First Magician

Chapter 41 The Root of the MoonChapter 41 The Root of the Moon

”Ms. Lila, Mr. Sjella.” A store owner greeted several magic teachers.

In the eyes of these small businessmen, the magic teacher of Mulan Academy is a superior existence, so they greet each other with a very respectful tone, and feel honored for it.

”Hello, did you see what happened here?” Lila asked.

”I saw it.” Someone replied.

Then, these small businessmen told what they saw, and at the same time, they also told them about the gold coins given to them by a few noble boys to close their shops for a day.

”Mo Lanxiu, that’s Moranxiu.” Muke growled angrily with red eyes, as if he wanted to crush something with his fists.

”That bastard, I’m going to kill him.” Mook kept roaring.

”The young magician used a blue thing to cover his body...” The little businessman continued to describe what he saw. He had only seen such a scene once in his life.

”A ball of light suddenly appeared on a swordsman’s long sword, and the blue things were scattered.” The little businessman’s eyes were full of horror, recalling the scene just now.

”A ball of light came out? Could it be a senior swordsman?” Lila was surprised.

”The long sword of another swordsman also emitted a ball of light. The young magician was not protected by that blue thing, and was stabbed into the body by this swordsman.”

When he said this, everyone tensed up and stared at the little businessman with wide eyes.

”So, apart from the dozen or so middle-level swordsmen, there are at least two high-level swordsmen on the other side. The sudden light on the long sword is the expression of fighting spirit.” Several magic teachers thought at the same time.

”In the end, the young magician suddenly made a complicated gesture, and then I saw the overwhelming fire falling from the sky. The fire seemed to burn the whole world, it was terrifying...”

”Ah...” Muck growled.

”Muk, calm down, the matter will be investigated. Now, we need to find Moranxiu first.” Lila said.

”Teacher Lila is right, maybe Moranxiu is not dead.” Zi Yan also said, after all, he did not see Moranxiu’s body.

”Now, everyone, go back to the academy immediately and tell Dean Billy and Dean Srode about this.” Lila continued.

They must report this matter to the dean and let the dean resolve it.The strength of the Oliman family is great.

”If something happens to Moranxiu, no matter how much you pay, I will make your Auriman family disappear from the Holy Spirit Continent.” Mu Ke made a secret decision in his heart.

……

”it hurts!”

The feeling of being emptied of magic power, the whole person seems to have lost all internal organs. Apart from the pain, there is also a feeling of not being able to feel his own existence. .

Moranxiu slowly opened his eyes. He remembered that he released a seventh-level magic at the end, and then passed out.Is it already dead?

Looking around slowly, this place doesn’t seem like hell.

”Where is this?” Moranxiu thought suspiciously.

He saw himself lying in a small room with many ornaments hanging on the walls, and the whole room looked a bit dark. Also, there is a smell of medicine in the air, which is the smell of magic medicine.

Moranxiu struggled a few times to sit up, but he failed. There was no strength in the whole body, and the wound on the left side of the chest was sending out bursts of severe pain.

That was the place where the senior swordsman pierced with the long sword. The whole body was pierced, the chest and the back.

”Alas...” Mo Lanxiu let out a long sigh.

Now he knew that he should have been saved. Moreover, the other party is a magician.Judging from the furnishings in the room, the person who saved him must be a very old magician.

At this time, the gray curtain was lifted, and Moranxiu saw a face.

”Huh?” Moranxiu asked in surprise.

”Huo, are you awake?” The person who came in looked at Moranxiu with a strange smile.

In his hand, he was holding a black bowl, from which clouds of white mist emerged.A strong medicinal smell wafted out from the bowl.

”You are?” Moranxiu was surprised because he felt that the old man in front of him seemed familiar, as if he had seen it somewhere.

”Cough... drink up this potion, I just prepared it. I have already used magic to heal your wound.” The old man’s eyes flashed, he coughed and said.

”It’s him!” Mo Lanxiu suddenly remembered that this old man was the seriously ill old man he met in the carriage from Qinghe Town a few years ago.

Looking at it now, my feeling at the beginning was correct. This old man is a master of concealment.Being able to use magic to heal other people’s wounds can only be done by great magicians using water element magic. And he said that he was preparing the potion just now, so it means that he is not only a great magician, but also a magic pharmacist.

On the Holy Spirit Continent, everyone knows the scarcity of magic pharmacists.A great magician, the chance of becoming a magic pharmacist is very small. To become a magic pharmacist, the first requirement is to have a magic level above level seven. In addition, there is another most important key factor, which is the ability to absorb three elements. This requirement is very harsh, making it impossible for most great magicians and even magisters to become pharmacists.

Moranxiu thought repeatedly, why am I here?Could it be that he saved me?
”My name is Moranxiu.” Lying on the bed, Moranxiu couldn’t move an inch, so he could only raise his eyebrows and move his lips.

This magician gave him a gloomy feeling, and he didn’t like this feeling.

”Heh, I know your name is Moranxiu. I’ve known it since three years ago. Little guy, drink this bowl of potion quickly, and your injury will heal soon.” The old man smiled and said Sitting down by the bed, he seemed to want to show a friendly smile.

However, his smile fell into Moranxiu’s eyes, not only did he not show the slightest kindness, but also revealed a trace of gloom.

”What kind of potion is this?” Moranxiu was a little nervous, but he didn’t show it, only some sweat leaked from his palms.

”I have no power to resist now. I’d better find out the details of this man. Now it seems that this old magician really saved me.” Moranxiu thought in his mind.

”Hey, little guy, this is a good thing. It took me hundreds of magic materials and four hours of uninterrupted magic refining before the potion was successfully completed. As for its name, I can’t remember clearly , seems to be called ’Moon Root’.” The old magician was still holding the bowl of potion.

”The root of the moon?” Moranxiu tried his best to recall the magic potion formula book he had read in the tomb of Emperor Xisang. There were many kinds of magic potions recorded in that book.

”Moon Root?” Mo Lanxiu’s face suddenly changed slightly. Moon Root is a kind of magic potion that is very difficult to prepare. Its main function is not only to heal wounds, but also to enhance the magician’s spiritual power.Among the magic potions, this kind of potion can be regarded as a high-grade potion.
