Super Electric Eel Avatar

117 The Deep Sea Hun
At about a distance of a thousand meters, the electric eel gave out an instantaneous discharge like underwater sonar that sounded like a bang every one thousand meters that it swam. But the high efficiency came at a high cost, and after half an hour, Chen Fan felt the intense fatigue that came from the electric eel.

The endless ocean was always so heartbreaking, and in half an hour the electric eel’s only prey were several ugly white fish.

”There seems to be a long battle to be prepared!” Chen Fan sighed, ready to rise to the surface to rest.

All of a sudden...

Swish!

A large shadow rapidly dashed at the end of the low voltage the electric eel used to probe the environment.

Kill it!

Chen Fan shouted in his heart and quickly controlled the electric eel to hold the spear in its front claws and chased after it in the direction of the shadow. The shadow moved too fast. The electric eel turned around to find it but there was no trace of the shadow in the electromagnetic induction.

Boom...

The bluish-white voltage crazily spread within the scope of the electro-optical. Like a knight in black armor, it was an exotic fish with two black eyes bigger than a tub, that was exposed to the eel’s induction range.

The fish was about 17 meters long, and its mouth bared 12 pointed teeth. There was no doubt that it could bite any living thing.

”Not a ghost jellyfish?” Chen Fan was blindly excited just now. The eel had released so much electromagnetic induction that it was so exhausted to the point that Chen Fan could not even keep track of the strange fish. He just wanted to get to the water surface to rest.

However, as the eel was about to turn away, the Blackfish, which had been affected by the voltage, turned on its tail and exposed the electric eel to its gleaming teeth.

”I see you are a lobster, and there is sh*t in your skull!”

Chen Fan cursed. The more than 60-meter-long monster, was unexpectedly provoked by a ten-meter-long, little guy. That was intolerable!

Once again, from the electric eel’s body, an electric current of more than five thousand volts was released, and Chen Fan intended to give it a little punishment.

Crack!

The fish, which was a hundred meters away from the electric eel, was electrified, and without a word, it opened its enormous mouth with the intent to bite into the electric eel.

It was unrealistic to use the electric discharge to kill the exotic fish because the electric eel was so tired at that point. But it didn’t mean that the electric eel had no other means of attack.

In the blink of an eye, the fish that was a hundred meters away was about to bite the belly of the electric eel.

All of a sudden, a long, metallic spear pierced the water, piercing the fish’s belly with a flash of lightning, and then a thick, bloody smell came out of the fish’s back.

Rumbling…

The Blackfish, pierced by a spear, had the greatest struggle of its life, and the electric eel nearly let it off.

It took not even seven to eight seconds for the exotic fish to stop struggling. Only the horrible mouth opened and closed, indicating that its life was not over.

”That is the end of being in a rush!” Shaking its head with a sigh, the electric eel swam to the shallow area with the bloody blackfish.

Reaching the eight hundred-meter deep ravine, the electric eel was too tired to even move. It found a place on the flat sea floor to lay down, then placed the spear far out, leaving the vicious fish to eat the other fish.

...

After seven to eight hours of rest, Chen Fan woke up.

The strange fish on the pike had been eaten up, leaving an empty skeleton hanging on it.

After shaking off the skeleton, the hungry electric eel found a few sharks to fill its stomach. It once again plunged into the deep sea, and continued to start its own hunting trip.

This time, the electric eel went a little deeper and began to search for the whereabouts of the ghost jellyfish in the water at a depth of 2200 meters. At 2200 meters, this depth had shut out 95 percent of the species in the ocean. The large creatures that can survive here would be the dominant presence if put into the shallow sea.

The eel swam fast and aimlessly and at every kilometer it released a voltage wave that was up to ten thousand volts. Cold and pressure consumed the electric eel’s body. Although the deep ocean temperatures were usually at most, two degrees below zero, it would still freeze the electric eel.

After a few miles of searching, he found a lot of odd-looking creatures, but there was no sign of the ghost jellyfish.

Clenching his teeth, Chen Fan controlled the electric eel to dive down to a depth of 2,500 meters so that it could reach a range of six hundred meters in both the upper and lower levels.

...

After a few minutes of swimming, the electric eel gained nothing even after it released electricity six times.

”Are they even more rare than giant pandas?” Chen Fan was frustrated.

It was not long after he had the thought...

At the depth of 300 meters below, Chen Fan’s whole heart was occupied by a feeling of ”excitement.” It was difficult to describe the visual impact this creature had on Chen Fan!

This jellyfish was seven meters in diameter. He couldn’t see the mouth and eyes on its surface. It was as though it was brushed with a layer of lubrication; slimy, satiny and greasy. On the lower part of the jellyfish, hung countless white whiskers. Every one of them were only as thick as a thumb, but each one could reach more than 60 meters in length.

What was the concept of more than 60 meters? Chen Fan had never seen anything this long other than the electric eel.

It was not a myth that the arctic glow jellyfish has tentacles that can reach up to more than 70 meters! The Ghost jellyfish name comes from its tentacles. The umbrella body can reach 10 meters in diameter and under the strong umbrella body are numerous tentacles that look like hair. The jellyfish looks like a big head with long white hair and that is why the jellyfish are called ghosts.

In contrast to what Wang Xingyu said, Chen Fan found no difference between the two.

”The ghostly jellyfish...” Chen Fan was so excited that he could not control himself. After a week of effort, he finally saw the reward.

Swiftly the electric eel with several oscillations darted to the top of the ghost hair jellyfish.

This ghostly jellyfish felt just a slight tremor from the voltage sweep, but it was calm again and continued its slow journey.

At a safe distance of 120 meters above the head of the jellyfish, the electric eel took a deep breath, then with a bang, unleashed the maximum power current.

When 10,800 volts of electric current was transmitted too far, up to 120 meters, it lost some of the power of its voltage, reducing it to 6,000 volts. Six thousand volts, however, was more than enough to electrify and paralyze the blackfish he met in the morning. However, to Chen Fan’s wonder, the ghost hair jellyfish’s countless tentacles violently shook twice, then it increased its speed and fled to the deep sea.

What was this concept? It was about three times more powerful than the blackfish that was about a dozen meters long.

Chase!

Chen Fan could only think to control the electric eel with the spear, and continue to release the maximum power voltage while swimming quickly to the location of the ghost jellyfish.

The ghostly jellyfish might also have sensed the impending disaster, and quickly fluttered its tentacles and rapidly pushed itself toward the deep sea. Its speed was about 50 meters per second, and the electric eel’s speed was about 60 meters per second under the enormous water pressure of the deep sea.

After tracking for two hundred meters, the pressure of the surrounding water was increasing.

But also, after the huge voltage attack, the ghost jellyfish’s speed was significantly reduced.

Sensing in his mind that he was closer to the ghost jellyfish, Chen Fan was very anxious. The eel had reached the depth of 2,800 meters, and the distance from the ghost jellyfish was still a hundred meters away. It took less than eight seconds to find the jellyfish and to trace it to the 2,800-meter sea depth.

When the eel finally brought the distance closer to 60 meters, the ghost jellyfish had also lost its energy, like an old man that was about to die struggling.

The electric eel was also definitely not in a favorable condition at this time, not to mention the effect that the release of the high strength voltage had on it. The sheer pressure of the 2,900 meters made the electric eel’s bones crackle as if there was a possibility of them breaking.

”Heiya!” The electric eel burst out loud, and with the front claws, held onto the spear and wiggled its body and then pierced the spear towards the jellyfish.

Maybe it was because it was busy trying to flee. Maybe it was also because of the numbness caused by the electricity that when the one-meter thick spear pierced its body, the ghost jellyfish didn’t drastically rebel.

Due to the differences in physiological structure, there was almost no presence of any organs under the umbrella, which can effectively reduce the puncture injury to the lowest level of severity.

But Chen Fan’s assassin’s mace, of course, was not the piercing of the jellyfish with a spear, but the use of an alloy lance as a conductor to transmit the powerful voltage through the spear directly to the ghost jellyfish’s body.

When the spear pierced through the umbrella of the jellyfish, it was as if the surface of the jellyfish had been pierced by a burning fork that was a little burned and spread to the spear like a virus.

The electric eel captured this ideal moment, and immediately pierced the spear deeper and gave out a deadly voltage.

Although the spear mixed with titanium alloy would reduce the conductivity, the deep voltage that pierced through the jellyfish’s body had a strong effect on it. Even the 60-meter-long tentacles had no more might left. In just two seconds, the ghost jellyfish finally stopped moving. It resembled a limp cloth hung on a long thick agnail spear.

As soon as the electric eel got its prey, it dragged its spear to the shallow area. The electric eel would probably have been crushed by the immense water pressure if it were to stay any longer.

Wheezing…

After a minute, it arrived at the shallow water. The electric eel was exhausted and laid on the seabed that was eight hundred meters deep.
