Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 122: Instruction set authorization standard!
Chapter 122 Instruction Set Authorization Standard!

Since Lianfake wants to cause trouble for Hantang Technology, it wants to blackmail 30 million to seize the authorization of Hantang instruction set.

Then in the future, Lianfuke will be given a big gift of bankruptcy, let him pay dozens or even hundreds of 30 million in the future!

Lin Xuan’s eyes are full of passion and fighting spirit, he will continue to study...

…

Two flowers bloom, each representing a branch.

When Lin Xuan decided to continue studying, Xu Bo took the team that Lin Xuan had just given him and flew to the capital non-stop.

After getting the authorization from Lin Xuan, he immediately called Boss Liu, the conscience of the US Emperor, after he went out.

Xu Bo, who used to be the vice president of Bodao Company, also had a phone call from Boss Liu, who has the conscience of the United States.

And when the conscience of the United States knew that Xu Bo came to the door with a good deed, he also smiled and nodded and agreed to meet.

In this way, everything is moving forward in an orderly manner.

…

The time came to October 8, 2004. Not long after the 7-day National Day holiday, Rongcheng at this time was about to start a business lawsuit that attracted the attention of many people in Daxia!

Because the National Day has been postponed until today, the business lawsuit between Lianfake and Hantang Technology was inevitably held.

Although this day should be a period of good rest for ordinary people, for reporters, as long as they need it, they are open all year round.

Because of Hantang Science and Technology and Lianfuke, there was a lawsuit, and the amount of compensation in this lawsuit reached a terrifying 30 million.

In the past two days, as the official trial time of the lawsuit between Lianfake and Hantang Technology is getting closer, people are full of curiosity about the outcome of the matter.

After all, this matter involved a liquidated damages of 30 million!

In the current year of 2004, where the general monthly income is only a few hundred yuan, the amount of 30 million is too huge and too eye-catching.

In this case, the reporters were naturally moved upon hearing the news, so hundreds of reporters around Dali Temple were waiting eagerly, waiting for the latest intelligence news, which was hot news that caught their eyes.

Looking at the reporters who kept pressing their cameras to take pictures of him, Lin Xuan walked into the gate calmly.

”go in.”

Lin Xuan slowly walked into the gate of Dali Temple. At this time, there were already hundreds of enthusiastic people sitting in Dali Temple, as well as Cai Jie from Lianfake.

At this time, even Xu Hua from Bodao Mobile was present. It seemed that they were here to see his jokes.

At this moment, Cai Jie and Xu Hua were both half-smiling, looking at Lin Xuan with sarcasm.

”The representative of the defendant Hantang Technology Company has arrived, so let’s start the trial now.”

A person sitting in the trial seat of Dali Temple saw Lin Xuan coming, and slowly told about the lawsuit one by one.

After a long time, after explaining the whole story, the judge slowly took a look at Lin Xuan:

”Defendant, do you have any objection to the 30 million liquidated damages proposed by the plaintiff?”

Following the judge’s words, hundreds of pairs of eyes focused on Lin Xuan. Lin Xuan sneered at this and said:

”We didn’t breach the contract, why should we pay liquidated damages?”

”hehe.”

Hearing Lin Xuan’s words, Cai Jie smiled slowly and said:

”Is your company going to continue to order our MT6205 chip from Univac? This is a chip worth hundreds of millions.”

At this time, Cai Jie smiled very proudly, with a sarcasm in his eyes.

Faced with this situation, Lin Xuan will either continue to order chips, or Lin Xuan will have to pay a liquidated damages of 30 million.

If Lin Xuan continues to order chips, then Lin Xuan will become a laughing stock.

Because Hantang Technology has its own mobile phone chip, but uses someone else’s mobile phone chip, Lin Xuan’s reputation will suffer a huge loss!

If Lin Xuan does not purchase chips, then Lin Xuan will default, and he will lose a lot of money anyway.

No matter what happens, Lin Xuan will suffer a lot, so at this time, Cai Jie wants to see how Lin Xuan wants to face the dilemma.

At this time, he showed condescending eyes like an eagle looking down on its prey, as if Lin Xuan had become his dish!

”We won’t pay you a dime at UNIFAC.”

Lin Xuan once again reiterated what he just said.

”What’s the meaning?”

Seeing Lin Xuan’s confident appearance, Cai Jie frowned slightly. Could it be that things have changed, and the duck in his hand is about to fly? !

”Lawyer Kang Ke, I will leave the rest to you.”

Under Cai Jie’s ugly face, Lin Xuan said to a man who looked like a lawyer beside him, and the next job was the job of this lawyer Kang Ke.

This lawyer Tang Ke was the one in the last share inheritance agreement. Lin Xuan recruited him because he saw that he was a good man. Now he is the head of the legal department of Hantang Company.

Lawyer Tang Ke is actually responsible for solving this legal dispute.

However, because the one who had a legal dispute with Lin Xuan this time was the famous Lianfake, and Lianfake’s extortion of 30 million was too big, so Lin Xuan was at the scene at this time.

Lawyer Kang Ke, who received Lin Xuan’s words, took out a document and handed it to the judge through the hands of the Dali Temple staff on site.

Soon after seeing this document on the judge’s face, his face moved slightly.

Seeing this, Cai Jie from Lianfuke and Xu Hua from Bodao Cell Phone felt a little bad.

Soon, the documents submitted by Tang Ke’s lawyers were quickly handed over to other judges, and everyone who saw the documents showed different expressions on their faces.

Witnessing all of this, both Xu Hua and Cai’s complexions suddenly became gloomy. That document must be something that is not good for Lianfuke.

It took a few minutes like this, and the judge slowly announced a verdict.

”I declare the plaintiff’s application invalid!”

The scene was instantly shocked by the judge’s words. What kind of document did the lawyers of Hantang Technology hand over, so that the judge could directly announce the defeat of Lianfake on the spot? !

People at the scene showed shocked expressions, but at this time Cai Jie looked at the judge with a gloomy expression and asked:

”why?”

Xu Hua, the president of Bodao, also questioned:

”There are so many reporters and people here, please don’t cover up your company in Rongcheng.

I advise you to enforce the law impartially, otherwise everyone will lose face in the end! ”

Looking at Xu Hua’s threatening words, the judge also said slightly angrily:

”We are a team serving the people, we are fair and comfortable, and we can stand inspection!

The results of our Dali Temple’s verdicts are all results that can withstand inspection, whether it is for the superiors or the masses. ”

Looking at the judge’s words, Cai Jun and Xu Hua’s faces were very ugly. The judge slowly explained why he announced the failure of the FTC:

”After our consistent inspection, Hantang Technology has indeed signed an order of 5 million chips with Unifac.

For this reason, Hantang Technology did promise in the contract that if the contract cannot be purchased, it will pay liquidated damages to make up for the loss of Lianfuke. ”

But after the documents submitted by Hantang Technology just now, our Dali Temple found that Hantang Technology sold the entire mobile phone technology solution of Hantang 2 labor version mobile phone at the cost of 10 million yuan.

Among them, there is a statement in the contract that Hantang Technology purchases the chip order for Bodao mobile phones and all subsequent matters will be handed over to Meidi Conscience Company.

From now on, this purchase order and all follow-up matters will be in charge of the conscience of the United States! ”

”it is good!”

”Lin Xuan is doing great!”

”The conscience of the US emperor is so good! He even took over the order of 5 million chips from Hantang Technology at this time. The conscience of the US emperor is indeed the conscience of the US emperor, really good!”

Hearing the judge’s words, everyone at the scene applauded in surprise, and everyone cheered.

Obviously, the masses here are those who support Lin Xuan, and this time Lin Xuan is the weaker side.

As the party who was sued for extorting 30 million yuan, and Lin Xuan’s Hantang Technology is also a technology company in Rongcheng.

In this case, the people here are naturally devoted to Hantang Technology.

So at this time, Lianfake was not popular. Seeing that Lianfake’s plot to blackmail 30 million failed, the people at the scene naturally cheered loudly.

”The conscience of the US emperor!”

Listening to the applause of the masses, Cai Jie of the Lianfuke looked very ugly.

The good layout was confused by the conscience of the US Emperor. At this time, Cai Jiezi, the president of the United States, was furious, his eyes were red and terrifying.

Although on the surface this time, they want to blackmail Hantang Technology Company for 30 million, but in fact, the real purpose of Lianfuke this time is to get the Hantang instruction set!

Because they found that the future development potential of the Hantang instruction set is great, and it has a highly scalable high-performance reduced instruction set.

Although Lianfuke can’t use this instruction set now, Lianfake doesn’t dislike its too many instruction sets at all.

After all, for a chip design company, the more instruction sets the company has the right to develop, the more retreats the company has.

According to the investigation of FIC, the current Han and Tang instruction set has the tendency to become the future standard instruction set of Daxia.

Many official companies and institutions have developed chips directly based on the Han and Tang instruction sets, with the official attitude and strength of Daxia.

Even if this instruction set cannot become an official standard in the future, it will definitely become the top two instruction sets in the market within Daxia.

So when he discovered that there was an opportunity to blackmail Lin Xuan to obtain the Han and Tang instruction set, Cai Jie naturally wanted to take this opportunity to obtain a high-level development authorization for the Han and Tang instruction set.

Instruction set chip architecture development authorization generally has four modes. The first is processor authorization, that is, the developed chip is directly authorized to the other party, and the other party can directly produce the blueprint.

The second is processor optimization package and physical IP package authorization, that is, a series of processor design solutions are provided, and the other party selects a suitable design solution according to its own needs for production.

The third type is architecture and instruction set authorization. This model has a great degree of freedom and is suitable for companies with strong technology.
