Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 139: Shocked Feng Yuansi
Chapter 139 Shocked Feng Yuansi

”Hmph, I wouldn’t come to your Hantang Technology Company if it wasn’t for the request from above.”

Hearing that the manager drove him away, Wang Gang’s tone became weaker.

He came out on official business, and the higher-ups had arranged tasks, so he couldn’t leave without entering.

In that case, the higher-ups asked him to go to Hantang Technology Company to visit and study, and asked him what insights he had, how would he answer? So at this time, his tone softened.

”Then you come with me.”

Hearing that Wang Gang’s tone was not so crazy, but a little weaker, the manager also said a word and then led the way.

”Our Hantang Technology currently has four areas, namely the dormitory area, the factory area, the canteen area, and the teaching building area.”

”Teaching building area?”

Feng Yuansi made a surprised voice, and the other four companions who came to visit and study together looked at the manager in surprise.

”That’s right, it’s the teaching area!

Our employees of Hantang Technology enjoy the benefits of free education!

That is to say, as long as you sign up, you can learn all kinds of professional knowledge. These professional knowledge range from elementary school to undergraduate and even various majors! ”

”Then isn’t it just like school?!”

Feng Yuansi looked at the manager in amazement and exclaimed.

Regarding this, the manager showed a proud expression and said:

”Yes, to tell you the truth, since the boss took over the Hantang Technology Company, he has pushed forward the strategy of free teaching!

From mid-April to October, after our internal assessment, 24 people have reached the knowledge level of technical secondary school graduation, and three people have reached the knowledge level of junior college graduation!

Many of them graduated from elementary school or junior high school, and none of them even went to high school or technical secondary school!

But now they have spent more than half a year, and they have passed the exam from scratch to 24 levels of knowledge for technical secondary school graduation, and three levels of knowledge for junior college!

It can be seen how hard they usually study.

So, they met a good boss, even if they don’t work in Hantang Technology in the future.

With their level of knowledge, they can also get a higher salary, so our boss Lin Xuan is the best boss in the world! ”

”This…”

Hearing the manager’s proud words, Feng Yuansi and the other three looked at each other with horrified expressions in their eyes.

Then Lin Xuan treats employees so favorably, allowing those employees to learn knowledge for free, and Lin Xuan is not just playing tricks, but really trains employees with heart!

It took only half a year to successfully train 24 employees with technical secondary education level, and three employees with junior college knowledge level!

Lin Xuan is trying to get real!

If it was said that the free teaching policy was introduced before, then they would think it was a show of bells and whistles.

Because of free teaching, many large companies have actually done it, but those are just for show, which is a waste of employees’ time.

But now Lin Xuan’s factory has cultivated 24 employees who graduated from technical secondary schools in half a year, and three employees who graduated from junior colleges can tell that Lin Xuan wants to be serious. Donate money and educational resources to support employees’ learning!

And what is even more commendable is that it was revealed in the previous words, and the fact that all employees can sign up for free learning is even more shocking to them.

This alone shouldn’t scare them, because the expense of allowing all employees to sign up for free study is quite terrifying.

After all, skill teaching is not just about hiring a teacher to teach on the podium, it is in the process of skill teaching.

Certainly need all kinds of teaching equipment and various losses when using the equipment, these are all money.

That Lin Xuan didn’t even blink at this, and he still introduced such a free teaching policy that is beneficial to employees, which really made them deeply admired.

”Cut, the mouth grows on your body, who knows if it’s true or not.”

It seems that Wang Gang at this time does not believe what the manager said. After all, when a person is full of prejudice against you, he always uses various reasons to refute your success.

”In this case, let’s go to the teaching area first.”

Speaking of which, the manager slowly led the five people to the teaching area with an expression of watching the show.

Soon, more than a dozen factory buildings arranged in an orderly manner appeared in front of them:

”Our teaching area is very large, there are currently 14 steel and iron teaching buildings!

Because of time constraints, we can only use steel plates and iron sheets that can be built quickly to build the teaching place, so there is no way to make it look bad.

Currently planning to build masonry concrete teaching buildings to replace the teaching venues built by these steel frame iron sheds. ”

The manager who said it looked regretfully and turned to look at the five representatives behind him who came to study and visit, only to see their horrified expressions.

”The cost of such a metal factory building alone is at least 300,000 or 500,000 yuan. At this time, if the 14 metal factory buildings add up, wouldn’t it be able to reach an expenditure of 4 to 5 million yuan?!”

Feng Yuansi looked at the manager tremblingly, the shock in his eyes could no longer be concealed!

Great! What a great deal!

In order to allow employees to have a learning place to study, Lin Xuan actually spent four to five million yuan to quickly build a workshop for learning. The cost alone shows that Lin Xuan is serious!

Regarding this, the manager nodded in agreement, then looked at the equally dumbfounded Wang Gang and asked:

”Do you want to go in and take a look next time?!”

”no, I’m fine.”

Wang Gang shook his head hurriedly, what a fart to go in, didn’t you see that people have spent four to five million yuan to build a factory dedicated to learning?

Wang Gang could tell that Lin Xuan was serious, at least let the employees learn for free, this is true!

So if you really go in now, won’t you be slapped in the face by the Han and Tang science and technology madness? So he shook his head hastily.

”Well, let’s continue with our plan, which is to visit the staff canteen area first, that is, to have breakfast before visiting!”

Speaking of this, the corner of the manager’s mouth curled up into a faint smile. He had also seen someone as arrogant as Wang Gang at the beginning.

But when they visited Hantang Technology, they would all calm down, so he was not surprised that Wang Gang would calm down.

”A lot of people!”

When Feng Yuansi came to the cafeteria area, he looked at the orderly people in the cafeteria, and he exclaimed.

As far as I can see at this time, there are at least a thousand people dining here.

The manager who was taking five people to the front cafeteria for breakfast heard Feng Yuansi’s exclamation. He turned his head and glanced at Feng Yuansi, then proudly said:

“The old and new factories of Hantang Science and Technology are close to each other, and the canteen and dormitory area are the bridges connecting our two factories.

At present, we have three canteens, all of which are made of the same steel plate and iron structure, and can support up to 5,000 people to eat together.

Of course, it is impossible for 5,000 people to eat together, because our Hantang mobile phone factory adopts a three-shift system.

That is to say, there is a shift of eight hours. On average, in the same time period, there are only a thousand or hundreds of people eating at the same time. ”

”I wonder how many workers your Hantang Technology Company has?”

Feng Yuansi asked the question he is most concerned about now.

”At present, there are more than 4,000 people in the Hantang mobile phone factory, and there are more than 500 people in sales and management. The entire Hantang Technology has more than 5,000 people.”

”More than five thousand people?! So many!”

Feng Yuansi exclaimed, the number of employees of Hantang Technology Company is five times that of their Haoyu Machinery Factory!

”Cut, it’s only 5,000 people, my oil company has more than 100,000 people.”

Looking at Feng Yuansi’s appearance, Wang Gang seems to have regained a little confidence.

Soon they came to the vegetable area of the cafeteria.

”We at Hantang Technology can order what we want by ourselves, and we can just swipe the card when the time comes. We adopt the basic set meal three meals system for free.”

”Free three meals for the basic package?”

Feng Yuansi looked at the manager curiously, waiting for the other party’s next explanation.

”That’s right, the three meals are free choices three times a day, and you can choose to eat lighter foods, such as various porridge, fried dough sticks, steamed stuffed buns, noodles, etc.

Of course, employees can also choose to eat greasy meals. In short, there are two meat dishes, three green vegetables, a bowl of soup, and rice. They are free and can be eaten three times a day as long as they are not wasted.

If you exceed the basic set meal, that is, two meats, one vegetable, and one bowl of soup, then you need to pay for it yourself. ”

”These three meals are so rich, and they are enough!”

Feng Yuansi said something with bright eyes.

Because he has long seen the behavior of those employees in the vegetable-making area in the past, and the spoonful of meat vegetables that the auntie made is a real spoonful.

Instead of shaking her hands like the school auntie, she actually only took half a spoonful.

”cut.”

Wang Gang pouted when he saw this.

I have to say that Lin Xuan is really caring about the workers. The workers all eat well.

Soon after eating, they went to the staff dormitory again, and then watched the various treatment in the staff dormitory.

Soon they all learned that the staff dormitories are all air-conditioned, and a big fan is attached to let the air circulate!

In addition, these dormitories also try to arrange four or five people together.

Instead of a dozen people crowded in a dormitory as they imagined, this alone is enough to make many company bosses feel ashamed.

Soon two hours passed, and they finally arrived at the core area of Hantang Technology.

That is the purpose of their visit and investigation. They want to see how Hantang Technology produces mobile phones, and want to know why Hantang Technology is able to produce high-quality products.

Hantang’s mobile phones are exquisite and durable. It’s not a short-term thing. It can be said that since Lin Xuan took over Hantang Technology Company and carried out a major renovation of the factory.

Hantang mobile phones have always been famous for their exquisite workmanship, high-quality goods, durability, and good quality.

This is also the reason why half of the townspeople in the railway station square of Donglin Town, He County, SC Province did not choose to leave even though they knew that there was no Han Tang 2 labor version mobile phone.
