Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 117: The Road to the King of the Cottage (Part 1)
Chapter 117 The road to the king of the cottage (first update)

As a result, it was passed by one vote, and the newspaper with the word ”Min” in it.

Reported Lin Xuan’s article almost intact, allowing Lin Xuan to achieve something that many literati and writers could never do in their lifetime.

In the current era, it is difficult to ask businessmen to do a lot of things, but many businessmen can actually do it for the point of ”combining righteousness and benefit” proposed by Lin Xuan.

Because the ”righteousness” in ”benevolence and justice” can be large or small, small enough to meet policy development and contribute to the construction of the country.

It is so big that, like Lin Xuan, he uses his own efforts to make up for the weaknesses of some of Daxia’s technological products, so the idea of ”combining righteousness and benefit” is in line with the development of the current era.

That’s why the daily with the character “民” published Lin Xuan’s article almost intact.

Obviously they also used their attitude to advocate that businessmen in Daxia should follow Lin Xuan’s idea of ”combining righteousness and benefit”.

”Although I have become famous a little bit, the fundamental problem is still not solved.”

After being happy, Lin Xuan sighed.

This time, Lianfake took a strong stake in Bodao Company, and its shares reached an astonishing 40% and became the largest shareholder.

It can be said that Lianfuke has a solid fulcrum on the mainland. After all, Bodao mobile phones are the domestic sales champion, with a market share of 15%.

This year, Bodao Mobile also acquired a number of mobile phone factories. Its production capacity this year has reached No. 1 in Daxia, and its annual production capacity has reached a terrifying 32 million units. This output is unmatched in China!

Now Lianfake and Bodao mobile phone, one has core chip technology, and the other has the strongest sales and manufacturing capabilities. The combination of the two will be even more terrifying.

If the former wave island mobile phone grade was level 1, then now that Lianfuke has become the largest shareholder, the wave island mobile phone level is 10!

Of course, it is exaggerated to say that the strength of the wave island mobile phone has doubled by 10 times, but the current wave island mobile phone is definitely no longer the former wave island mobile phone.

Whether it is core technology, sales ability or marketing channels, now the wave island mobile phone can at least beat the previous wave island mobile phone!

So Lin Xuan is in trouble.

Thinking of trouble, Lin Xuan recalled the information in his mind.

It is already the beginning of September, and the Daxia Information Agency has also announced the sales of mobile phones in August.

In history, a total of 230 million mobile phones were produced throughout the summer of 2004, but due to some unspeakable reasons.

If a foreign mobile phone company wants to build a mobile phone factory in Daxia, it must sell 60% of its production capacity abroad, and only 40% can be sold in Daxia.

Of course, this rule will soon be lifted with the abolition of the license plate system in early 2005. At that time, those foreign mobile phone companies will be able to decide how to sell.

So in the previous life in 2004, although Daxia produced 230 million mobile phones, the actual export volume reached 146 million.

In fact, there are only 87 million mobile phones sold in China, and an average of 7.28 million mobile phones are sold every month.

But in this life, because Lin Xuan developed a mobile phone for migrant workers, this kind of mobile phone is extremely cheap and only half of the normal mobile phone.

It will inevitably increase the popularity of mobile phones, so it will inevitably lead to a different pattern of production and sales of mobile phones in Daxia.

According to the August mobile phone sales statistics released by relevant information agencies, in August, a total of about 9.57 million mobile phones were sold in China.

Among them, Hantang mobile phones accounted for 12% of the total market sales with a score of 1.18 million. That is to say, in August, out of every 10 mobile phones sold in the market, one mobile phone was Lin Xuan’s Hantang glory generation mobile phone!

The first generation of Honor in the Han and Tang Dynasties has sold 600,000 mobile phones from its launch on July 28 to early August, including the sales in August.

During the past one and a half months, Hantang Technology sold a total of 1.78 million mobile phones, plus the previous 450,000 Hantang 2 Labor Edition mobile phones, which just reached 2.24 million mobile phones.

That is to say, from now on, with the sales of 2.24 million mobile phones, Hantang Technology will no longer be called a small mobile phone factory. The total sales of 2.24 million are enough to make them shut up!

Of course, the market share of 12% is not something to be proud of, because the market share of other mobile phone manufacturers far exceeds that of Hantang Technology!

Although Lin Xuan’s mobile phone sales are not worrying at all, the problem is that the output of Hantang Technology is still too low, although the combined annual production capacity of the new and old mobile phone factories has reached a terrifying 14 million units.

The problem is that the production capacity is really insufficient!

Because the current Hantang glory generation mobile phone is still sold like the previous Hantang 2 labor version, don’t worry.

Almost as long as there is a ”Hantang Glory 1st generation mobile phone in stock” posted at the door of the mobile phone store, it will take less than half an hour, and the Hantang Glory 1st generation mobile phone will be sold out quickly.

So the current production capacity of Hantang mobile phones is insufficient, which once again limits the development of Hantang Technology Company!

At this time, Lin Xuan should build a new factory, but the problem is that Lin Xuan has no money!

Finally developed a chip, and then used the chip and mobile phone factory as collateral, and finally borrowed 110 million funds.

Now things have already been mortgaged once, before repaying the loan, Lin Xuan can’t take out a second loan, right?

So how will Lin Xuan get money to build a new factory next? Is it necessary to sell the shares of Penguin Company or use it as a loan?

Now that Penguin has been listed for a few months, the shares in Lin Xuan’s hands are only valued at more than 30 million. If they are sold, they may end up with only more than 20 million.

Even if it is used as a mortgage, because the stock is very metaphysical, it can’t actually mortgage much money. It is estimated that it is good to be able to mortgage tens of thousands.

So now Lin Xuan really doesn’t have much money to build a new factory. He can only find a way to build a new factory from other places.

The set of mortgage loans can no longer be used, at least not until the 110 million funds are returned.

Originally, Lin Xuan wanted to develop a high-end mobile phone when he had time, enter the high-end mobile phone market, make a lot of money by selling high-end mobile phones, and return the 100 million funds in one or two months.

After all, the profits of high-end mobile phones are very considerable, and the price of high-end mobile phones is generally two to three thousand or even 4,000 yuan.

The profit from selling a high-end mobile phone is estimated to be as high as Lin Xuan’s profit from selling a few or even a dozen or twenty Hantang glory generation mobile phones.

So in the case of insufficient production capacity, selling high-end mobile phones is the best thing...

But bad luck is bad luck. At the beginning of August, Lin Xuan suddenly discovered that Lianfuke had successfully reached cooperation with other domestic mobile phone manufacturers by taking advantage of the pressure brought by Bodao mobile phones and the Han and Tang glory generation to domestic mobile phone manufacturers!

From now on, Lianfuke’s chips will be supplied to all domestic mobile phone manufacturers, and Lianweike has also achieved the same monopoly achievement as Weisoft through this!

It is estimated that Intel will be drooling with envy at this time. Lianfa has done something that they can’t do, and let all mobile phone companies in Daxia use their chips!

The fact is as expected, starting from August, major mobile phone manufacturers have successively launched their mobile phones for migrant workers based on the chip of Lianfuke!

And Lianfuke also supplies to major mobile phone manufacturers in the country, and it is estimated that the annual sales of chips can reach 100 million pieces!

So their chip prices have begun to plummet in the near future. Under such circumstances, major domestic mobile phone manufacturers are even more inseparable from Lianfuke’s chips.

After all, under the same performance conditions, because of the large production volume of Lianfuke, the chip price is also cheap. How can those mobile phone manufacturers choose chips from other mobile phone chip companies?

So from the beginning of August, Lianfa has dominated the low-end mobile phone chip market in the whole summer with an unstoppable trend!

Leaving aside the mid-to-high-end mobile phone market, as far as the low-end market is concerned, 9 out of 10 mobile phones use Lianfuke chips, while the remaining one is the Hanfeng generation chip of Hantang mobile phones!

So the current situation is really dire, the current Unifac has achieved the achievement of monopolizing low-end chips, and has achieved a monopoly situation that makes Intel and And drool with envy!

Lin Xuan wants them not to use the MTK low-cost chip platform of Lianfuke.

In this case, because I have a super copycat system, I can simulate the tape-out and production of the chip countless times, and naturally I can improve the yield rate of the chip through simulation.

So Lin Xuan decided to learn the knowledge of chip production, and then improve their 90nm yield rate for Zhongxin International!

Although Zhongxin International officially launched 90nm this year, in fact, up to now, Zhongxin International’s 90nm yield rate is still worrying.

If Lin Xuan can help them increase the yield rate of 90nm chips, at least the yield rate of his single chip will increase.

In the end, relying on the ultra-high yield rate and Daxia’s unique ability to make good high-tech products into cabbage prices.

Use the cheaper monkey version Hanfeng first-generation chip, and defeat Lianfuke with stronger performance and better service than the first-generation Lianfuke MTK chip platform!

Of course, the counterfeit mobile phone market has not exploded yet, and the real explosion occurred in early 2005, which is the year when Daxia officially released the mobile phone license system.

That year, it was precisely because of the liberalization of the mobile phone license system, coupled with the official birth of the one-stop solution platform for Lianfa MTK chips, it was really the era when family workshops could manufacture mobile phones.

If Lin Xuan can develop and sell a one-stop mobile phone chip with a lower price, a better integration level than Lianfa MTK chip, and a stronger performance.

Then Lin Xuan may be able to replace Lianfake as the king of the cottage! The king of copycat phones!

Thinking of this, Lin Xuan showed a bitter smile. He obtained the King of the Village system at the beginning, but he never thought that he would eventually become the King of the Village!

Sighing, Lin Xuan recalled that when he read the September mobile phone market sales report, the market share of Hantang Technology in this report was always a mere 12%.

The market share of wave island mobile phones reached 16% with a score of 1.53 million, and TLC mobile phones accounted for 15%.
