First Magician

Chapter 1 Argu VillageChapter 1 Argu Village
”Mode Village Chief, Maude Village Chief...”

Far away, Maud heard the shouts of Mora, the blacksmith at the entrance of the village.

Maude was making breakfast for Moranxiu at this time. It was still early in the day, except for the hunters who were going to go hunting in the mountains, most people were still awake at this time.

Maude opened the door and saw Mo La running quickly from the direction of the village entrance, shouting to the village chief while running, it seemed that something serious happened.

”What’s the matter, Mora? What happened?” Maud’s face changed slightly. Mora was one of the most stable people in the village, and he wouldn’t be so anxious about ordinary things.

”Village chief, just now the mayor sent someone to send a message saying that a big man will come to our Argu village soon, and ask you to get ready to meet him.” Mo La gasped again and again, her voice was urgent and fast.

There are more than 200 families of hunters living in Algu Village, and the village head, Maude, was one of the best hunters in the village a few years ago.Five years ago, when Maud went hunting in the mountains, his finger was bitten off by a first-level magical beast ”Drilling Rat”. Since then, he can no longer go hunting in the mountains. But that time, in addition to bringing back some prey, Maud also brought back a baby who was only a few months old.

No one knows why a baby appeared in such a dangerous place as the World of Warcraft Forest, but since then.Maud had a bright boy.

When he was young, Maud had a wife, and his wife was also an excellent hunter, but she was suddenly attacked by a second-level monster, the Windsaber Wolf, during a hunt, and she didn’t come back alive. From then on, Maud lived alone, never married a wife, let alone had children of her own.

Therefore, Maude treats the retrieved baby as if he treats his own son.

”Big man?”

Maude looked at Mora suspiciously. Argu Village has never been visited by any important figures, not even the mayor of Qinghe Town, which governs Argu Village, Gamuel. Now, there is a big shot coming, so what kind of big shot is it?
”Village Chief, I heard that he seems to be a Mr. Magician. The magician is coming to our village.” Mo La wiped the sweat off her face, her eyes full of excitement. It was a great honor for a magician to come to the village.

Argu Village is just one of many ordinary villages on the edge of the World of Warcraft Forest. It is very difficult for the hunters in the village to meet the magician. And now, a magician is coming to the village, of course exciting.

”You mean, the mayor is coming to our village with a Mr. Magician?” Maude’s eyes sparkled with excitement. This is indeed a big event, no wonder Mora is so anxious.

”It seems to be like this. The person who sent the message left after saying this. He said that the village chief will accompany a big man to our village in an hour.” Mo La calmed down a little, recalling what the person who sent the message just now said. the words said.

”Okay, I’ll organize the villagers to greet him at the entrance of the village.” Maude nodded, his long beard kept shaking, looking very excited.

”Then I’ll go back to the entrance of the village first. I’ll see you later, the village chief. We’re going to have a magician in our village, haha.” After Mo La finished speaking, she turned and ran towards the entrance of the village.

Maud hurried back to his room and changed into more solemn clothes. He said that they were solemn, but they were just clothes made of relatively new animal skins.Hunters are unwilling to spend the money they earn from selling animal skins to buy those silk clothes in the city.

”Mo Lanxiu, wake up, I will go to the entrance of the village to meet Mr. Magician with me later.” After changing his clothes, Maud came to Moranxiu’s small room and shouted.

”Huh?” Moranxiu lay on the bed, opened his eyes when he heard Maude’s shout, and pouted his mouth.

It was still early at this time, and there was still an hour before the usual time to get up, so he was a little reluctant.

”Get up, don’t you want to see what the honorable Mister Sorcerer looks like?” Maud shouted again.

”Magician?” Mo Lanxiu’s immature face immediately became clearer, and his eyes were wide open. He always heard the word ”magician” from his father Maud, but Moranxiu, who had never seen a magician before, I really look forward to meeting a real Mr. Magician one day.

And now, his father told him to wake up to see Mr. Magician.

”I’m coming...” Moranxiu yelled, jumped up from the bed, quickly dressed, and then washed at a sprint speed.

”Father, where is the magician?” Five-year-old Moranxiu opened his curious eyes and searched for the shadow of the magician, but there was no one else here except his father Maude.

”Silly boy, the magician will arrive in a while. You eat first, and I will take you to the entrance of the village to meet Mr. Magician. However, you must be obedient and don’t make the magician angry, or he will kill you, understand?” ?” Maud said gravely.

In the eyes of ordinary people, magicians have weird tempers. If anyone makes Mr. Magician unhappy, he will kill him.It is normal for magicians to kill people in the principality. Even the lord of Sophie can’t offend magicians, right?Maud thought to himself, in fact, he didn’t know much about these.

”Father, I, Moranxiu, know what to do.” Moranxiu took a bite of the pot pie in his hand, patted his chest, and his face was serious.

”Hehe.” Maude smiled slightly, Moranxiu was a smart boy.

After eating, Maude found several well-informed elders in the village, came to the entrance of the village together, and waited quietly for the arrival of Mr. Magician and the mayor.

Two hours later, the magician and the mayor were still nowhere to be seen, which made people feel a little anxious.

Isn’t it coming?Thinking in his heart, Maud came to the edge of Mora’s blacksmith shop.

”Mola, are you sure the person who sent the message just now was talking about today?” Maud asked suspiciously.

”Of course, village chief, can this be wrong? Just wait a little longer, maybe we’ll be there soon.” Mo La stood up straight, and he couldn’t hear wrong.

”Well, not in a hurry, not in a hurry.” Maude nodded, turned and walked towards the entrance of the village.

……

”Come here!” At this time, a villager sent by Mod to inquire about the news quickly ran back.

”Have Mr. Magician and the mayor come?” Maud asked anxiously, grabbing the villager’s animal skin clothes.

”Yes, the village chief, here we come. Many people are from Qinghe Town. The mayor is also there, I’m not mistaken.” The villager panted.

”Hehe, good! Good!” Maude tidied up his clothes, looked into the distance, and waited for Mr. Magician and the mayor to appear.

”Father, father, do you think Mr. Magician looks the same as us?” Moranxiu felt as if his heart was going to jump out, and he couldn’t control it.

Perhaps, the magician has two heads?

”Mo Lanxiu, don’t talk nonsense, and be careful not to be heard by Mr. Magician.” Mode reprimanded.

In fact, he didn’t know what a real magician looked like, would he have two heads? But he knew that he must not talk nonsense in front of the magician.

When hunting in the mountains, some adventure teams will also be seen entering the mountains, but there are no magicians in the general teams, and even if there are magicians occasionally, it is not something ordinary hunters can see.

In the entire continent, magicians have a distinguished status. This status allows magicians not to face dangerous monsters every day, and they don’t have to worry about starving one day.Of course, it is very, very difficult to become a magician. In the entire Qinghe Town, no magician has ever been heard of.Even if there are magicians, they will not stay in Qinghe Town for a long time.

Finally, in the distance, some figures could be seen appearing in sight.

”Here we come.” Moranxiu said in a very small voice, his palms were tightly grasped.

He looked at the approaching crowd, desperately looking for someone who was different among them, but no matter how he looked at it, there didn’t seem to be much difference between these people. He didn’t see anyone with two heads or four hands.

The crowd is getting closer!

Maude saw an old man in gorgeous clothes beside the mayor, holding a wooden stick, with extraordinary bearing. Moreover, the mayor was talking and laughing beside him, as if very respectful.

Maud went up to meet him.

”Maud, the village chief of Argu Village, welcome the mayor and Mr. Magician.” Mode said with a salute.

Everyone else in the village also saluted. Only Mo Lanxiu, a five-year-old child, was alone, but his eyes were fixed on the wooden stick without any movement.

”Well, Village Chief Maud, Mr. Billy the Sorcerer is here today to discuss some business with your village.” Mayor Gamuel waved his hand and said loudly.

”Talking about business?” Maude was surprised. What kind of business does a distinguished magician have with our little Orion Village?

”Hehe, hello everyone.” The old man next to the mayor spoke at this moment.

His voice has a charm, kindness!Yes, it’s the charm of kindness, which makes people feel not scary at all.Mo Lanxiu immediately felt relieved, it seemed that this was Mr. Magician, and he was not as scary as imagined.

Of course, the villagers in Argu Village also saw that it was Mr. Magician who spoke, and they were flattered that Mr. Magician greeted everyone.

”The reason why I came to Qinghe Town is mainly because I need to buy some better quality animal skins. I know that the nearby villages often go hunting in the mountains, so there must be some animal skins, so I want to buy them directly from the village. Maude Village head, do you have animal skins in stock in your village now? The price is the same as the market price. Oh, it can be higher.” The magician said that he wanted to buy animal skins.

”Mr. Magician, the animal skins in our village are basically sold in the town, and there are not many stocks.” Maude regrets not saving more animal skins. If Mr. Magician can make a deeper impression on Argu Village If so, that must be a good thing.

”It doesn’t matter. If you have animal skins in the future, you can keep them. I will send people to collect them regularly, so that you don’t have to go all the way to the town to sell them.” The magician said with a smile.

”Yes, Mister Magician.” Maud said hastily in fear.

It seems that the magician is not as scary as in the legend, perhaps, this is a kind magician.Maude thought to himself, but he didn’t notice the abnormality of his precious son Moranxiu.

Suddenly, Moranxiu ran out from the crowd and ran straight to the mayor and the magician.

”Mo Lanxiu...” When Maude saw Moranxiu, his mind went blank. His own son actually ran in front of the magician.

”Mr. Magician!” Moran Xiu ran out of the crowd, looked at the wooden stick in Billy Magician’s hand, and shouted in a childish voice.

”Hehe, little guy, what’s the matter with you?” Billy smiled, as if he wasn’t angry.

The mayor, Gamuel, broke out in a cold sweat. A great magician is not something he can offend. If anything happened to Billy in Green River, it would be over for him as mayor.
