obviously increased a lot.

Everything else is easy to say.

The most unpleasant thing was the rumor about the employees, which made Qin Fang’s teeth ache.

The company’s reputation is already insufficient... If we recruit more legendary employees, it will directly consume 50,000 reputation points.

More than 50,000!

If he has that much corporate prestige...wouldn’t it be great to upgrade his interview space?

Who knows, even the probability of level 3 could reach a very high level!
This put Qin Fang in a very difficult position.

In the end, all I could do was sigh...

”It seems the task order needs to be changed... The key is to improve passive skills.”

”With increased passive income, 50,000 reputation points are nothing.”

If he is passively boosted to 500, he can gain 50,000 reputation points in 100 days.

With 100 passive points per day, plus the meager daily record-breaking points from members... honestly, that’s not enough.

It’s not that the members didn’t work hard enough, but rather that external circumstances forced them to do so.

Breaking records always involves causing quite a stir, involving alien races, the Divine Advent Cult, and sometimes even the War Division...

After each member breaks a record once or twice, they have to move on to other places... to prevent too much conflict and disturbance.

Time wasted like that.

Efficiency is very low and cannot be improved.

The only place where I can safely break records is around Ironfang City and Spirit Platform City... but all the records for Tier 1 dungeons in that area have already been broken. Even the Abyss dungeons have been almost completely cleared.

The remaining two or three Tier 2 dungeons... aren’t very useful either.

After all, the vast majority of members are still only at level 1.

It’s not that Qin Fang didn’t want to give them a cheat code.

The key point is... it’s too much of a loss to open now.

Signing a new contract costs 50 reputation points.

There are so many people now, nearly forty.

Each person gets one chance, which is 2,000 reputation points... and that’s based on a 100% probability.

In fact, the probability is not 100% yet, and there is still a possibility of failure. If we were to re-sign all of them, it would probably take 2,500 to 3,000 reputation points to guarantee that all employees could be promoted to Tier 2.

Unlocking the next interview space only requires 10000 reputation points.

Moving up further, you reach the third-order domain.

The fact that all members are at level 3 will be a watershed moment that will fundamentally change the strength of the park.

Once members reach level 3, many ideas can begin to be implemented.

Whether it’s upgrading, breaking records, or assigning strong personnel to lead the combat division... it’s time to start making arrangements.

Then there’s no need to fear any alien races or any cult of divine intervention...

Dare to come?

Then kill them all!
After all, the absolute ceiling for most city combat power is just a Tier 3 top-tier exceptional profession.

Even if a Tier 3 Epic item isn’t high-level, it’s enough to make you invincible.

Therefore, Qin Fang was eager to increase the probability of getting an interview to level 3.

Even if the probability is a little low, it doesn’t matter... At worst, I’ll just spend more reputation to try my luck.

Even if there’s only a 10% chance, so what?
So what if I have to sign ten times...?

Five hundred reputation points for a Tier 3 epic item—this deal is definitely worth it!
Once a portion of the population reaches level 3, the park’s development will begin a positive cycle.

The speed at which reputation is gained will far exceed what it is now.

This made Qin Fang fall into deep thought.

After a long while, he let out a soft breath...

”My current strength is actually more than enough. As long as Guozhu doesn’t make a move, there shouldn’t be any major problems.”

”My professional skills are sufficient for now. Advancing to Tier 3... can be postponed.”

”Let’s upgrade the interview space to Tier 3 first... This is definitely more worthwhile than saving up 50000 reputation points.”

You can accumulate 50000 reputation points to recruit a legendary employee. However, upgrading the interview space still requires reputation points... and a legendary employee doesn’t bring about a significant increase in income.

A few Tier 3 Epic employees can absolutely transform reputation income.

Moreover, once the interview space is upgraded, it becomes available to everyone.

The same applies to legendary employees.

After calculating it this way, even a fool would know which choice to make, right?

With that in mind, Qin Fang simply put the advancement quest aside for the time being.

He didn’t even assign any tasks to his employees to clear the Abyss dungeons.

Continue to focus entirely on breaking records and earning reputation...

……

About ten days later, his reputation reached 10,000.

Without the slightest hesitation, Qin Fang immediately chose to open the next interview space.

Special effect: The probability of signing an employee to reach level 2 is now 100%!

The reputation required to unlock the next interview space... reached 20,000.

It’s okay, it’s only 20,000!

Once this interview space is opened, the park will enter the Tier 3 era!
20,000 reputation points...

But...

It’s only been half a year...

Qin Fang was almost in tears.

For the past six months, he’s been grinding like crazy every day... Now he feels nauseous and wants to vomit whenever he sees a monster.

Which boss works as hard as him?

……

”boss.”

That day, Qin Fang, feeling utterly hopeless, continued grinding through the dungeon.

Suddenly, I heard Lin Fan’s voice.

He paused for a moment, stunned.

”what happened?”

”The Combat Division just contacted the school. The one million gold coins invested earlier have been used up, but Iron Fang Academy is only half-built... We need to invest more.”

”Oh? You’ve spent it all?” Qin Fang asked in surprise.

One million gold coins, and it’s all gone?

”Yes, because the enrollment exceeded expectations, the school district is naturally much larger than expected, and the investment in all aspects has also increased significantly.”

Lin Fan gave a brief explanation.

Qin Fang nodded: ”Okay, add it.”

After a short silence, Lin Fan said in a low voice, ”I’m out of money.”

”Uh, where’s the money?”

”I’ve been busy with training lately and haven’t had time to run dungeons... I converted all my money into points to exchange for stats and experience...”

”...Okay, I’ll transfer it to you. How much do you need?”

”Two million, I guess. That’s not enough for Tieya, and it probably won’t be enough for Lingtai either.”

”Row.”

Qin Fang chatted as he killed the monster in front of him.

I glanced at the panel...

Qin Fang has been grinding dungeons and clearing the Abyss for the past few months, so he’s actually quite wealthy now.

He still has tens of millions of gold coins in his personal account.

The company’s account has already accumulated tens of millions of gold coins...

It was during this period that the core and backbone levels exchanged points.

...After all, the number of people in the core and backbone layers is still too small. Although they are all relatively wealthy because they all level up by running Hell difficulty dungeons.

However, the number of participants was too small, so the total gold coins accumulated were only tens of millions, which was less than Qin Fang’s personal account.

Later, as more and more people join the periphery, and periphery permissions are granted, the amount of gold coins in this company’s account will increase...

Qin Fang directly listed a ’five million gold coins’ item in the store, which required 1 point to redeem.

Make ’Lin Fan’ visible.

After finishing this, he called to Lin Fan: ”Shop.”

”...I saw it...wait, five million?”

“Training peripheral members also costs money, right? There’s no income yet, so you can figure out how to pay the peripheral members’ salaries yourself.”

”……Fine.”

Lin Fan agreed.

Soon, Lin Fan redeemed the item worth ’five million gold coins’.

...This is the convenience that comes with having an internal marketplace.

Otherwise, in the past, Qin Fang would have had to leave now, return to Iron Fang City, and meet with Lin Fan to give him the gold coins... Several days would have passed in that back and forth.

It’s incredibly troublesome.

Now, it’s not so complicated; it can be done with just one click.

It’s not that there aren’t banks.

There are banks there too.

But banks in this world... are almost all regional.

Just like a mobile phone.

There’s no other way... Professionals all have control panels, and storing gold coins on the control panel is much more convenient than in a bank.

Currently, the vast majority of banking services fall into two categories.

One type is business-to-business.

For example, if a company needs to pay its employees’ salaries, it would be very troublesome if it did it one-to-one.

This is where banks come in handy... You deposit the money in a bank, then the bank transfers it to your personal account, and then you go to the bank to withdraw it...

Another option is a personal safe.

In other words, the inheritance that an individual prepares for their descendants will be placed in a bank.

After all, when someone dies, some of the items on the panel will drop, but the vast majority will simply disappear.

Therefore, most people set aside a large portion of their personal assets in banks, which will become their descendants’ inheritance after their death.

...Just like what Lu Dayong’s parents did.

And these services... do not require remote interconnection.

There’s no way to connect to the internet.

Gold coins are fine... but how do you connect equipment?
Transportation costs were very high and it was also very unsafe in those days.

……

While fighting monsters, Qin Fang chatted with Lin Fan.

How’s the external training going?

Qin Fang is a boss who is willing to delegate authority. After handing over the peripheral matters to Lin Fan a few months ago, he basically stopped managing them.

”We’ve recruited a total of 139 people through headhunting firms. They’re being trained in two groups. One group is involved in the academy development... Iron Fang and Lingtai academies are perfect for practice. The other group is the auction house... We’re currently training management-level staff. The headhunting firm recruited a few experienced people who have worked at other auction houses, and their training is almost complete.”

Lin Fan reports on his work.

After thinking for a moment, Qin Fang looked at passive income.

”Now that the training is almost complete, let’s get the auction house up and running... Iron Fang, Lingtai, and... Jin Dong. Let’s start in these three cities. You can decide who will be in charge.”

The company’s account is now overflowing with various equipment. It’s all accumulated by the core and senior management through points redemption during this period.

They have common, elite, excellent, and even epic equipment...

Qin Fang had no use for this equipment, nor did the company members; it just sat gathering dust in the company’s accounts.

It’s better to cash it out.

At the same time, opening an auction house was also a stepping stone and preparation for the subsequent entry of the academy and for gaining fame.

”Start now?...Okay. Then I’ll start recruiting?”

”Yes, have them all sign employee contracts. But don’t give them internal communication access except to people you trust.”

Qin Fang said.

”it is good.”

Lin Fan agreed.

In the employee rating system, Lin Fan, Qin Xiaoyou, and several other core members are Level 2 employees, second only to Qin Fang, and Qin Fang has granted them certain privileges.

There is only one professional skill for which you can activate the privilege.

It refers to internal communication.

Only two types of permissions are enabled for internal communication: text and voice conversations.

Lin Fan and his group have the authority to initiate conversations with other people.

However, I do not have the permission to create a group chat.

For example, Lin Fan and Qin Xiaoyou can contact A or B. The option to contact them will appear on the A and B employee panels.

However, they did not have the authority to enable communication channels between employee A and employee B.

Only Qin Fang has this right.

As for the other employees, aside from passively waiting for their access to be granted, they didn’t even know who else was in the system...

After receiving the order, Lin Fan began to take action.

The first step... was to recruit a large number of people.

To run an auction house, you naturally need a large number of service personnel.

And all of these people must be professionals.
