Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 130: Excited Zhongxin International!
Chapter 130 Excited Zhongxin International!

October 15, 2004, at noon.

The reporters who were just about to leave by car heard that Lin Xuan had re-signed the contract with Zhongxin International and that he was going to improve the chip.

They gathered again in front of the gate of Zhongxin International. It can only be said that the fate of life is like this.

They just thought that the next time they come to Zhongxin International will be one to two months or even a few months later.

Unexpectedly, they were forced to come to the gate of Zhongxin International to wait for the latest news.

At this time, many reporters asked Professor Chen from Zhongxin International to come out and speak, but obviously, no matter how they shouted this time.

Professor Chen and Zhongxin International’s senior executives did not come out. At this time, only a middle-level company was arranged to receive these reporters.

At this time, the senior executives of Zhongxin International were all anxiously surrounding Lin Xuan, watching Lin Xuan anxiously writing various reform suggestions on the table.

Although Lin Xuan wrote a bunch of improvement suggestions on the table at this time, these improvement suggestions did not refer to a certain thing or a certain opinion, but were magically related to the entire chip production process.

From the most basic refining of silicon to form wafers, then to the production of wafers into chips, and finally to chip packaging and testing...

During the entire chip production process, Lin Xuan put forward many small suggestions for improvement, although Lin Xuan did not come to the scene to watch.

But he still uses pictures, texts and paintings to let people understand what Lin Xuan wants and what he wants to do.

Sitting on the desk can command the world. At this time, Lin Xuan is like Zhuge Liang sitting in the office but controlling the entire Great Shu Kingdom remotely. He seems so calm and sure of victory.

In response to this, the senior executives of Zhongxin International were naturally shocked and horrified, and it only took three days.

Lin Xuan has memorized so much production knowledge, and there are some suggestions for improvement in each link.

You must know that there are thousands of production links in the production process of this chip. It took Lin Xuan three days to write it down, and there are suggestions for improvement...

All the masters of Zhongxin International felt that they were numb with shock.

But they only saw Lin Xuan writing out various renovation ideas easily, but did they know that every time Lin Xuan was free, he was always busy in the cottage space.

While they were sleeping, Lin Xuan was improving chip production in the counterfeit system space, and when they thought Lin Xuan had nothing to do to rest, Lin Xuan was also improving the yield rate for trial production...

Lin Xuan’s suggestions for transformation are not based on imagination, but the experience gained after various bold attempts, bold transformations, and even the direct scrapping of countless production equipment in the counterfeit system space!

So they only saw that Lin Xuan was so relaxed and freehand that he should write all kinds of reform opinions, but they didn’t expect the pain, suffering and loneliness that Lin Xuan had experienced in these two or three days.

There is no one in the virtual space who seems so lonely and tired, but he is busy when others are sleeping.

Because MediaTek is frantically promoting their MTK chip platform, Lin Xuan can only speed up his actions helplessly.

The time was too short, which made him very tired and exhausted.

So the results of these reform opinions are not obtained out of thin air, but from various experiences that Lin Xuan has worked so hard to sum up!

If it is real, the funds spent on Lin Xuan’s transformation experience alone may have reached tens of billions of equipment and material loss funds!

So the road to scientific research is a road to burn money, but fortunately Lin Xuan has a super copycat king system, he can carry out violent research and development and transformation in the copycat system space, anyway, if the equipment is broken, he can directly ”refresh”.

So it is only natural that Lin Xuan proposed to revise the VAM contract before, because Lin Xuan wanted to gain experience in these transformations.

The money spent on equipment in the virtual space may have reached tens of billions, and the experience gained from the loss of so much money.

Isn’t it normal for Lin Xuan to propose obtaining patent ownership? In addition, it is also a reasonable request for Lin Xuan to ask for shares at this time.

Unfortunately, the two sides did not reach a consensus, and the composition of Zhongxin International’s shareholders is also very complicated. It is not a short-term thing to want to use shares to make a bet.

And Lin Xuan really needs to cooperate with Zhongxin International, so the two sides put aside the issue of shares for the time being, and finally reached the contract just now.

In this way, as Lin Xuan formally gave various reform suggestions, Zhongxin International is also like a high-speed rotating machine, rapidly changing according to Lin Xuan’s various opinions.

At the request of Lin Xuan, Zhongxin International has adopted a 24-hour non-stop working state.

Time passed bit by bit like this. Every minute and every second, Zhongxin International has different changes.

These changes look very small, but in the thousands of chip production processes, the changes in Zhongxin International are very large.

Among them, Lin Xuan’s renovation suggestions were not all smooth sailing. Some of the renovation suggestions were a bit risky and suspected of tearing down the equipment.

For example, in the production of wafers, Lin Xuan made drastic changes to the refining furnace of wafers.

This kind of transformation must dismantle the equipment and make major modifications to the equipment!

This behavior of dismantling and refitting the equipment naturally caused a lot of controversy among the senior management of Zhongxin International.

But in the end, it was under the promise of ”I will take responsibility for anything that goes wrong”, the technical director of Zhongxin International, Liang Haigang.

Zhongxin International still made drastic modifications to those production lines, even if it was a bit dangerous, they still did not slow down.

To be honest, Lin Xuan had a different view of Liang Haigang after he said the words ”I am responsible for what happened”.

This guy is a man who dares to speak and act. He said at the beginning that he would listen to him no matter what, and now it seems that this is indeed the case.

In this way, Zhongxin International’s yield rate is proceeding in an orderly manner, although it will take some time for drastic modification of some equipment.

Fortunately, Zhongxin International has two sets of production line equipment in order to improve the yield rate.

One set undergoes a major modification, and the other set does not affect the use, so although some modifications take a few days to produce results, this does not hinder the normal operation of other processes.

Just like that, time passed slowly, and in the blink of an eye, it was the second day when the gambling agreement was re-signed.

That is, October 16th, today is also the second day of the official sale of the blade mobile phone.

The outside wave island mobile phone officially announced that the blade mobile phone sold 100,000 units on the first day yesterday.

This news shocked Daxia as soon as it came out. With this result, it seems that the Bodao mobile phone has risen again.

Lin Xuan didn’t pay attention to this, and he didn’t even know the news.

Because at this time he is waiting for the results of the first chip trial production after he put forward the modification suggestion.

Since noon yesterday, some small modifications and new crafting methods have been completed.

Some major modifications will take a few days, and it will take a few days to manufacture equipment or manufacture mechanical parts and installation, etc.

But the big modification does not affect the small modification, or the adjustment of the machine parameters. At this time, after a night of running-in, the first trial production is now in progress!

This day is highly anticipated. At this time, not only the many senior executives of Zhongxin International, but also the reporters who got the news outside are also anxiously waiting for the result of the first trial production.

In fact, in the early hours of last night, good news came from the front-end process of chip production, and everyone knew in advance that there was a good result.

For example, the quality of the wafer, under Lin Xuan’s suggestion and the process technology method provided, the quality of the wafer has been greatly improved.

The success rate of their 90nm-level wafers is actually not high, only about 45%.

But under Lin Xuan’s modification suggestion and the small modification of the directly drawn drawings, the wafer quality yield rate suddenly increased to 60%, reaching the level of making money!

Although this is just a mere wafer, Lin Xuan has already proved through facts that his suggestion of reforming and providing new technology yesterday is correct!

Facts Lin Xuan put forward a small improvement idea and the new production method, the stability and quality of the wafer have been greatly improved.

At this time, countless employees of Zhongxin International are all looking forward to the effect of the equipment in another set of wafer factories.

Even the wafer production equipment that was only slightly modified has such a result, so what kind of effect will the wafer equipment after the major transformation have? Many people looked forward to it.

And it’s not just wafers, there are thousands of processes in the production of the entire chip, and Lin Xuan gave his own suggestions for improvement in each process.

In this case, all production processes have been improved, how much will the yield rate of the final chip increase? At this time, people are as impatient as a monkey scratching an itch.

Time passed slowly, and it was already 12 o’clock in the blink of an eye.

It has been a long time from the cutting-edge refining of silicon to the final packaging and testing process. At this time, the processor from sand to chip has finally come to the final process.

At this time, after many reporters heard the news that the chip yield rate increase data was about to be obtained, they were like fathers waiting for the birth of their children, eagerly waiting for the results, and they were so anxious.

At this time, Zhongxin International’s middle and high-level executives are also like those reporters. Knowing that the chip yield rate may increase this time, they gathered together one after another.

Suddenly, anxiously, they heard an exclamation, which was the exclamation of a staff member in charge of counting the yield rate.

Soon, the exclamation attracted people’s attention. Professor Chen, the head of Zhongxin International, also brought the conclusion of the document to everyone, and announced on the spot:

”I want to tell you the good news. Our 90nm chip yield rate has doubled in just one day. At present, our 90nm process technology chip yield rate has reached a terrifying 15%!”

”Wow!”

I got the exact news from Professor Chen, although many high-level officials have already guessed that it may increase a little, maybe a few percent.

But they didn’t expect it to double to 15%. When they heard the news, they were shocked and uproared, and then looked at Lin Xuan with horror!

Regarding this, Lin Xuan just showed a faint smile, without being arrogant and arrogant because of this, he seemed so calm and unhurried!
