Mythical Professions are all my employees

Chapter 186: Preparing for Rapid Development, Issuing Tasks, and Entrusting the Core MembersChapter 186: Preparing for Rapid Development, Issuing Tasks, and Entrusting the Core Members
With Qin Xiaoyou reaching the third tier, the amusement park officially entered the third tier era.

However, at present... there is only one ’preliminary version’ of Qin Xiaoyou.

There’s nothing I can do... I’ve lost all my reputation.

Qin Fang, who had been grinding away at reputation points until he was sick of it, suddenly found himself motivated again.

Five hundred reputation points for a fixed Tier 3 member... This deal is too good to be true!
Currently, the passive skill grants 200 corporate reputation points per day. Earning an additional 300 points guarantees a guaranteed upgrade to one member…

If you have 300 reputation points... it would be quick to earn them if you let your employees do it.

There are currently no Tier 0 employees, so Tier 0 dungeons can be ignored.

A Tier 1 dungeon rewards 10 reputation points for a normal dungeon, 20 for a hard dungeon, and 40 for a hell dungeon.

Tier 2 dungeons award 15 points for normal dungeons, 30 points for hard dungeons, and 60 points for hell dungeons.

I haven’t done any dungeons above level 3, so I don’t know yet.

If we let the employees break dungeon records, each person only needs to break the Tier 1 Hell dungeon record once a day... which adds up to more than 1600 points.

Qin Fang had considered this before, and to be honest, he was very tempted.

But the reason they didn’t do that was because their membership was ultimately too low.

Once a large-scale record-breaking operation begins, the resulting commotion will be too great, and if it causes any trouble, it will be difficult to deal with.

...No matter how strong he is, he is still just one person, and he can’t be in two places at once.

But now, in the Tier 3 era, 500 reputation points are enough to create a top-tier epic class at the city level... it’s just that the level is a bit lower.

Now, you can do it this way!

Thinking of this, Qin Fang narrowed his eyes.

”Issue the task: have the members break the dungeon record.”

”Then we’ll re-sign the contracts one by one.”

”Considering that the upgrade mission also requires Tier 2 combat power... there’s no need to sign contracts with the same person consecutively... it all depends on luck.”

”Currently, a large portion of the core members are still at Tier 1. If the core members had more Tier 3 combatants... it would be much easier to carry out tasks.”

Qin Fang did not deliberately pursue upgrading the core layer to level 3 first.

Since the core layer is essentially the leadership, they are currently busy with management work, and their combat strength is already sufficient with the support of various skills, so whether or not they are upgraded to level 3 has little impact.

...The main reason is that the passive skill ”Ruins of Time Prison” is ridiculously strong, giving them all the ability to fight beyond their current level.

As for the core members, apart from the Liar’s Mask, Qin Fang did not specifically arrange any other enterprise equipment for them, so most of them were just ordinary epic... and the rank was low, making it difficult to go overboard.

On the one hand, reputation was scarce at the time, with each piece of equipment costing 10 reputation points. It wasn’t expensive, but it added up to a considerable amount. Qin Fang needed to save some reputation for unforeseen circumstances.

On the other hand, Qin Fang had not really gotten to know these key employees. He had only briefly looked at their backgrounds and the only time they met was during the signing of the contract, and they hadn’t had any in-depth conversations.

Under these circumstances, Qin Fang naturally wouldn’t give them too strong skills... Although he had absolute control over his members and could terminate their contracts and take back their professions at any time.

But this thing isn’t a surveillance camera, monitoring 24/7... If we give them too much equipment, what if they turn against us?
Even if they later find out they can be instantly reduced to their original state.

But if the other party did something before... there’s no way to change it.

...Not every one of those employees was a simple and kind person...

Therefore, some control measures are still necessary.

”And this time, renegotiating the contract... is actually a good opportunity...”

Qin Fang narrowed his eyes.

An opportunity for core members to understand their profession is entirely up to him.

When signing the contract, in order to prevent the other party from feeling coerced before even entering the amusement park, Qin Fang refrained from making certain statements explicit.

However, this contract renegotiation presents a good opportunity.

Needless to say, if we put them back in the state they were in before they signed the contract, they would understand what the situation was like.

When Xiaoyou suddenly turned back into a farmer, she was momentarily flustered.

Qin Yue was filled with tension when she lost the Moonlit Star Spirit Envoy...

Even those around him are like that.

Not to mention those core members?
They don’t know Qin Fang in real life.

In their eyes, Qin Fang might be shrouded in mystery, powerful and enigmatic, almost unbelievable...

Then they need to understand that their jobs were entirely bestowed by Qin Fang, and could even be taken back at any time...

Anyone with common sense will know what to do next.

Thinking of this, Qin Fang let out a soft breath.

”Issue the task first.”

He started operating it with great enthusiasm.

……

[Theme Park Mission: Break Dungeon Records]

[Please break at least one Tier 1 or Tier 2 Hell difficulty clear record before midnight tonight.]

【Task Reward: 10 (20) Free Attribute Points】

[Task penalty: none]

……

Soon after, a notification appeared on the panels of all official members of the park (except for those in the core layer and those who did not know they were members of the park).

When they saw the task, everyone was a little confused.

Then someone gasped.

”After internal communications... even the mission system can be interfered with?... Paradise is more mysterious and terrifying than I imagined...”

A solemn expression appeared on many people’s faces.

Then, looking at the panel, his eyes flickered, and his emotions surged.

For the vast majority of them, joining the park was like an unreal dream.

They were originally just ordinary combat professions, or even life professions.

One day, I suddenly received an invitation from a mysterious black post, and then entered a magical, dungeon-like space. There I met a person who claimed to be from Paradise, codenamed Boss, and said he could give them the ability to change their current situation.

The way the mysterious black post appeared was too astonishing, and they were indeed either looking to change their current situation or facing an urgent predicament... In the end, with the mentality of ’we have nothing to lose anyway,’ they signed the contract that the other party handed over.

Then, everything changed.

They became epic-level combat professionals!
This completely overturned their understanding!

And one undeniable point is that... in the world of professionals, when you have a profession that far surpasses that of ordinary people, it means that you do indeed have the ability to change the status quo and solve difficulties.

...They tasted the sweetness of success.

But the ensuing anxiety is also unavoidable.

After all, they had never even heard of the name Paradise before.

We have no idea what the other party wants to do.

Why did you approach them?
What is the ultimate goal?
...Most people would inevitably think this way...

This is normal; it’s human nature.

Some of them began to pay attention to information about the amusement park... A small number of them actually heard some news, but the vast majority still came up empty-handed.

...Saying that Qin Fang traveled ”all over the world” is just an exaggeration; in reality, it’s impossible for him to have visited every city.

However, due to the current inconvenience of communication between cities, the name of the amusement park is actually unknown in many places.

If it really reaches a point where every professional in the country knows about it... then the passive reputation gained per day can’t possibly be only 200.

In this situation, most of the core members were actually a little uneasy, uneasy about the unknown.

This situation continued until a few months ago... when someone suddenly contacted them.

Moreover, the contact method is still in the form of the panel.

This really surprised them quite a bit!
...Is the panel equipped with a built-in communication system?
Can you believe this?

Although everyone here is a professional and has an interface... do you really think this is an online game?
Many people were stunned and stared at the panel, not daring to reply.

This shows the shock he felt.

Some of them were told which department they were assigned to and that they would be contacted when there were missions. The rest of the time they were free to do whatever they wanted, mainly to level up and break dungeon records.

Some people were told they needed to go to a certain place to meet... and their reactions varied.

After some hesitation, some people agreed and went to the gathering place, intending to find out for themselves.

However, some people were more cautious. After some hesitation, they asked if they could skip it, and the response was that they could, but they were told to upgrade their plans as soon as possible...

Different contact persons issued different orders, and the reactions of the members varied greatly...

But there is no doubt about it.

The idea of ’connecting with each other through a panel’ has shocked many people.

...because this was something that had never been heard of before.

And now, something even more unbelievable has happened...

The other party actually issued an organizational task through the control panel?!
There are even rewards and punishments?
Some of them, who were cautious but quick-witted, gasped in surprise, sensing something unusual.

This time there is only a reward, no punishment.

If the rewards are given appropriately.

Does that mean...?

...Can punishment really be given properly?!
what does this mean?
……

In a certain city, a handsome but gloomy young man looked at the tasks on the panel, his expression constantly changing.

”Boss, it’s all taken care of.”

A voice came from behind, and several burly men in suits walked out, their hands stained with blood.

”Shall we go find that guy now?” one of the bearded men asked expectantly.

The young man looked at his panel, remained silent for a long time, and then calmly said, ”Let’s put this matter aside for now. I have something to do today, so let’s talk about it tomorrow.”

”Huh?” This answer left everyone a little confused.

”Boss, what are you going to do today?”

A younger brother asked him, puzzled.

He glanced calmly at his underling, who immediately shuddered and dared not utter another word.

The young man didn’t say anything and left on his own.

The underlings were left looking at each other in bewilderment.

”Rewards...punishments...”

He pursed his lips and quickened his pace.

……

”The night is so beautiful tonight... I love this feeling of spending the night in the wilderness... Big sister, you’ll get to try my cooking later!”

In the wilderness, under the cover of darkness, a group of professionals camped out for the night.

A man looked at the desolate wilderness in the dark night and smiled. Although it was already past midnight, a level 2 dungeon monster had just spawned here, forcing everyone who had already gone to sleep to get up and fight.

Although we successfully defeated the Tier 2 dungeon monster... we were all only Tier 1 professionals, so it took a lot of effort, and many people ran out of stamina.

So I decided to get some late-night snacks to recharge.

The man was tidying up the barbecue grill and talking, but no one responded. He paused for a moment and subconsciously turned his head, only to see a female soldier staring straight at him.

The man paused for a moment, stunned.

”Sister-in-law?”

The female warrior came to her senses, but her brows furrowed slightly.

After thinking for a moment, she stood up and said, ”You keep grilling, I’ll be gone for a bit.”

”Huh? It’s so late, and it’s the wilderness... Where are you going, Mengmeng?”

”Don’t worry, I won’t go far. I have something to do, so don’t follow me. I’ll be back soon.”

The woman offered no explanation and turned to leave the temporary camp.

Her companions looked at her retreating figure, exchanging bewildered glances.

After the woman walked out of her companions’ sight, a flash of white light appeared in her hand, and a mask appeared.

She looked in one direction.

If I remember correctly, there’s a Tier 1 instance about 50 kilometers away...

She pursed her lips, put on the mask, and then began to move.

It was moving at an astonishing speed, rapidly heading towards the instance fifty kilometers away...

……

”Brother, the noodles are all burnt... What are you doing?”

In another city, in the kitchen of a high-rise building, a boy stares blankly at what lies before him.

He was only brought back to his senses by the girl’s exclamation.

He looked at the girl, who was angrily pointing at the pot of boiling water. He realized what was happening.

”Ah, sorry, sorry, I spaced out for a moment... haha...”

The boy laughed it off.

”I’m really impressed... a professional chef, huh...” the girl pouted.

The boy scratched his head and gave an embarrassed smile.

”You were daydreaming... Ahem, alright, alright, go outside and wait, I’ll cook it again.”

”What are you thinking about, so lost in thought?” the girl asked.

”Sigh, what can I think about? Tomorrow’s work...” the boy sighed.

The girl paused, then frowned and asked, ”Did your manager give you a hard time again?”

”Manager? Oh, that manager has already been transferred... It’s not because of him... Oh well, never mind that, just go outside and wait if you want to eat.” The boy laughed.

The girl muttered to herself for a while, then gave one last instruction before leaving the kitchen.

Only after the girl left did the boy’s smile fade.

”Issue a task using the control panel...”

He pondered for a moment, then let out a soft breath.

I plan to go out after my younger sister falls asleep.

……

In many other places, people of different identities and professions were unsettled by the prompts that popped up on their screens.

”A task system? That’s normal. Our professions are given to us by the boss, so what’s wrong with him assigning us tasks through the panel?”

In a secret realm, Qin Xiaoyou, wearing a mask, noticed that the members were suddenly in a daze. They hadn’t even killed the monsters that had respawned, and then a look of shock appeared on their faces. After she asked them in confusion, the new woman looked at her and said in a deep voice that a ’Paradise Quest’ had appeared on the panel.

After a moment of stunned silence, she asked what had happened. The woman told her in a low voice, then asked in confusion, ”Boss...you didn’t have it?”

She then realized what was happening and said, ”Oh, I didn’t. This should be your task, right?”

Then, he said the sentence above.

The surrounding members were stunned and looked at each other in bewilderment.

Then think about it carefully...

...It doesn’t seem wrong?
After all, they can even grant epic class titles.

Issuing a task through the panel doesn’t seem like anything particularly surprising anymore.

”Then...boss, what do we do?”

Someone asked Qin Xiaoyou.

Qin Xiaoyou smiled and said, ”Since it’s an organizational mission, the organizational mission should naturally take precedence... Leave the secret realm, and then you guys go break the record. Come back and level up after completing the mission.”

Everyone here is an assassin. After hearing this, they looked at each other and could only nod.

(The updates haven’t been very frequent these past two days because I was posting a bit too much recently, writing 10,000 words a day for over 20 consecutive days. Plus, some things came up at home, which made me a little confused. I was worried that if I continued to post 10,000 words a day, the plot would go off track... so I took a two-day break.)

But don’t worry, starting August 1st, daily usage will resume at 8. Please forgive any inconvenience.
