First Magician

Chapter 10 The Robber RetreatChapter 10 The Robber Retreat

”Damn it, what are these things?” The bandit leader opened the package and dropped some herbs and black bark from it.

Moranxiu noticed that the seriously ill old man’s eyes suddenly lit up when he saw these things falling from the package, and he returned to normal immediately.Although Moranxiu is young, his mind is stronger than that of ordinary adults.

”The grass and bark, are they very valuable things?” Moranxiu thought to himself, the two young men just now valued the package so much, if there is nothing else in the package, then these things must be what they care about thing.

The old man kept rolling his dead fish eyes and coughing non-stop, but when he saw these seemingly ordinary herbs, his eyes lit up.Others did not see this detail, but Moranxiu did.

”Little ones, get in the car and search for me.” The bandit leader yelled at the bandits around him.

”Yes, boss!” Several vigorous robbers rushed to the carriage, and they were about to get into the carriage.

Maude was very anxious, if they got into the car, the more than 100 gold coins would definitely be found. In that case, even if they arrived in Sophie City, they would not be able to participate in the Mulan Academy’s assessment.

”Stop.” Maud also shouted loudly, not inferior to the bandit leader.

Maude, who has been training his hunting skills and has never let up, is also very vigorous. He bent down lightly while drinking, and took the hunting knife on the ground with his left hand.

The robbers who were about to enter the carriage were a little stunned by the loud shout, and temporarily stopped their movements.

”Whoever gets in the car, I will fight with him.” Maud held a hunting knife and repaired Moran behind him, leaning against the car and roared aggressively.

”Damn, you’re looking for death.” The bandit leader rolled his eyes and was about to chop him off with a big knife.

While protecting Moranxiu, Maude stretched out his body and attacked the leader back and forth several times. The boss was very strong, and Maude used the hunting knife to touch the big knife a few times, and his arm was a little numb.

”If the right hand can still be used, the situation will be much better.” Maude thought in his heart, and the dozen or so robbers were staring at him, and the situation was very bad.

”Ah...” A shrill scream came.

The little beard who had just been kicked to the ground just stood up, and was kicked by the bandit leader again. This time, he screamed louder and flew farther.Because, this time, he was flying in an outward direction, and there was nothing blocking him.His body flew straight for more than ten meters before falling to the ground and rolling out a few meters.

”Bang”!
The bandit leader’s saber suddenly changed direction, and the blade swung towards Moranxiu in mid-air, and Mod had no choice but to resist the saber with all his strength. His strength is still much smaller than that of the bandit leader. The weapons collided, the hunting knife almost fell out of his hand, and at the same time his body speed was much slower.

Seeing that his goal had been achieved, the bandit leader sneered, turned a corner without stopping after the blade collided, and slashed at Maud’s back. This time, Maud had no time to dodge and was about to be injured.

”Peng” sound!
A bright fireball the size of a head hit the bandit leader’s chest, and hot sparks burned violently.

”Ah...” A series of screams sounded.

The magic of a magician, even the lowest level of fireball, is very powerful. After all, it burns using the elements existing in nature, which is not comparable to ordinary fire.

The bandit leader rolled on the ground for a while, finally extinguished the fireball, and lay on the ground covered in scorched black.

”Magic...magician!” The bandit leader spoke in a soft and authentic voice, not as full of energy as before.

”Boss, are you alright?” The robbers who were around were stunned by the sudden fireball, and when they came to their senses, they found that their boss was already lying on the ground in black, so they hurried over.

”Yes, there is a magician...” The bandit leader looked at the crowd around him, and said again in panic. All these years, he hasn’t fought a magician, let alone been hit by magic, it hurts.

”Magician? Where is the magician?” Immediately, the robbers chattered and began to look for the magician. There was a look of extreme horror on their faces.

Magicians are terrifying existences on the mainland.A small fireball can burn a level swordsman like this. This bandit leader is a second-level swordsman.

And everyone in the car, including the two coachmen, looked at each other puzzled.Magician? The fireball just now seemed to come out of the crowd.Besides, why would a magician make a move?Usually the magician will not take care of some trivial matters.

”Hmph.” Moranxiu stood up from behind his father Maude at this time.

Just now, Mo Lanxiu was beating drums in his heart. If those robbers rushed forward in a swarm, and a dozen knives and swords greeted him together, no matter how fast his fireballs and ice spikes were, and he added a water shield, he would die. It’s miserable. Now it seems that I still have a chance. These people’s fear of magicians has been deeply ingrained.

”Peng” sound.

Another blazing fireball suddenly appeared in the black night sky.

Now, everyone knows who the magician who suddenly appeared is the young man in front of him. It seems that he is less than ten years old.A boy less than ten years old who can cast magic, my God...

”This... this is impossible...” the small-eyed young man murmured, his eyes filled with disbelief.

On the mainland, they have heard of some genius magicians, but they have never seen them.A magician who is less than ten years old can definitely be called a genius.Teenagers who practice magic under the age of ten are generally magic apprentices, and they are far from the stage of releasing magic. However, this fireball is actually in front of everyone, and everyone can’t help but believe it.

”Huh, listen up, get out of here right now, or I won’t be polite.” The childish voice sounded in the air, and more than a dozen robbers watched in horror as the fire ball slowly extinguished.

If they knew that there was a magician in the carriage, they would definitely not dare to do it.Among them, the strongest is the leader, the second-level swordsman. When a low-level swordsman meets a low-level magician, there is only one dead end.Low-level swordsmen don’t have fighting spirit yet, and they have almost no defense ability at all with magic.Fortunately, there are very few magicians on the mainland. They have been robbing for so many years, but they have never encountered one.

They are just a small gang of robbers fighting guerrilla warfare.

The robbers looked at the eight-year-old Moranxiu, then at their eldest, and smacked their lips. The fireball was too deterrent to them, and the hunter with the hunting knife was not easy to deal with.

”Go...” After the bandit leader said a word, he fainted.

A few minutes later, more than a dozen robbers left completely.

The eyes of the two young men were rolling. They looked at Moranxiu cautiously, and then carefully packed up their packages and tied them on their bodies.

”Heh...heh...Mr. Magician...” The coachman finally came over at this time and said with a smile on his face.

”Didn’t you go with the robber?” Mo Lanxiu said with a casual smile on his immature face, as if joking.

”Mr. Magician...that...we don’t know you are a magician, so we will refund your car money.” A coachman turned his head quickly and quickly took out five silver coins.

The seriously ill old man moved his trembling body again at this time, and tried his best to get into the carriage. However, his gaze was always aimed at Moran Xiu intentionally or unintentionally.Moranxiu had a feeling that this old man was definitely not a sick old man who was about to die.Perhaps, he pretended to be like this on purpose!
