Chapter 163: Conception, Next Step, Divine Arrival!Chapter 163: Conception, Next Step, Divine Arrival!

”came back?”

As soon as the five returned to the base, they found Qin Fang already inside.

He was sitting on the sofa, writing and drawing, when he heard the noise, he looked up and smiled.

”boss.”

”boss.”

”elder brother.”

When the group saw Qin Fang, they were stunned for a moment, and then they all greeted him.

Qin Fang smiled and nodded, saying, ”I wanted to cook you a meal, but considering my cooking skills... I’d better not bother you. However, I’ve ordered food, and it will be delivered in a bit.”

Bai Yangyang’s eyes lit up: ”Is it a feast?”

Qin Fang laughed and said, ”I guess so? I heard it was transported from a coastal city with great effort. The ingredients dropped by monsters in the sea dungeon... they’re quite expensive.”

”Seafood?” Bai Yangyang’s eyes lit up, her face full of anticipation: ”I’ve never eaten seafood before...”

Foreign invaders: there were foreign tribes on land, and naturally, there were foreign tribes in the sea as well.

The alien races in the sea were called the Sea People.

The good news is that the sea creatures occupy kingdoms or small islands in the sea; they have not entered large landmasses like the Xia Kingdom.

However, this also made the ocean a forbidden zone for humans, as entering it could easily result in an attack by sea creatures.

So ordinary people really can’t afford to eat much seafood.

There are quite a few coastal cities, and the nearby dungeons are also related to the sea, where you can find seafood ingredients.

But in today’s world, transportation costs are extremely high, so seafood... is more expensive than before.

It’s really hard for ordinary professionals to enjoy this.

...With this money, wouldn’t it be better to buy some better equipment?
Hearing that Qin Fang had already ordered food, Qin Xiaoyou and Lin Fan, who were originally preparing to cook, sat down.

Bai Yangyang shook his head, looked at the pile of papers in front of Qin Fang, and asked with a puzzled expression, ”Boss, what are you doing?”

”This is one of the reasons I came here... You should all come and take a look.”

Qin Fang greeted the group.

Upon hearing this, the group gathered around the coffee table and examined the papers with some confusion.

It says things like ’Assassin Group’, ’Mage Group’, ’Warrior Group’, ’Tank Group’, ’Support Group’, ’Logistics Department’, ’Intelligence Department’... and a whole bunch of other things.

Bai Yangyang and Lu Dayong looked puzzled, while the other three were slightly stunned.

”Brother, what are you planning to do...”

Qin Xiaoyou looked up at Qin Fang.

Qin Fang nodded: ”It’s about time to expand.”

“You already know my thoughts. It’s very difficult to fundamentally change the world by relying solely on the park itself. Therefore, the current model of the park must be changed.”

”My initial idea is to divide the park into three levels: the ’core layer,’ the ’backbone layer,’ and the ’periphery.’”

”The core circle is the smallest, currently consisting of everyone here... You are all people I completely trust. The core circle may expand in the future... but the expansion speed will most likely be very slow.”

”The core members will receive my full support... such as exclusive amusement park equipment, various welfare reward missions, etc... I will arrange them for you as soon as possible when the opportunity arises.”

Qin Fang said with a smile.

These words caused everyone present, except for Qin Xiaoyou, to shudder.

Then she looked at Qin Fang with some excitement in her eyes.

Lin Fan and Gu Yiyun hesitated, as if they wanted to say something but then stopped.

Bai Yangyang’s eyes widened, and the usually carefree girl stammered, ”I, I, am I also considered a core member?”

Qin Fang paused for a moment, then laughed and joked, ”You’re the only healer here. If you’re not the core, then who is?”

Bai Yangyang stared wide-eyed, wanting to say something, but couldn’t utter a word.

Finally, she shouted, ”Boss, I... I’ll listen to you from now on! I’ll do whatever you tell me to do!!”

Qin Fang was amused by her childish declaration of loyalty.

”Okay, I hope you really will listen. Otherwise... I’m going to spank you.”

Bai Yangyang nodded repeatedly, looking extremely excited.

Lu Dayong was a little uneasy: ”Boss, I...”

”You are naturally someone I trust as well. I’ll decide that; just follow my arrangements,” Qin Fang waved his hand and smiled at him.

Lu Dayong opened his mouth, but a resolute look flashed in his eyes. He took a deep breath, nodded slightly, and said nothing more.

”Let’s continue... the core group, that is, the other members besides you who have been given epic classes by me... Right now, those members are basically left to their own devices. I only gave them masks, not any other equipment. I have already divided these members according to their classes, and you will lead them separately from now on... I will explain how to contact them later.”

”The focus now is on the periphery.”

”Although it’s on the periphery, barring any unforeseen circumstances, this part will have the largest number of people in the future. It will also be the cornerstone for us to fundamentally change this world.”

”Ordinary people make up the majority of the population in this world.”

”Moreover, the most important task for the core and backbone layers is ultimately to upgrade and strengthen themselves. Under such circumstances, doing other things will easily distract them, which will not only affect the speed of upgrading, but also make progress very slow even if they do something else.”

”But if there is a strong enough foundation, some things can be delegated to the peripheral members. For example, intelligence gathering, business development, logistical support... These are complicated and important things, but they don’t require too much combat power, so they can all be delegated to the peripheral members. The core and backbone can then focus on more important things.”

Qin Fang slowly explained his various considerations.

Although this world is a supernatural world that gathers all the power into one person, the saying ”many hands make light work” still applies to some extent.

They all listened attentively, their expressions thoughtful.

In the end, they all agreed with Qin Fang’s considerations.

In fact, Lu Dayong himself is a very typical example... If Qin Xiaoyou hadn’t joined a fixed group in Jindong and gained some connections...

How could his sister get into a school in Jindong City so easily?
Clearly, connections are still very important.

If the amusement park really starts planning in this area, the connections it will have will be far beyond what Xiaoyou’s fixed group can match.

The problems that can be solved are naturally no longer as trivial as a student’s enrollment...

”So what’s the next step?”

Lin Fan pondered for a moment before asking.

Qin Fang looked at him: ”I plan to entrust this matter to you. Are you confident in your abilities?” ”Me?”

Lin Fan looked surprised.

”to you.”

Qin Fang nodded and looked at Lin Fan: ”Start with the cities of Tieya and Lingtai, first establish a preliminary team, find professional teams to conduct various training programs, and after the talent training is done well, expand to other cities... such as Jindong.”

“The new member has some influence in Jintong. After you have done the preliminary work, bring the trained talents to Jintong. The new member should be able to provide a lot of help.”

”I’m just giving a general idea... In short, let’s first explore a mature, replicable model, and then we can expand step by step in a methodical manner... Think about it, is it feasible?”

Qin Fang’s words made Lin Fan thoughtful. After pondering for a moment, he nodded: ”I’ll think about it some more... but I’m starting to get a clue.”

He hesitated for a moment, then finally nodded: ”It’s not a big problem.”

”Alright, then I’ll leave this matter entirely to you.”

Qin Fang smiled.

Lin Fan took a deep breath and nodded.

”Then……”

Just as Qin Fang was about to continue, the doorbell suddenly rang, and everyone was startled and looked towards the door.

Qin Fang glanced at it, then smiled and said, ”The food is here... Xiao You, go get it, let’s eat and chat.”

Xiao You got up and opened the door. Sure enough, it was a food delivery. There were two large boxes, beautifully packaged. The deliveryman brought the items inside before leaving.

Then, while they ate, they listened to Qin Fang talk about the specifics of ’how to manage the core team’...

……

”move place?”

Meanwhile, it was dinner time at Cai Chen’s house.

Parents and siblings have all gathered together.

When Cai Chen told his family that he was moving the next day, they looked at each other, clearly caught off guard.

Cai Chen didn’t offer much of an explanation... nor was he in the mood to explain further.

He simply said, ”My position has changed, so I need to move... You don’t need to ask any other questions.”

The family members looked at each other, but ultimately didn’t say much, only nodded...

As the only working person in the family, Cai Chen holds a very high status.

After dinner, Cai Chen went back to his room.

The phone kept ringing incessantly.

Qin Fang’s words gave Cai Chen a target for his next move.

Tomorrow is his housewarming party, and he plans to take this opportunity to call some people to Pinghu No. 9 to see the situation in person.

After all, he had been working in the combat division for more than a year and had worked with many people in the division.

Perhaps we haven’t had any face-to-face interactions... but by observing them from the sidelines, we have some understanding of how these people treat other races.

Be more assertive...

To build a team loyal to oneself...

Cai Chen stared at the names on his phone, pondering his next move...

Before I knew it, the night was already deep.

My family members are already asleep.

Cai Chen let out a long sigh and put down his phone.

He hasn’t slept since last night, and he’s experienced a lot today, so he feels mentally exhausted.

Cai Chen took off his clothes, lay down on the bed, and fell into a deep sleep without realizing it.

I don’t know how long has passed...

At one moment, Cai Chen was suddenly jolted awake and abruptly opened his eyes.

But the next moment, he felt his body sink, as if his whole body was submerged in water, feeling heavy.

While I was still in shock.

A gentle voice rang out: ”As expected of an epic class, your reaction time is indeed very quick.”

The sudden sound startled Cai Chen. He turned his head abruptly and found a mysterious figure wearing a mask standing at the door of the room.

I almost blurted out ”boss”.

But upon closer inspection, something seemed amiss.

The other person was very tall and burly, unlike the boss who was so well-proportioned.

At the same time, the other person had a strange expression on their face—pale, smiling, but with tears welling in their eyes—completely different from the black mask worn by the boss…

”who are you?”

Cai Chen’s heart sank, and he immediately checked his physical condition again...

It turned out to be no illusion.

His body was extremely heavy!
A serious anomaly!

But upon closer inspection of his surroundings, his heart sank even further…

Because faint streaks of flowing purple light could be seen, filling the entire room...

Enchantment?

”Director Cai, let me introduce myself. My name is ’Jin Dao’, and I come from... the Holy Church of Divine Descent.”

The other party bowed gracefully.

But what he said made Cai Chen’s face immediately turn ugly.

They are followers of God’s Advent!
The followers of God’s Descent have actually come knocking on our door?

He slowly sat up, the barrier pressing down on him, making his heart grow heavier.

”What business does the Divine Descent Cult have with me?”

At the same time, he had already made a thought and contacted that golden name through the panel!
