111 Ordering A Ten Thousand Ton Large Ship
The amount was too large, so Ma Rongtao transferred 20 million to his card, and then the rest would be paid in a few days.

After leaving Ma Rongtao’s office building, Chen Fan rang up Zhang Xueyang and asked him to give him his card account number, so he could return his five million debt along with its fifty thousand interest.

”Now I’ve got 19 million in hand...nearly 100 million in ten days!” Sitting in the car, Chen Fan decided to take the money and order an ocean-going freighter. He had only a few million in his hand and all the others were changed into assets.

”Xia Qingqing” Chen Fan muttered, then dialed the number on the card!

”Hello, you are...”On the other end of the telephone came a sound like a lark singing.

”Is this Zhongtian Shipyard?”

”Yes! How can I assist you, Sir?

”Oh!” Chen Fan closed the window. ”I want to consult about ordering a enormous ship!”

”What kind of ship would you like to order, Sir? Container type? Bulk type? A tanker?”

”About a ten-thousand ton bulk type!” He already owned two five-thousand ton container ships. Chen Fan decided to buy a bulk cargo type.

”Then, Sir, if you are free, could you come to our office so we could talk about the details!”

”Well, no problem!” After asking for the specific address, Chen Fan asked Wang Bing to turn around and go to the seaside in Zhongyun city.

The car turned on the Tricyclic viaduct and a half an hour later Chen Fan looked through the window where he could see in the distance near the sea, the seven gantry crane brushed in red paint and more than 20 large and small rotations of a tower crane.

”It’s enormous!” Chen Fan exclaimed in wonder. This was such a large area that they had to recruit at least 3,000 workers to maintain this operation. The salary of the workers had to be a great expense.

After a 10-minute drive, the black BMW finally arrived at its destination, Zhongtian shipyard.

From far apart, Chen Fan could hear all kinds metal percussion sounds and the creaking sounds when the tower rotated.

”Hello, Miss Xia? I’m in the office building of your factory! Standing in front of the white office building, Chen Fan called and looked around.

”Are you wearing a black suit?” It was apparent that Chen Fan had been noticed by Xia Qingqing from upstairs.

After getting Chen Fan’s confirmation, Xia Qingqing pushed the window open on the second floor and waved to him downstairs.

”Ah! Ma Rongtao did not deceive me at all, she sure is a beauty!” Chen Fan, with a nod, walked up to the lobby.

Just as he reached the second floor, Chen Fan saw Xia Qingqing pop her head out of the manager’s office and gaze at him.

As they both entered the office, Xia Qingqing immediately passed him a cup of ”Biluochun” tea, then pulled out a pile of colorful advertising copies printed with various parameters and said to Chen Fan, ”Sir, here are our parameters of bulk ships that the shipyard built according to the international standard. You can choose any one of them!”

”You can call me Chen Fan!” Chen Fan smiled and flipped over the color map on the tea table. ”What is the duration of the production?”

”If it is only a ten thousand ton bulk ship. It will take a month to complete the construction. Of course, if Mr. Chen wants it in hurry, I can urge the workers to work faster, and it will require about twenty days!”

”What about the price?” Chen Fan looked for a long time and pointed to the picture on page 3. ”That’s the type!”

It was a hundred and twenty meters long, nineteen meters wide, and ten meters deep in the water. It had a hull that looked like olden vessels, and it was cool.

”Let me see!” Xia Qingqing came closer and looked at the picture. ”This type costs sixty million and if Mr. Chen is prepared to order, I can call to send the model over, then you could adjust hull structure that you are not satisfied with.”

”There’s no need to adjust, I think this is fine!” Chen Fan has no experience in this. He felt that if he were to adjust the design he would be disparaged by the designer.

”So... Is Mr. Chen really ready to order?” A young man, at Chen Fan’s age was still a bit too young to believe that he was ordering a $60 million ship as simply as though he was ordering a birthday cake.

”Of course I am really ordering, or why have I come all the way here?” Chen Fan took a sip of his tea. Ma Rongtao had already told him the price of the enormous ship, so sixty million didn’t sound like too much to him.

”Then I will take the order form after Mr. Chen fills in the order, and then we receive a 20 percent down payment, and will immediately ask the workers to start!” It was the first time that she had met such an easy customer.

”By the way, could I order a yacht here? I’d like to order another 15-meter double-deck yacht.”

”Can... Can... ” The expression on her face was a little unnatural.

A dozen days ago, experiencing the storm at sea left a trauma in her that was hard to erase. Now, as soon as someone mentioned the word ”yacht”, Xia Qingqing trembled.

”Are there any brochures? I want to take a look!”

”Please wait, I’ll get it!” Xia Qingqing took a deep breath and went to the side display cabinet and pulled out the thick picture book.

After flipping for a while, Chen Fan selected a steel structure double-deck yacht with a white hull, and black side windows made with a high hardness glass.

”How much does it cost?” Chen Fan pointed to the atlas.

”The price of this bare bones boat is five million, with an extra one million for simple design, three million for delicate design, five million for deluxe suits, and these three different decoration prices.” Xia Qingqing took the picture book and opened a few pages and pointed to the interior decoration photo.

”The deluxe suite then!” After a detailed comparison of the several styles, Chen Fan directly chose the most expensive one.

Who the hell is this guy with a local accent?

Xia Qingqing couldn’t help wondering in her mind. She recognized almost all the rich people in Zhongyun, but she could not guess whose son had this great ability to get ten million from his father to buy a yacht.

It’s ten million!

Xia Qingqing couldn’t help wondering.

Zhang Xueyang, who bought a few million Bentleys, was hailed as a big brother by the rich people in Zhongyun.

And this guy? Purchasing a yacht like buying a Chery QQ, not even hesitating!

”How long will it take to complete the yacht?” Chen Fan interrupted Xia Qingqing’s thought.

”Ah?” Xia Qingqing was pulled back from her thoughts. ”All the yachts here were handmade, so the time taken would be relatively long, about 40 days or so.”

”Okay then, you go and bring the order...I fill in the information!” Chen Fan smiled.

When writing the order, Chen Fan wrote Storm Ocean on the order form as the name of the ten-thousand ton large ship.

...

After spending more than half an hour filling in the order, Chen Fan asked Wang Bing to drive to the downtown area to get something to eat.

Overnight...

The next morning, Chen Fan went to the bank to collect a 14 million deposit in the name of the company.

Five minutes after the remittance, Xia Qingqing called and said that the deposit had arrived, and she immediately ordered the workers to start work.

”Twenty days, only twenty days to own a ten thousand ton ship!”

Returning home to lie in bed, Chen Fan could not help being filled with such gratitude. ”This electric eel is freaking awesome! Robbery, drug trafficking, counterfeiting, monopoly and a series of profiteering industries, could not be compared with the electric eel!

”Ultraman(eel) ...Absolutely an ultraman(eel)!” Chen Fan laughed and subsequently transferred his mind to the electric eel.
