Brother Dao Took the Entertainment Industry by Storm, Fans Beg Me Not to Kill Anymore

This time, Xiao He was really not joking.

This is a racing game! With so many buff skills stacked up, it would be strange if he crashed.

The abstract diamond-stealing game was quite entertaining, especially for those who were clumsy. Xiao He’s playful antics made the game very entertaining. However, if the racing game were to continue with the abstract and quirky style, the effect would be completely different.

After all, these kinds of games are all about one word—cool!

So, with the three ticks of the countdown, the instant the countdown reached zero, Xiao He pressed the accelerator precisely, just like in any formal racing competition!

With an extremely precise timing of the start, a perfect start was triggered smoothly. The next moment, the exclusive sports car that originally belonged to the character Dan Cheng burst into a powerful engine roar. The tires briefly rubbed against the ground without any hesitation, propelling the car forward!

In the blink of an eye, the science and technology buildings on both sides, the green plants around the lake, and the Chinese street scene rushed backward. The light and shadow flowed in the whole picture, and the extreme speed pulled out the dynamic blur of the picture. Even the viewers in front of the screen felt the vibration of sitting in a car and felt dizzy.

First of all, there is one thing that is different from other players.

These types of racing games generally offer two perspective options: first-person and third-person.

Most streamers prefer to use a third-person perspective when playing games because it allows them to see the entire car’s paint job and easily observe the surrounding traffic and game scenery, making it ideal for casual entertainment or capturing cool game footage.

The first-person perspective, which is the in-car first-person view, is preferred by true racing players. The advantage of this perspective is that it gives a sense of immersion and makes you more engaged. The screen and wheel steering are completely synchronized, and the hand operation feedback is completely instantaneous, allowing for greater tolerance of mistakes when driving at the limit.

However, this mode is not suitable for all players. In most cases, ordinary players are more accepting of the third-person perspective and use the first-person perspective less. Those who can play it well are the best of the best.

Of course, there is another fatal problem: the first-person perspective makes it easy to get motion sickness.

Especially in games like Deep Blue Speed, which closely resemble GT3 racing games from a first-person cockpit perspective, the player’s entire field of vision is enveloped by the high-speed sprints and frequent turns, which can shake the brain’s judgment, making the brain think that the body is moving at high speed, when in fact the player’s body is not moving. This conflicting signal between the body and the brain is more likely to make people feel dizzy and nauseous.

This is what people often call ”simulator motion sickness,” and it’s one of the reasons why many people easily get dizzy when playing first-person perspective games.

In order to better adapt to the game, Xiao He initially used a third-person perspective when leading everyone to explore, but switched to a first-person perspective when playing the first game.

So even though the race car in the video was gliding smoothly close to the ground, with precise and smooth cornering lines, and a clean and elegant posture, it was tough on the other viewers who were watching the live stream.

【Ugh, Brother Xiao, please don’t use first-person perspective! I’m about to throw up!】

【I just couldn’t hold back anymore; I never imagined I’d be able to experience Brother Xiao’s first-person perspective as a race car driver in a live stream.】

【I’m so sorry, I need to go outside and take a dump.】

【My god, at first I thought the first-person perspective was pretty cool, like sitting in the passenger seat watching Xiao Ge drive, but once the car actually started moving, I really wanted to die.】

【Ugh, ugh, ugh.】

【After Xiao Ge finishes this race, I suggest he change his perspective. This view is terrifying! Is this what race car drivers feel when they’re driving?】

【To be honest, based on their actual situation, the level of dizziness in reality is probably even higher. That’s why many of their race car drivers undergo specialized training. And it really does depend on talent; some people are naturally immune to dizziness, while others get dizzy just sitting down.】

【Sorry, I’ll log off now.】

【Brother Xiao, you’re ruthless.】

【I already knew what the marketing accounts would say next: ”Shocking! Xiao He’s live stream was too fast, many people vomited and fainted”】

【Upstairs, that’s too harsh.】

Xiao He was very serious when playing the game. Once he got started, he focused all his attention on the game screen. The speed of the car was getting faster and faster, but he didn’t notice the increasing number of groans in the comments next to him.

Fortunately, the virtual race in the game could not possibly replicate the actual racing time of GT3, so Xiao He crossed the finish line on the last lap about six minutes later.

—As the cool blue sports car in the game crossed the finish line, the overall leaderboard on the results screen also began to soar, quietly entering the top ten without many people noticing.

However, neither Xiao He nor anyone else paid attention to this matter.

Because the new map Yizhuang hasn’t been open for very long, it was only released as part of the National Day celebrations this year. So even now, more than two months later, the leaderboard for this map is still being updated from time to time. Unlike other older maps that have been out for a long time, where all the angles for racing to the limit have been thoroughly explored and researched by top players around the world, there haven’t been many changes.

This racing leaderboard is naturally an essential list in all competitive games. And because Deep Blue Speed is very popular around the world, they set up this leaderboard specifically for global rankings, allowing players from all countries to compete on the same stage. This also helps to stimulate competition among players, thereby increasing the game’s popularity and activity.

These kinds of leaderboards usually have dedicated player groups who study and research them. They even have their own forums and chat groups. Different countries have different goals and different directions of competition, so these leaderboards can be called ”lists of gods”. Ordinary players usually just pass by to admire them when the game is over, and sigh about the gap between themselves and the top players. They don’t linger for long.

Of course, they sometimes look at the top-ranked player in the game to see which country’s flag is displayed above their game ID.

If it’s from their own country, they’ll feel proud and happy; if it’s from another country, they can only shake their heads in regret.

Only seasoned gamers who study maps and push the limits of speed every day will pay close attention to these leaderboards and start monitoring any slight change.

Soon enough, some bigwigs from abroad noticed something was wrong.
