Brother Dao Took the Entertainment Industry by Storm, Fans Beg Me Not to Kill Anymore

”Cough, cough, cough—”

In a somewhat shabby room, a simply dressed woman suddenly woke up from a dream.

The room was dimly lit and the windows revealed lush green trees and branches.

You can even hear the chirping of birds and the rustling of leaves in the breeze outside the window.

After glancing around, she struggled to get up and reached for the water glass on the table, but accidentally knocked it over.

”Smack!”

Some simple ceramic bowls shattered on the ground, but Yin Lan didn’t care about the things on the ground and quickly stood up.

Her movements attracted the attention of those outside, and soon, somewhat unsteady footsteps could be heard from outside—

”Creak—”

With the sound of an old wooden door creaking open, a somewhat aged figure walked in from outside.

”You’re finally awake.”

The old man’s voice was exceptionally hoarse, yet also exceptionally familiar.

Hearing the sound, Yin Lan looked up. When she saw the face of the person who walked in, her pupils contracted, and she blurted out, ”How could you—”

She completely shook off the heavy feeling of weakness and rushed to the old man.

As the camera shifted, an elderly man dressed in Wu Miao clothing, whose features bore a familiar resemblance, smiled somewhat helplessly.

”Sorry, I startled you. Actually, I’ve been an old woman for so long, and it’s only been a few months. But after turning back, I immediately felt a bit out of sorts. It seems we all need some time to adjust...”

”No, no, why are you—”

Yin Lan clutched her chest, then suddenly paused, her expression changing drastically: ”You gave me your fragment?”

Her gaze swept across the room, memories finally beginning to surface, and her voice grew hoarse: ”Where’s Evan? He—”

After confirming that Yin Qi was the culprit behind all of this, she immediately took corresponding measures and plans, intending to confront Yin Qi and perish together with him.

But in the end...

The blinding light of the explosion enveloped everyone, and the shockwave, which could have almost leveled the entire courtyard, quickly spread to everyone. Then came the excruciating pain of being torn apart and the despair of having their skin burned and devoured by flames—after that, they could not remember anything.

The old man, Wu [N O V E L I G H T] Wu, gave a bitter smile: ”He’s next door... but time is running out.”

”He’s been waiting for you to wake up, perhaps wanting to see you one last time.”

”And I...”

Wu Wu clutched her ribs, where she used to hide the fragments, but now the place was empty.

”Yin Qi is too strong.”

She gave a bitter smile.

”So I’ll give you both my and his share.”

”If there’s anyone in this world who can stop him, it might only be you.”

The first scene of the third season of ”Otoya” mainly serves as a transition between the previous and subsequent episodes.

The opening scene simply recounts the plot of the first two seasons and begins to expand on the upcoming storyline, setting an ultimate goal for the disheartened main characters.

Yin Qi was prepared and had already collected many meteorite fragments of the medicine people, so they were no match for him at the moment. After confirming that their real enemy was Yin Qi, the protagonist group rallied and decided to go find the complete meteorite that the alchemists had found back then.

It is said that Yin Qi is also searching for that meteorite, but he has searched everywhere without success. This has only confirmed to everyone that the meteorite is currently located in China!

Only China was a place Yin Qi had hesitated to set foot in before.

Because there are so many old friends here, including—my sister.

This journey is destined to be everyone’s final ”return,” where all the drug users trapped in ”eternity” and ”stagnant time” will meet their end.

The story of ”Sumiya” will also end at the end of this adventure—

Xiao He didn’t have any scenes today.

However, since the opening ceremony was in the morning, he still came over to take a look when Guo Xinya and Yuan Sitong were filming in the afternoon.

Lee Ho-hyun, who plays Evan, is essentially making a cameo appearance this time, as his role in the main storyline is basically over, except for some flashback scenes.

Evan died in the final battle of the second season, and this time he came back for a final breath, simply to give his character a proper ending.

Yes, Yuan Sitong was the happiest about this.

”That guy who still can’t speak Mandarin properly can finally get lost.”

Yuan Sitong was very satisfied, but thinking about it, she couldn’t help but feel a little lonely, despite her usually sharp tongue.

After all, this was the only person in the entire crew she could argue with.

When she argued with Yan Shaohan, this big devil always managed to leave her speechless.

When she argues with Xiao He, she can usually only joke around online (most likely because Xiao He is too lazy to argue with her). When she sees Xiao He’s face in person, Yuan Sitong is still not very brave enough to really offend him.

Arguing with Sister Xinya... never mind, seeing her face makes all my anger disappear.

Only Lee Ho-hyun could do that. Since they couldn’t communicate verbally, they could just say whatever they wanted when arguing, since no one could understand each other anyway.

But now, this only rival who could truly be his equal is leaving...

Yuan Sitong was actually a little reluctant to part with it.

As if a magic pill had been activated, she finally showed some kindness to Lee Ho-hyun and said proactively, ”After Lee Ho-hyun finishes filming, let’s go out for a team-building event. It’ll be a way of giving him a wrap party. After all, we’ve worked together, so let’s leave him with some dignity.”

”Huh?”

Lee Ho-hyun, wearing old-age makeup, was flattered, while Yan Shao-han stared at Yuan Si-tong with the same astonishment.

”Is it really him?” Xiao He observed seriously from the side. ”Could it be that after putting on old-age makeup, he also became kind-looking?”

”Hey? Xiao He, you’re quite the sharp-tongued one!”

Yan Shaohan looked at Xiao He in shock, his eyes also showing a hint of admiration that he had ”learned something”.

Xiao He coughed lightly: ”...Where is it?”

Guo Xinya sighed, ”I’m not going to participate in your activities, you young people.”

Yuan Sitong immediately glared angrily at Xiao He: ”...”

So Yuan Sitong suggested that Li Haoxuan’s wrap party be held at a farmhouse near the film studio.

The date was set for one week from now.

Lee Ho-hyun wasn’t in a hurry to go back after filming wrapped up, and everyone had relatively few scenes that day. In the subsequent episodes, several more characters were sent off, and several veteran actors who appeared in the first and second seasons also met their demise. So, considering that everyone had been working together until the third season, they decided to take this opportunity to bring these actors together for a group wrap party.

So damn it, who knew that Yan Shaohan would say goodbye to so many old characters at the beginning of the third season? Doesn’t his conscience hurt?

Xiao He even gave a very tactful comment on this behavior: ”If every character has to have a wrap party, our crew might end up having a continuous stream of banquets.”

Eat yours, eat yours, eat yours, eat yours, everyone take your time!

In the end, they will all reunite in the same garden:)

However, Zhuang Hongyi, who had come specifically to find Xiao He, overheard this unintentional remark and his eyes lit up.

”Not bad, the ’flowing banquet’ joke is definitely worth remembering.”

He turned to Fan Congwen, the assistant director who had come with him, and instructed, ”We can use this directly when promoting ’Yu Ye’. It would be best if we could also shoot some vlogs later. After that, we should try to finish filming in batches so that everyone can get together for a wrap party.”

They make money when the characters go offline.

Not bad, not bad.

Fan Congwen wiped his sweat and said, ”Okay, okay.”

Only now do I realize that Director Zhuang is the man who will do anything to make money.
