First Magician

Chapter 28 Mu Ye FirmChapter 28 Mu Ye Firm
Holy Spirit calendar, 1399, winter.

In another week, it will be the annual Holy Spirit Festival in the Holy Spirit Continent.Holy Spirit Day is a festival for the unification of the mainland. On this day, the entire northern continent of the Holy Spirit Continent will be in celebration.People took to the streets from their homes one after another to watch the lanterns and taste fine wine.Everyone has the right to be happy on this day.

In a dormitory of Mulan College, Muke sat solemnly beside the bed, staring at Moranxiu without blinking.

”You look at me like that?” Moranxiu asked.

”My father is going back from Daku City to Jidel City in two days, and happened to be passing by Sophie, and he wants to meet me.” Mu Ke looked sad.

At this time, most of the students of Mulan Academy had gone home on vacation. Of course, many students still stayed in the academy, because their hometowns were too far away, and it was not easy to go home. For those like Moranxiu, it would take six days and six nights to go back home, and there are many students farther away than Moranxiu’s house.

Muke’s home is in Jidel City, not too far from Sophie. Muke said that he would not go home because he wanted to be with Moranxiu. In fact, Moranxiu knew best in his heart that Muke was unwilling to go home.

Moranxiu smiled and said, ”That’s not very good.”

”What’s the matter? My father must have asked me about my magic practice. Alas, you know, not everyone has a talent like yours. It’s been half a year, and my poor magic power seems to have made little progress.” Mukla said with a smile. Zhang Lian said.

”Hehe, no wonder you are unhappy. But the practice of magic needs to be accumulated slowly, and your father will understand.” Moran Xiu said with a smile.

”I have no choice but to bite the bullet, but, Moranxiu, you must accompany me that day. Father, he only stays here for one day, just wait for him to leave.” Mu Ke suddenly got up from the bed, suddenly Jumping onto Moranxiu’s bed, holding Moranxiu’s hand, his eyes were full of pleading.

”That’s no problem.” Moranxiu agreed without hesitation.

Moranxiu has never been clear about Muke’s identity. If I could meet Muke’s father, I would probably be able to get a general idea.

”Great, I’m relieved now. Haha!” Mook breathed a sigh of relief.

Two days later!

Moranxiu and Mu Ke came to the city, they sat in a carriage, and stopped in front of a business house.

”Where is this?” Moranxiu was curious.

He saw that the name of this firm was Mu Ye, and he didn’t know much about the Chamber of Commerce on the mainland.Mu Ye is one of the top ten chambers of commerce in mainland China. And this firm is just Mu Ye’s branch in Sophie City.

”Hey, my father is probably here. Moranxiu, you have to say something nice later.” Muke seemed to be very afraid of his father, with an unnatural expression.

”Of course, Mukben is very good.” Moranxiu said with a smile.

The two got out of the carriage and went to the door of the Chamber of Commerce, where there were several guards guarding the door.

”Master!”

When Mu Ke walked in front of several people, they saluted at the same time.

”Master?” Mo Lanxiu’s heart moved. Could it be that Muke is someone from this chamber of commerce?

”Hello.” Mu Ke replied, and quickly entered the yard. There are several luxurious carriages parked in the yard. It is unusual to see the horses pulling the carriages.

”Master, Master is waiting for you.” At this time, a man dressed like a housekeeper hurried out from the main hall and said respectfully to Muck.

”I see, take me to see my father.” Muke seemed impatient, with a serious face and no other expression.

Only Mo Lanxiu knew that Mu Ke didn’t want to see his father.Of course, this is just a small thought. As a teenager, such thoughts are normal.

Following the butler, Mu Ke and Moranxiu came to the main hall. From a distance, Moranxiu saw a person standing in the room.

After entering the main hall, Muke said to the man, ”Father.”

Moranxiu noticed that this man looked very similar to Muke, but he was much fatter than Muke.

”En.” The man responded, and his eyes fell from Muke to Moranxiu.

”Father, this is my good friend Mo Lanxiu in the academy, the first genius of Mulan Academy. Moranxiu, my father, Mu Hua.” Mu Ke briefly introduced.

”Well, very good, I’ve heard of it.” Mu Hua nodded and smiled at Moranxiu.

”Hello, Uncle.” Moranxiu had been thinking about how to address Muke’s father just now, and at the last moment he made up his mind, so he called him casually and kindly: Uncle.

”Muk, has magic improved in the past six months?” Mu Hua asked after letting the two sit down.

Mu Ke got up and said respectfully: ”Going back to my father, there is some progress, but there is still a big gap from the second-level magician. Compared with Moranxiu, the gap is even bigger.”

”Oh? Moranxiu, what level is it? Looks like Moranxiu is less than ten years old?” Mu Hua seemed to be interested.

In fact, he said this on purpose. Mulan Academy is one of the four major magic academies in the Kingdom, and his son Mu Ke is in this academy. Although he is usually very busy, he pays more attention to the academy. He has heard of geniuses like Moranxiu more or less.

He knew that although Moranxiu had strong magic power, he could not learn magic skills. If he cannot learn magic skills, it means that his magic power cannot be released outside. Even if he reaches the realm of a great magician, he cannot become a magic pharmacist or a magic engraver.Because, no matter what kind of profession, the magician is required to use his own magic to release the magic.

”Uncle, after Holy Spirit’s Day, I will be nine years old. Now, I am still a third-level magician.” Mo Lanxiu didn’t know whether to hide his magic facts from Mu Hua. Mu Hua probably wouldn’t deliberately promote himself ?Besides, I and Mook are good friends, just like brothers.

A big man like Mu Hua shouldn’t have any interest in him.

”Well, I heard that you can’t learn magic skills. Is this true? Why don’t I ask some great magicians to show you, maybe you can find the reason.” Mu Hua asked.

”Father, it’s not that Moranxiu can’t learn magic skills, but he doesn’t need to learn magic skills at all. He can release magic himself, and he doesn’t need to use those magic stones at all.” Mu Ke didn’t wait for Moranxiu Speak, then speak.

”Huh?” Mu Hua’s eyes flashed with surprise.

Mu Ke’s words are certainly not false, but even Mu Hua has never heard of such a thing.Magicians learn magic skills through magic stones, which is common sense and the same fact as the laws of nature. It is really surprising to meet a mage who does not need to use magic stones to learn magic skills now.

”That’s right, Uncle.” Moranxiu nodded and admitted.

”Really? Moranxiu, show me some magic.” Mu Hua suddenly stood up and said in surprise.

Moranxiu got up, the spell sounded, and in an instant, a light blue water shield appeared in front of Mu Hua.In the air, magical energy began to spread.

Low-level magic, water shield, a water elemental defense magic. It was a miracle that such magic was released from the hands of a boy under ten years old. In addition, the magic used by this boy was not absorbed through the magic stone.

Shock!

Muke is very satisfied with his father’s performance, he just wants his father to remember Moranxiu. With Moranxiu’s talent, he can become a great magician within a few years. If he can win over Moranxiu now, then in a few years, Muye Firm will have an extra great magician.Muck, his mind is not what he appears to be.
